We were in need of advice. Russell took our phone call and had us in to see him with in 2 hrs. He made calls and resolved in issue we were having. Guess what? At no cost. Called them for a legal issue regarding our home that need quick attention. They were very quick to respond to get on a call and very fast in pulling in all the info to give me good advice.
