This company is really bad in everything they do, they mess up your credit score even more when you pay them to fix student loan on your credit report. They never get you directed to a paralegal right away so your playing cat and mouse with them daily. Always watch your bank stetments becuase when u cancel they will still get money out your account. Worse place to trust with your credit repair!

SCAM. Impossible to cancel. Receptionists are rude and have zero customer service skills. Doesn’t actually clear anything off your reports.

Riverstone representative came into my home. He said I could call in anytime and cancel. They did not fulfill their obligation. I called back. Now they are saying a representative never came to my home. I lost 300.00! I would not recomm end them at all.

I'm going on a year that I have been with this company. I have been trying to cancel for the past month and the excuse has been that they pulled my scores since last month. I will have to pay 2 months extra for something they pulled since July. The lady was very rude and nothing has changed in my score the majority of the time I've had this so called help.

Hired them to “fix” our credit score and they did absolutely nothing score still the same over a year $99 a month. Now we have tried to cancel and they took an extra two months. Rip off
