Don't let the pretty face fool you, she is FIERCE!!
I cannot express enough how at peace I am and how confident I feel knowing that I have Heather Harris representing me through my divorce. A 39 year marriage abruptly ending due to alcohol abuse and domestic violence is a scary and unfamiliar predicament to navigate through. I sleep well at night because I know I have the best of the best fighting for myself and my adult disabled daughter. I will never be able to thank her enough for what she has done for us.

Was the lawyer I had. When I meet the man for the first time I was sitting in jail with no bond. As of today my case is dropped. All because of the lawyer named above.

A few years ago, I found myself in a situation where my children’s mom was refusing to allow me to exercise timesharing with my children. Had an accidental firearm discharge inside a dwelling case with additional charge of improper storage charges brought against me by a vindictive plaintiff. On top of also telling the police and court some outlandish charges to further ruin my reputation and increase my chances of a more severe punishment.
Attorney Martin was able to have the most serious charge, improper storage, removed from my case. Pushing for a lesser charge since we were not denying the main. After several months turned into over a year and half of ongoing litigation between state and us. Attorney Martin was able to have my punishment communed to a year and half probation, along some added parts, that will lead to a CWOF finding.
This on top of also hearing and using plaintiff words and actions as legally allowed against them to highlight a pattern of malice towards me by using the courts.
I am extremely happy with the outcome and will use again if the need ever comes up again. Which I hope never does. Thank you agains Attention Martin.

I had another attorney at the time and not only was my case sitting with no action for over a year but this attorney, who was "paid" to take my case, stopped responding and his office would reply days after a request or inquiry was made . After an excellent recommendation, I hired Mr. Kotler Scott F and his team. Not only where they responsive and professional but they got to work immediately and my case was resolved within a 3 month period after he took over with a favorable outcome. His prices are fair but his knowledge, expertise and professionalism are like no other in the business. He provided great advice, direction and was well connected within his community. Where should I start? I almost fell off the bed when I received a phone call at 9:00PM EST from the Miami Jail from a “very kind” officer informing me that on New Year’s weekend my “smart” kid was arrested at the airport, was at the jail discussing the stock market, however needed to be bailed out! My response “sure right this is a joke right, why is he in Miami, he usually celebrates New Year’s Rock-N-Eve in New York” and where are his stock market computers and his electronics? Never mind I said, I can ask him; I was on my way out of town, was my response, but let me think about this! I initially thought you know what just leave him there, then after I got over the shock, I called Attorney Kotler’s number, Attorney Kotler advised and I quote “I am on vacation in California, but hang tight DON’T PANIC”! Do you have the arrest number and what is your Son’s name, I believe is what he asked (I was still in shock) Good God my first time going through any jail issues and I thought that my Son was going to have to spend New Year’s in jail. I asked Attorney Kotler if I should just leave my Son in jail (I was joking after the shocking phone call from the officer at the jail) Very funny Mom was his response. He immediately advised on what to do PRIOR to even retaining his services, I bonded my Son out and then met the most incredible Ms. Jennifer who is Attorney Kotler’s paralegal. I retained his services and he represented my Son in court to ask the state to drop the charges. This review isn’t just about Attorney Kotler being a LAWYER! This is about him being a HUMAN first and understanding the stress that something surprising like this can cause on a single parent with a disability, but even more importantly understanding that even smart kids especially when they have a high intelligence can still have run ins with Law Enforcement. Let me add how grateful I am that Attorney Kotler took the case, represented my Son well and allowed me to be on the sidelines w/my Son’s permission in case he needed further assistance from me other than simply retaining his services. There is no amount of money that I could pay him to keep the STRESS off of me and fighting for my Son. I offered him a thank you gift, lunch money, dinner money, but he said no that he was happy to be of service when we needed him. I discussed with my Son the possibility of residing in Miami because who would not want to be near their Amazing Attorney. Now about Ms. Jennifer, there is no possible way in my opinion that Attorney Kotler could do and be all that he is without an “AMAZING & INCREDIBLE” assistant such as Ms. Jennifer! Well I drove my car off a cliff, got hit with a Drug related DUI with nothing in my system, resisted arrest, and so on. To sum things up ... work with Eric, without hesitation!! What can I say but absolutely amazing. My parents were in a horrific car accident, it was bad enough that people were asking if my mother had passed. That could lead into a decent ford review as well I guess. But AD was amazing not only was he on top of things and fought hard for my mother, but with the issues she was experiencing he made sure to keep me in the loop at my parents request. Brisa was also amazing so patient and kind. Any documentation that was needed was easily described on what was needed and how to get it to them. Brisa was responsive and even AD as you would expect him to be slammed with court cases and other things still made sure to get back to you within a reasonable time frame. For me and my parents the process was easy, and worry free AD and Brisa kept us up to date on everything essentially holding our hands through the whole process. I would recommend AD to anyone.
