We used Adam a few years ago to help us consolidate several loans (one of which was in default) and discover redundancies. Turns out one loan was not valid and Adam saw that it was removed from our obligations. He's the best as what he does. If you're lost, give him a try.

When it comes to hiring an attorney for student loan issues, Adam Minsky is the best choice. From the time I read his articles on the subject to when I first spoke with him I knew my decision to contact him was correct. I’m a firefighter from Kansas. I originally saw Matt when I was having trouble getting title from a dealership on two vehicles I purchased in Texas. A year later, I discovered that the dealership rolled back the odometers on both vehicles. Matt discovered that the dealership washed the titles of my two vehicles in order to hide the true mileage. Matt was also able to obtain documents from an open records request from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles which showed hundreds of other vehicle transactions involving the dealership as well as the tampering of odometers of those other vehicles. I was a victim of used car dealer title fraud. After almost two years of waiting for the dealer to transfer my title, I approached Matt to discuss my options. Matt listened and developed a game plan for me to get justice against this fraudulent dealer. Turns out my vehicle had a lien that the dealer did not tell me about. Matt not only sued the dealership, but was able to negotiate the lien down substantially in order for the lien holder to release its lien.

I’ve been working with Ms Grant for over five years to fight some predatory student loans. Both her and legal assistants have been wonderful. I was forewarned that this was a long process and I needed to be patient. We’re still going through the process with some banks, but they have been able to get many of my loans dismissed. I’m so happy that I decided to work with them. It is a long process, but it’s helped repair my credit and resolve loans that were improperly handled between my college and the banks. They call me every two weeks like clockwork and I have never had an issue getting documentation or getting in touch with someone if I have questions. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I was owed wages from a company I worked for and I hired Lou Saban to represent me. The company's legal team was very stubborn/hostile and I had little hope this case would be settled out of court. During my consultation Lou informed me that he had represented a previous client that had sued the same company for lost wages. Lou told me the company is known for this behavior and that his previous client was fully compensated in there settlement agreement. I was referred to Mr. Sanchez back in March of 2023 for a Landlord Tenant Dispute. I am a Veteran and was facing some financial hardship at the time and my malicious apartment complex decided to attempt an eviction and place a balance on our ledger for "court and attorney fees" along with an attempted possession of items letter. Mr. Sanchez took on my case and reassured me that this was a common tactic used by landlords to scare renters into paying the balance and their attorneys fees. This was reassuring and gave our family the confidence we needed to dispute this in court, he advised us of the appropriate measures to take and we did just that. A few months passed and never heard or saw any eviction notice or possession of items notice either, and we informed Mr. Sanchez and he stated that if they do not serve us they cannot legally evict us. With that being said we waited...and...NOTHING.. He had not seen anything up and coming related to our case at all, so I contacted the courthouse in my county and found out through the clerk that they served the letters improperly and to a completely different address, however, they did get the address for possession of items letter correct but it was sent out to the incorrect address, and we found out they held a hearing without our knowledge and so he jumped on it and diligently filed a motion to set aside a default in our case for improper service. We ended up settling with the apartment complex. Fast forward to 2024, and I reached back out to Mr. Sanchez because I was in need of some consumer protection from debt collectors. I was made aware of his excellence and profound knowledge in consumer protection and debt collection practice areas through a few news articles and reviews, and he has really shown his service and dedication to protection against aggressive debt collectors. Mr. Sanchez had limited knowledge with how (non student loan) federal debt was handled by debt collectors, however he prevailed and advised me on the appropriate steps to take legally and so far, my credit has improved tremendously, were talking 94 points give or take. In total there were about 3 or 4 collections accounts that were placed on my credit report in 2022 during a divorce, and removed from my credit report with his help. I continue to seek legal advice and guidance from Mr. Sanchez on his knowledge on consumer protection on top of other legal related topics. I would definitely recommend his services.

Gabriel Sanchez took my case, it's been over a year and I haven't heard anything from him, no letter or email. I continue to have to call the office which every time I call they ask for my name and when I give it to them no one is available to speak with me. I continue to get the run around and I don't know what's going on with my case, in the beginning I was told the money was being refunded, then it was they had to go to court now it's no communication for over a year, I suggest going else where so u don't have to deal with this type of headache and stress.

No one ever plans to get into financial problems and become financially desperate but life happens. Those who experience this know that it is both physically and mentally crippling - the amount of stress can become unbearable. It really feels like the end of the world.
Never in a million years did I think I would ever have to file for bankruptcy but if I was ever going to file for bankruptcy boy am I glad that Jay was my lawyer. He really is the whole package! Brandon is a personable and intelligent attorney. I hired him to be my divorce lawyer. It was a difficult and contentious divorce. Even though I personally like Brandon I cannot recommend him if you have a high net worth and are receiving military and civil service benefits. Brandon had many clients which adversely impacted his availability to work on my complicated case. Brandon was unable to negotiate an in-house separation agreement, which cost me money in home expenses and left me exposed to shenanigans from my wife and her attorney. He also did not seek a legal remedy for the inequitable payment of home expenses. Consequently, as a retiree I carried the full financial load for maintaining the house. Brandon was unable to bring the opposition to the negotiation table. I had to email my spouse with an offer. In November 2022 we finally reached a settlement. I suspect that Brandon was unavailable during a portion of November, which delayed sending the divorce documents to the court and pushed the divorce into 2023. That delay cost me thousands of dollars in additional Federal and state income taxes. Even though Brandon was unable to bring the opposition to the negotiating table he advocated using an expensive meditator.

We interviewed several attorneys prior to retaining Mr. Waltrip. We found him to be down to Earth, humble, and respectful; but truthful and frank. He listened to our story with sympathy and sensitivity.
He was completely realistic and reasonably managed our expectations. Also, he offered some novel suggestions about how we could conduct the case.
Another great benefit was the fact that he lived in and knew the county in which our case was to be heard and he was familiar with both the judge and the opposing counsel.
During the run up to the trial date, he and his staff were communicative and responsive to our questions. He kept us hopeful but realistic. He and his paralegal continued to be kind and polite.
On the day of the trial, he was prepared and organized (not in the most traditional way). I must admit I was concerned watching his notetaking style, however when it came time to question and cross-examine, his mind was sharp and his words were articulate, clear, and hard-hitting. It was fun to watch.
He had the passion of a competitive athlete and was hungry for victory. He jabbed, parried, and then closed for a knockout. He left the opposition flummoxed and completely outplayed. We didn't even need to call our witnesses.
The preparation for and the experience of court was arduous and sometimes painful, but the outcome was as good as we could have expected.
I am grateful to Mr. Waltrip and would recommend him without prejudice or reservation.

Mr. Lister should be on the top of the Best Top Ten List for Rockwall County attorneys. I was part of a Court Watchers group in a different county and have seen the worst. Mr. Lister, a retired Marine, is a man of integrity who served his country well. I spent many hours researching other lawyers before choosing Mr. Mark Lister. The research paid off in spades. He worked with me to bring an end to a 48 year marriage. He was honest about the difficult months ahead and the best approach to a ending with mediation as opposed going to trial. Mr. Lister never hurried through a meeting over the very difficult financial issues. He returned calls and emails within a reasonable time, a major issue with many lawyers. Nothing was overlooked in the mediation and final decree. My final bill was more than fair for the amount of hard work he put in to my case.

I am going to be honest! After my daughter came to me for help and looking for an attorney on very short notice and court date approaching less than a week I did not know where to turn. I consulted with Joel Halvorsen about if there was a legal action for my GTex mesh that was implanted in me in 2005. It had caused me pain for 6 years & was removed in 2011. I still suffer with pain. He advised me he would research the matter & get back to me. A week later i talked to him again & he told me the limitations of time to file for the mesh was expired. When my workplace closed on March 17th due to the COVID-19, we had to telework by going on Zoom. We were teleworking everyday until, two weeks ago, our director sent us on furlough. A couple days later after my director received the PPP grant, they never gave us a clear explanation that all employees had to be back on the payroll. One of the roles for a good director is strong communication skills. In fact the director never told us the consequences of continuing on unemployment once they had received the loan.

Called him the first time because another situation wasn't being resolved by that legal counsel; he answered my questions, gave me direction. Called him the 2nd time because of landlord foreclosure issue (I'm the renter) and he answered those questions as well PLUS supported me in my distress.
But today, well, today takes the cake.
Suffice to say:
Robbed by company of items, threatened when I asked where they were, threatened after the sheriff I called departed, harassed me as I walked back to the car.
Mr. Harder told me exactly what to do while I was at that location, how to handle and document everything to further sue the idiots for many violations of civil and potentially criminal activity.
At a time when I was utterly distraught, Mr. Harder had my back... and my best interests in mind.

I emailed him a follow up question.
