Attorney Cuddy was wonderful in my divorce and child custody case. He was very kind and understanding, and it felt like he really was concerned for my family. He was immediate and the end result was much more positive than I imagined. He seemed to have a good rapport within the system, so that is a positive sign as well.

Very professional, responsive, knows what he is doing. Polite and has a good sense of humor, which is needed when you are going througha a lengthy custody battle. Punctual and files all paperwork on time. Would only ask that you mass email clients when you are going away on vacation. Just a heads up for us stressed out folks. Othereise, would 100% recommend.

It was truly a pleasure to have Attorney Cuddy as my representation for a Child Support Modification case. Attorney Cuddy’s experience and in-depth knowledge of the interpretation and application of the law was the difference maker in my situation. I greatly appreciate working with Attorney Cuddy throughout my long and contentious child custody and divorce process. In the latter part of it I felt like things weren’t going the way I wanted it to go, but he was very professional and sincere, explaining to me what to expect and the approach that he would take to ensure the best outcome for me. I took to his advice and I was left satisfied with the outcome of my case— just like I wanted it to be! I must say he handled it well. James was very easy to work with, was straight forward and professional. He also put up with my impatience at times since it's inherently a long process, especially during a pandemic. While I hope I never work with him again (another divorce), I would recommend him to anybody going through that unfortunate life event.

I contacted Attorney Cuddy during the pandemic asking him to represent me in my divorce. He was honest and upfront and told me it will take a minute being courts are closed due to the pandemic but he will get it done. He always kept me informed on how it was proceeding. I will forever be thankful for his level of professionalism, honesty and fair pricing. I will recommend Attorney Cutty to anyone looking for a great lawyer. 👍
