Attorney James Cuddy helped me to draft and finalize a prenuptial agreement with my fiancée.
He was extremely professional, up-front about his hourly rate and anticipated billable hours, thorough, and quick. He coordinated with my fiancée's attorney and made the entire process extremely easy.
I will be using Attorney Cuddy's services if I need them in the future, and would wholeheartedly recommend him if you are trying to draft a prenup.

If you are looking for an honest, real, caring person to represent you, Jim Cuddy is the man.
His level of knowledge and experience is outstanding.
His ability to navigate a difficult and unorthodox situation gave me comfort during a very challenging time. The end result was far better than I could have imagined.
His staff is courteous and professional with a personal touch.
