I would, without hesitation, recommend David McGarth to anyone going through a divorce. Not only does he know Connecticut divorce law as well as anyone, Dave is communicative, efficient and professional. This matters when going through a divorce as it is very easy to get caught up in the back and forth. Dave took over my case after a rocky start with prior council and got everything back on track to my benefit. Above all, Dave was professional every single step of the way and provides his clients with a level of confidence that is priceless.

I now have shared custody of my daughter, and our relationship grows stronger every day. Through Dave’s excellent representation I was able to keep my home, who could ask for anything more. Make the phone call you will not be sorry . On a sidenote, I still contact Dave from time. We share pictures of our children and briefly talk about what’s going on in our lives. I am quite sure that Dave will go far in his career because of his great concern for his client s and for the law.
