We chose DiPietro Law because it was close to us not knowing how awesome our experience would be. The time and attention given to us was well worth the choice. We moved from Florida to Delaware. We wanted to have our Florida wills reviewed. At the meeting, our Wills were reviewed and suggestions were made including a Trust. Everyone, Attny. Di Pietro, and her staff went well above and beyond. I would go to them, for other needs, first and foremost.

Exceptional for Elder Law in DE. Cannot imagine navigating Medicaid application for spouse without them.

Designing a Trust and Will can be daunting, but all the staff at DiPietro made the process easy and organized. All of the staff are very proficient at their specific duties. They are all pleasant & welcoming & were available as soon as I walked through the door. There was NO waiting for someone to appear. ( very refreshing in todays office atmosphere) The office is very well run. ( also easy to find & with a parking area close to entrance.) More importantly, she took her time with me explaining the necessary legal language as it applied to me & my situation. She encouraged any questions . She was calm , patient & UN hurried.
