Did not try to impress with legal terms that I would not recognize or understand. Absolutely the most wonderful staff that couldn't have been any more accommodating. But we lucked out in finding DiPietro Law. Leslie DiPietro and her team are truly top notch, very respectful and easy to work with. And such a beautiful new office to boot! We had previous knowledge of estate planning concepts as we worked in the related field of pension administration and consulting before retiring. So we may not have been a typical client of the firm. Leslie prepared for us a joint revocable trust, advance health care directives, durable power of attorneys and pour over wills. The firm is very transparent about their fees with no hidden charges. Highly recommend....you won't be sorry!

After recently moving to Delaware, my wife and I needed to update our wills. In our first meeting with DiPietro Law we learned for the first time about how setting up a trust could help save both time and money when going through probate. This was something that was never mentioned with our previous preparer.
