We worked with the lawyers and staff at DiPietro to create a trust, make our will, a durable power of attorney, an advanced health care directive and all the other elements of a probable avoidance plan. Our estate is a bit complicated so it took a lot of extra work but in every instance we found them to be efficient and effective, responsive to our needs and a pleasure to deal with.

My parents asked Leslie and her staff to do their Estate Planning/Trust for them several years ago. My parents, brother and I were so pleased with our experience, that now I have asked her to do the same for me. Leslie and her staff are always professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. It has also been helpful that Leslie is licensed to practice law in both DE and MD, since we have lived in both states. The transitions have been seamless.
