I would like to express my greatest gratitude to Mr. Antoine and his team. Mr. Antoine is a knowledgeable and smart lawyer. I really felt like he and his team cared about me and my case. I hired him for representation in my defense case immediately after I met him during consultation. Throughout the process he gave me excellent law services and was promptly responsive to my concerns. I was very happy to see my case was dismissed after preliminary hearing.

I was in a really bad car accident, my Trail Blazer was not only completely wrecked but also I wrecked into a cop car. Mr. Antoine kept it real from the very beginning yet very confident about what he wanted for me. I originally had a public defender who basically told me that my case was hopeless and that I'd very likely serve 60 days in jail. I contacted Jason Antoine less than 2 months before my trial date and was very anxious about the possibility of going to prison. I did not meet with him in person before my court date but he contacted me many times up until then. He ended up getting me an amazing plea deal with no jail time, and even managed to get me non-reporting probation since I am out of state. I am beyond impressed with how he resolved the case despite it being my second offense. Jason is very good at what he does and I highly recommend him.

I was previously arrested for a DUI in PA and hired a lawyer who gave me the same deal I would have got with a public defender. When I was arrested for a second DUI/possession in DE, I applied for a public defender thinking the outcome would be the same. My pessimistic public defender told me that I was destined to do 60 days in jail because I'm out of state, and that I'd be very lucky if I got 7-10 days which is mostly reserved for DE residents. I decided to spend the money and hire a private attorney less than 2 months before my trial. Antoine didn't make any promises but assured me that it is definitely possible to get a plea deal and not serve jail time. He immediately reviewed my case and filed a motion to suppress the blood evidence which my public defender would not bother with. Ultimately, it turned out better than I expected. The DUI was reduced to a reckless and he managed to get me unsupervised probation for my other charge. I am very grateful and recommend Antoine for anyone facing serious DUI charges in the tristate area.

I would highly recommend Jason Antoine. He is the perfect combination of highly experienced, aggressive/strategic, and empathetic/compassionate. My case was quite unique in that my DUI offense and state of driving licensure were different. This impacted me professionally among other things. Jason considered every aspect of my case and had considerable knowledge to be able to advise me what to do to achieve an optimal outcome, which we did achieve. He is patient and responsive, all of my emails were answered in a timely fashion and thoroughly. His staff was wonderful also and assisted me with logistical matters I did not have time to do myself.
