I was exceedingly nervous to file bankruptcy and Attorney Russell Small made it as simple as possible for me while making me feel comfortable. I am more than thrilled with this law office the entire process was made clear and each step of the process was well explained. Attorney Russell Small would respond to all my questions and phone calls. I never had to chase him or wait for a response. Attorney Russell Small was very professional, along with everyone in his firm which was an important thing for me when looking for an attorney. Negative -5 stars..... Retained Russell, week's before my child support case. Got a call at 8:38 on Wednesday the day before the court hearing. Nothing was ready, No direction, got locked up, got my property taken all without a trial. He had the nerve to speak to me in a disrespectful way when I made it clear I wasn't happy with his lack of experience, and professionalism. Say far away from this guy please. Get any lawyer but him and I'm being very polite saying it this way.

I have call Gary for two different occasions, child support and custody case. Gary is very calm, in knowledgeable about the law, and both tools are so necessary in court. Instead of worrying you he makes you feel that everything is gonna be ok. Judge likes this because an attorney woman or man who doesn't seem to be calm can get in the judge bad side in you can loose the case for an attorney who thinks to much of himself. I am so happy and grateful for his kindness and hard work, i know every case is different but mine he made me feel that he care for me and call me even if i was supposed to make the phone calls he did.. very dedicated to bring you the best outcome.
