Carlos saved my husbands life, and our family. Two years ago my husband was arrested, and facing very serious charges. If convicted he was facing 40 years in prison. I knew picking the right attorney would be the most important decision I ever made. Before finding him, we where totally clueless on what to do, and how to handle this extremely stressful situation. The day Carlos told me he would take this case all my anxiety lifted. Although he is extremely intelligent he spoke to me in away he knew I would understand. He believed in us and our story from the start, and did everything he could to calm my nerves and to ensure me he will do the very best, and work as hard as he can to save my husband. After the first meeting he had with my husband, he had him moved out of lockdown he was in for 23 hours a day to regular population, and in a much more comfortable location in the Jail. The months and days leading up to trial he was always there to answer any question I had, any time of day or night. I saw a total change in my husbands confident level. Any problem that popped up, he made me feel like it was our problem, together, not just mine. He did an amazing job at trial, it was a very stressful two week trial, and Carlos and his wife are an amazing team. His wife even helped me ensure one of our star witnesses made it to court on time to testify after he ended up in the hospital. The trial ended with a hung Jury, witch is amazing considering everything we had against us. Carlos was ready to do it all over again. Only he negotiated an amazing deal with the prosecutor, a deal that was to good to pass up. My husband will be out in less than 2 years, and he was facing 40 years. We couldn’t be happier, and Carlos and his wife have become more than just our lawyer, they have become our dear friends. He really went above and beyond anything I ever expected. My 2 year old son will have his daddy back before he could even remember him being gone. I highly recommend Carlos Gonzalez

The war on drugs is failing, and Jon Katz is one of its strongest adversaries. Jon had saved me once before, in a DUI that resulted in two possession charges (both of which were dismissed). During the end of my VASAP probation, I (in my opinion) was targeted by law enforcement in a traffic stop (where I was not the driver) that resulted in a public intoxication arrest with two possession charges, one a felony.
Within a half hour of leaving Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, I had already notified Jon’s assistant that I needed a consultation with Jon. Just shy of a couple days later, I was in his office near the courthouse. When I described my predicament, Jon told me of how his teachers in grade school used to get annoyed of him. One told him he’d be a great defense lawyer. “Dismiss, dismiss, dismiss” he said. He assured me these charges, which resulted in a probation violation, would be dismissed.
Fast forward to February of 2025, I had completed Jon’s recommended “homework plan” and I was primed for court. The day of the pre-trial hearing, I walked into the courthouse feeling, as though the case was already over, that I had enlisted the help of the best legal defense I could possibly get, and the outcome was evident.
All three charges were dismissed, and I am no longer on probation. The euphoria of freedom, I feel days after court. And it is all thanks to the experience, connections, and expertise of Jon Katz.
In the hour before court, I walked around the courthouse, feeling as if I wasn’t there as a criminal, but rather a member of society. For anyone reading this that may be in a legal situation, by fault or not, guilty or innocent, you have a place and purpose in life. While finding myself in a position of needing a criminal defense attorney naturally you look for the best, the one with five star ratings with the most highest reviews and ratings. While starting my research which I feel is very necessary, I look for background education, anything, and everything pertaining to a potential lawyer to retain. When my personal list was made, and I started making calls and phone consultations and was crossing them off for the amount for their services I just couldn’t afford, as well for my particular situation, they just weren’t being upfront enough and gave me the lawyer talk that would justify for the amount they were asking not to take away, I’m sure they are good lawyers. I’ve been through the system A few times, and although all states have general guidelines, each state has and can do their own set of rules and ways of loopholes and cutting red tape, what I found with Mr. John Turco actually impressed me. Mr. Turco knows the State of Nevada courts and how it’s a plea bargain state. With that being said throughout my phone consultation, and how he spoke to me, not only with the courtesy of the professionalism of his craft he spoke to me direct, honest, a lawyer without the lawyer talk. His education and background and knowledge of the state and the system is impeccable and important for any criminal defense attorney. I felt I made the right decision and retaining him without disclosing amount of fees I save thousands of what other lawyers were asking . I say that with the upmost respect and truthfulness in writing this review/rating. He does not overcharge and what I paid was well worth and justified. In fact after hearing my case and going through my file, he even gave a discount. I recommend and give five stars all the way, in regards to his team and staff, everyone in his office was professional, friendly, and responsive, messages were always put through to Mr. Turco, Always received callbacks not one time did I call and just stuck, listening to a recording. His team and staff outstanding thank you very much. In fact, Mr. Turco, you should give them all a raise! In regards to my case, Mr. Turco had this case dismissed.

I called him about a traffic citation and he told me what to do myself before I had to resort to paying him, which was a kind gesture. Things did not work out and I did end up having to hire him for my case. All I wanted was the ticket category changed - I was still willing to pay the full amount. He not only helped me get the ticket changed, he also convinced them to reduce the fine by $100. He did more than I asked of him and was very polite and friendly the entire time

I started to used Rhonda after my divorce was final and there were items in the MSA that were not being followed. She is an incredible attorney that gets things done quickly and efficiently. One of the things I appreciate the most is that I do not have to wait long for a response; many times you are waiting and re-calling/checking on items. She works fast to get things accomplished. Overall, Thomas is 100%. Watch out for last-minute deals when he gets you to sign something at the very last minute that he doesn’t warn you about they can actually define your reputation for the rest of your life. Don’t sign up for anything with Thomas until you get the fine letter print at least a week before you go to court because once you’re in court and you’re up against that…
Overall, he’s a great attorney, but at the last minute when you think everything is wrapped up and a pretty little package, he will disturb you and make you sign something that you wish you never had signed off on.

As a real estate investor in the Euclid area I relied on my property managers to ensure the properties were in compliance at all times. Unfortunately there was negligence at the property management company, which lead to the matter being handled by the courts, that could I have impacted me personally as well as my freedoms of movement. The prosecutor was not budging despite explaining my point of view
I reached out to Robert based on a Google search I did. Upon explaining my situation, which Robert patiently listened through without being rushed along. Robert gave me the options. I elected to get slate clean. Robert went about it professionally from first contact, communications, document exchange etc was very good. Robert ultimately got the case dismissed which was a really good result and not an easy task with the city of Euclid. Not to forget Patrick, Abby and the team. Super team, super work. I hope I never have to use their services again:) but if I do get into a spot of bother, I know who to call. Fabulous work and recommend them without hesitation

I needed a criminal attorney in Austin Texas that would handle a legal matter in a specific way for me so as to get my Austin, Travis County misdemeanor charge dismissed before I was arrested on the charge and was needing to post bond.
Joseph contacted the DA and arranged for a dismissal of my charge before I was ever arrested or had to go to court.
