I was in a motorcycle accident. Mike guided me through the process fairly and with great judgement and timing in my opinion. He was personable, yet firm. Mr. Ernsberger is an incredible attorney. When I contacted him, I was without hope and believed there could be no resolution to the situation I'd encountered with my Homeowner's Insurance Carrier. Subsequent to a fire loss in December of 2022, I was without payment and the carrier had canceled my policy based on incorrect information. Within two weeks of contacting Dan, the problems were solved. I've received payment and had my policy reinstated. He made the process simple and easy. My wife and I heard of this great firm through a lawyer at my union. We met with her in Media in 2017 and had a complete set of Elder Wills, POA/Executor and Living Wills created. Apparently some people have different priorities in life such as cruises and sports games. We feel that it is wise to really examine our retirement years, where our assets will go and to have this Elder Will Kit for the eventual healthcare and finally our physical repose all set-up. This firm is not inexpensive. Nothing of value in life is. One saves to be able to have work done by this award winning firm.

I am a contractor for medical testing. A company I worked for owed me for testing I had done over a period of several months - but refused to pay. I tried over and over to work it out with them but they still refused. Finally I told them I would have to take legal action, to which they replied fine, we'll see you in court. Their attorney sent me several legal documents including a demand for the small claims court judge to drop the case. I didn't know what to do. I was afraid I would lose several months of my income. A friend of mine referred me to Byron Barclay.
Mr. Barclay was a great relief. He took the stress of dealing with the lawsuit and their intimidation away from me. We moved the case out of small claims into the big arena, and I was no longer on the defensive. Mr. Barlcay continued to press them for information and to justify their refusal to pay, all the while keeping me apprised of the situation and asking how I would like to continue. In the end, the company settled the case out of court and I was able to recover my lost wages in full. For me, the stress relief and knowing I was able to recover the much need pay has been a great blessing. I would recommend Byron Barclay to anyone in need

I have been a medical professional for 30 years. During those years I have been involved with many attorneys both professionally and personally for many different situations. My experiences with attorneys have consistently been unpleasant. Most of the attorneys I have encountered have also been unpleasant.

One word to describe Remington is.....AMAZING! My husband and I hired Attorney Remington Alessi. He isn't like most Attorney's. From the first day we spoke to him about our case to the very end. He was extremely professional, attentive, very knowledgeable and honest. He knows his stuff! He isn't arrogant, but confident! It's a reason he is named "Texas Chainsaw Lawyer" lol. I love the fact that he isn't pushy. He doesn't make you feel like you are getting on his nerves, and he always had an ear to listen. He truly makes you feel like you matter! Let me start by saying that Jason is one of the most sincere person I've ever met. After he took my case pro bono, he took the time to walk me through everything that was going to happen not only did he win my case but he also make sure that my sons and I was able to have a safe and secure place roof over our heads. Throughout the course of our litigation, Mr. Ostwald was extremely considerate of our plight. We had never been involved in any legal matters previous to our lawsuit so it was an extremely trying and difficult time. We were always kept up to date and totally informed. He made the whole "nightmare" tolerable. Part of our case was an area of law that he was not familiar with, i.e., equine law.
