Attorney Cuddy is a true professional in every sense of the word. My divorce as a whole was incredibly tiring and draining but Attorney Cuddy was efficient, responsive, and reactive. Attorney James Cuddy advised me through a challenging time in my life. After 32 years of marriage, my wife decided she wanted a divorce. She stated that I was an embarrassment to her in public. She always tried to bully me into giving her what she wanted, and if Attorney James Cuddy were not aware of her tactics, my EX would have received more than she should have. She expected me to do all the divorce paperwork for both of us, but Mr. Cuddy advised me only to do what I was required. I reached out to Attorney Cuddy to help with a pending divorce. He was prompt in getting back to me and then completely blew me off after he went on vacation and ignored multiple emails from me. If he no longer wanted to help with my case, he should've just let me know. Definitely not someone I would recommend and disappointed in how things were handled.
