I was charged with 4 felonies Burke was appointed to my case. From the beginning He knew I was innocent and he assured my family and I that he wouldn’t stop until he proved my innocence. After getting me out on bail he continued to fight the court for over a year until all charges were dropped! Throughout the case he kept me informed on everything, was professional, and answered all my questions honestly. If it wasn’t for Burke fighting for me, I’d be in jail for several years!
My family and I will forever be grateful for Thomas Burke. I would highly recommended to anyone who is in a criminal situation. He will fight for you!

I looked into 'word-of-mouth' referrals friends/people told me, & found Haydee Oropesa in one of those mail flyers, I liked her, had a good feeling about her. My instinct was good about our first phone conversation & I was sold after our meeting at her office that lasted over an hour and I enjoyed immensely all her activist success stories proving shes a real & true fighter in court for her clients. In the end, the state was afraid to go to trial & dropped the DUI charge to a non-criminal infraction of "careless driving" & a fine. No jail, no probation or house arrest. Facing up to 9 years in prison, we hired Haydee for criminal defense. She was diligent in all aspects of our case and explored all options. Shane Smith took my case when no one else would. Shane himself took my case on and provided me with everything that I needed. They took great care of me and I could always speak to someone when I called. Shane even talked to the hospital that did my surgery and got me to see a physical therapist. My case was a while back, but when I thought about all that he did for me, I had to come back and give him as many stars as I could.

I had an attorney already who was telling me there was nothing she could do but get me county time. I went to Roger the day before court and hired him to keep me from being incarcerated. Greg McMurray was a great find! A lawyer with impeccable credentials, known and respected by local lawyers and judges, with an approachable communication style that puts the client at ease while still conveying all the important information, extremely knowledgeable about the law, and experienced in how best to advocate for his clients. I wish I had found him sooner! He is worth every penny (saved me lots of money in the end). I would have used him in my family law case if I had known about him earlier.

Mr. McMurray was my lawyer back in December of 2010 when I was arrested by the SB County Sheriff's department. I won't go into details, but I was in serious trouble and looking at some time behind bars.
In short I began to turn my life around I got myself into some local programs to deal with my personal problems. Taking Mr. McMurray's advice I worked hard to improve my situation. Mr. McMurray was truthful and helpful through the entire process, including giving me a payment plan option which helped a lot. Because legal trouble can be expensive outside of hiring a lawyer. He went to bat for me with the DA and the Judge because I fulfilled my promise to keep myself on track. I ended up avoiding jail time all together and I haven't looked back since. Alcohol was a part of my story and I've been sober ever since in part due to Mr. McMurray and his work on my behalf. Simply put he was my advocate and he helped me present my case as someone who needed help, got it and then as someone who needed a chance to make good and I can happily say he got me a second chance.

I got my first and only DUI during the holidays so imagine the stress I felt during that time period. I called Noah, set an appointment and after he reviewed my documents he assured me I had a good case and was confident he could beat it. About a month later, sure enough, that was 100% accurate, he beat my case and that will not be on my record. Important note, he let me pay him in installments which was a huge relief! Jeremy Simon is a class act. What a true gentleman and amazing attorney! I was referred to Mr. Simon by a colleague of his and mutual friend of ours. I was in a state of fear, worry & doubt when I initially called Jeremy's office. His assistant answered, super friendly and professional, and we played phone tag for a day or two due to conflicting schedules. I felt so comfortable after speaking to Jeremy on the phone for less than 5 minutes. I could feel the passion in his voice that he truly enjoys what he does and is AMAZING at his job! We spoke for about 18 minutes and he gave me the best advice money could buy - except he didn't even charge me!! He explained his fees and told me if I needed him, he would be there for me, but his honesty really blew me away! He instructed me what to do and sure enough when I went to court, representing myself for a misdemeanor, the DA looked at me and asked where my lawyer was or if I wanted a public defender. I smiled and confidently said, "I'm innocent. I would like to take care of this matter today and not waste any of the court's time." Fast forward 5 minutes later - charge dropped! Maybe I got lucky...but we create our own luck. Jeremy helped me gain confidence and reassured me he was in my corner if my first court date didn't go as planned. Well, my first court date was also my last, and it went better than planned! I truly cannot thank Mr. Simon enough - I even offered him money after court when I followed up with him, and he told me verbatim, "It is my pleasure to be of service to others, it's not always about the money. I am so glad everything worked out favorable." If I ever need a lawyer, I know who I am calling.

I hired Mark to represent my son who was arrested on what I believed shouldn't have even happened that involved someone that we've known for 20 plus years. Mark reviewed all the information I provided to him as well as the info that he got on his own. We all agreed my son did say somethings out of anger/hurt but this arrest was not necessary, it was a petty move on the plaintiffs part. At court Mark stood his ground and did not accept anything less than what was best for my son the state's attorney wanted something that would not have benefited anybody other than the plaintiff and Mark said no that's not happening I was very impressed with him and his services. He was very kick to respond to emails, calls and texts too. I would highly recommend him not only as a defense lawyer from the reviews I've read he's also very good at malpractice so if you need a lawyer that's definitely going to have your back I would definitely call Mark Sutter

Early this summer I was arrested for domestic violence. The police officers showed up and put the entire blame on me even though, I was defending myself. For the first time I fought back because I was tired of allowing this to happen. The police officers didn’t see my side of things and just pointed the finger on me. Once I was released I had a lot to take care of, I was scared, nervous, and had no idea what to expect. So I went on the internet and looked for a lawyer. I came across attorney Rosenfeld and I couldn’t have been any luckier. Attorney Rosenfeld and his assistant Vanessa made me feel like I had someone on my side. After going through domestic violence you can feel alone, down and pretty low about yourself. Vanessa and attorney Rosenfeld both made me feel safe and they basically took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I am in my early twenties, I work 3 jobs, and I recently graduated. So it was a lot on my plate. For myself personally I felt as if Attorney Rosenfeld took this case in his own hands and he fought for me. I am going to be completely honest, when looking for an attorney a lot of the times you may feel as if they’re just after your money. But not Mark; he fought for me, not for the money and I felt that. He was so genuine to me, and coming out of a toxic relationship you fear that people may try to take advantage of you in any way. I got a traffic ticket for a Jaywalking violation (driving through an intersection when there was a pedestrian). Anyway, I had a single consultation with Katherine, and she was able to help me write a letter for my trial by written declaration. Because of the way she worded things and her helpful insight on what supporting documentation I should submit, I ended getting the case dismissed! The fee was absolutely worth not having to pay the ticket or get the point on my license (which comes with an insurance price hike).

I was having a lot of trouble getting paid for injuries received during an auto accident. I had been trying for six months to reach a fair settlement but was getting nowhere. Generally with most attorneys the initial consultation is free as was the case with David. However David saw me again without charge even though my case was too small to require an attorney and gave me excellent advise on managing my own case so that I could recuperate bills and damages. The particular insurance company was dragging its feet about offering a settlement and David gave me advise on navigating their bureaucracy. It worked. They offered a settlement and surprise, surprise it is under fair value as David predicted they would. David even provided the form for me to file on my own behalf in the case. He is the first attorney I would contact. Very honest, straightforward, and has excellent experience dealing with cases.

Karl Mueller is definitely the guy you want to hire as your attorney. I got a ticket for littering. Throwing an unlit cigarette butt on the road. Turns out this is a criminal offense with possible fine, community service, and jail time, plus stays on your record as a crime forever. First, I really appreciate what Mr. Muller has done to my case. At first, I was received a ticket for Criminal Speeding. And that time I did not realize the seriousness of it and plead guilty immediately. However, then I know Criminal Speeding would leave a criminal record and I ask Mr. Muller to deal with my case. I recently moved to AZ from CA, and I was pulled over (speeding), and the cop that pulled me over told me I was lucky he wasn’t going to arrest me, because I was going (what he said) was 20 miles over the posted speed limit as well as in a school zone.
