Ms. Haywood was by far the most experienced, aggressive and capable lawyer around. Trust me, we spent weeks interviewing many lawyers. We chose Katheryn because frankly she came off as no nonsense and eager to get justice. Her demeanor put my family at ease. A year ago my life was turned upside down. I was charged with an extremely serious crime and knew the burden of proof would be on me to prove my innocence. I reached out to Ms. Norton shortly after receiving a speeding ticket. During our first conversation she and I discussed the details of the speeding ticket. From that conversation I knew I could trust her. She kept a clear channel of communication throughout the process and was very easy to talk to. I was arrested and taken to jail with a DWI . I’ve never had any convictions or been in that situation before so everything was new to me. Not only to mention I’m a DACA holder, so everything and anything could hurt my status.As a young adult is hard to be taken serious due to our age.We still want this matter taken care off the best way possible because our future is on the line. Efrain was very professional and what I like to call “ The Goat” he took care of business. After going to court for almost 1.5 yrs he always made sure I knew everything was going to be handle in the best way possible. And finally it did, my DWI was dropped to a lesser charge and I was able to keep my DACA. My case was quite difficult due to my immigration status. Although I am in the process of fixing through my wife, probation was a risky option. Going to report to probation would risk me getting deported. Mr. Sain handled my case better than anyone else could have. We first hired Jack because he seemed very competent to represent us in Court. It was a difficult case and we were feeling very vulnerable.
As time went on, we were even happier that we chose him because not only he will be your lawyer, he will HONESTLY do what's best for you. Mr. Cloninger met with my son and helped us with a driving matter. He was true to his word (yes that still exists!). He charged a fair price. Probably more than fair to be honest. I am 60 yrs old and This is my first review EVER! But this guy deserves it so here goes Don't even think about it ,just hire him!! This is the guy everyone wants!! I"m from New Jersey and I got a speeding ticket in November 2018, 95MPH in a 65MPH zone ( automatic loss of license)coming back from his wedding,they gave me a court date 4 months later,which I missed .I Got a warrant ,contempt of court, Loss my NC DL priviledges ,loss of NJ DL priviledges, $300.00 fine and still had the ticket! With one phone call to jane and such a super reasonable fee within 1 week Brian got everything dropped all suspensions reversed warrants vacated,fines dropped and original ticket reduced to 74 in a 65 and a minimal fine! He saved me MORE money than I pd him.And I never met him and he fought like a tiger, him and Jane treated me like family the whole time! I tried to tip him and the staff but he refused, So this will be my first and last review ever, my words to the world is "5 stars isn't high enough" for Brian cloninger just hire him don't hesitate

At first I was very worried that there was no hope for my case or situation. But without fail John has been there every step of the way with me easing my anxiety and reassuring me that he’ll get the best outcome. When I got my first dwi, I didn’t know how bad it was about to be. I quickly started to look for the best attorney and Mr Keith Rouse caught my attention. After I sat down with Mr Rouse, I felt better knowing we would try and fight this.

I contacted and retained Jeremy with The Love DuCote law firm as my attorney. I was going through a divorce and facing a Protective Order against me , yet myself having been the one that was assaulted by my wife at the time. She was actually arrested and charged with Family Violence with Bodily injury Misdemeanor.
When I explain my situation, he knew right away how we were going to fight this. He was able to get the protective order against me denied and granted divorce-disposed. Had a phone consult with Mr. Guest on how to proceed in a criminal citation w/a prior conviction. He laid out a few different options I could take with or without his legal assistance. He was thoughtful in the advice he gave and did not pressure me any direction I decided to take. He genuinely cared about the resolution of the case. I went through an eviction process in JP Court and represented myself, (I am the Landlord). I was successful, ( I thought), and judgement was granted in my favor. Instead of moving out, tenant filed an appeal, to have the case re-tried in County Court. Tenant claimed COVID protections, CARES Act protections, among many other things, and was successful in getting an appeal granted. I learned real quick that because of the times we were currently experiencing, that this was going to be a complicated, uphill battle.
I hired the Guest and Gray Law Firm to take this matter over. Scott Gray was great at getting this case together and ready for court. Robert Guest took it before the Judge and tried the case. What had been a months long horrible situation for me, was finally over, when these guys got the case before the Judge. Judgement was awarded in my favor and tenant had to vacate. These people are great, charged an extremely fair price, and did an outstanding job. Getting a case like this before a judge during these difficult times is a huge task. I would first start by saying that I literally prayed to God and asked for a female attorney that would truly care and have my best interests at heart then I found Linda Corley. For starters I was left in jail to rot by a paid well known firm when my wife told me that she had found an attorney that may be able to help us, because I also told my wife that I had prayed for a woman attorney that cares about their clients, and that was Linda Corley. In the beginning of my case she first had to correct a major issue that my hired previous attorney had failed to do and she did just that. Then she went on further to not only handle my case with honesty and swiftness, she coached me on how and what to do so that I wouldn't further damage myself or my credibility. Once my judgement was rendered and she had done her job, I had to rehire her again for a different issue and immediately she jumped right in and went to work. I can't give details but Mrs. Corley and her firm has been absolutely incredible to me and for me. Regardless of where I go, I will definitely recommend Linda Corley and her firm to anyone that I come in contact with who needs a firm that will truly have their best interests at heart and who will quickly start working to get results for their clients. James or Jimmy has worked on a numerous of my cases with amazing outcomes. One thing that stood out to me was how understanding and down to earth he is. During one of my cases which was a couple years ago. I was a reckless and broke college kid and he arranged a very reasonable payment plan for me. To this day I can’t thank him enough for that .
I’ve known James close to 4 years and I know this review is long over due. But James is someone who cares more about the outcome of your case than the money involved, which is very rare these days.
I laughed reading the reviews talking about how well known he is at the courthouse. Which I can tell you none are fabricated. In my case was able to meet the judge in private and the first thing the judge says to me was “ You are lucky I like this guy”. From then on I knew this was my guy. Thankfully I don’t have to reach out to him much anymore but all I can say is this man right here changed my life.
