Had a bad experience. He did not completely file the paperwork for me to receive any money during the time leading up to the divorce date. I was caring for 2 kids and maintaining a house on my own and cuddy started the paperwork but never completed it. I got nothing for a year. He did not give me a break on his fees to cover his screw up.

Not a good experience, I'm a bit surprised at the other comments. I found attorney Cuddy unresponsive, not a good listener and missed coaching me on several key areas. After 7m and a good sum of $ I am pretty much where I started.

I am so happy that I chose Atty Cuddy to represent me on a post-settlement matter. His professionalism was evident every step of the way. Also, he knew exactly the approach to take which ensured the bet outcome we could have hoped for. I highly recommend him!

On June 11, 2019 I finalized my divorce. During the divorce process, my ex-spouse was asking for way too much, so it was definitely a stressful few months. I was recommended to work with Attorney Cuddy, and there were some moments where I felt as if things were not going my way, I was not hearing what I wanted to hear from him. Even so, I chose to do what he was asking me to do, and in the end my ex-husband got none of what he was asking for, I left the court feeling happy and satisfied.
