I hired Mr. Antoine after being involved in an accident and charged with a DUI. The police had video surveillance of my arrest and sobriety tests - along with a confident prosecutor who refused to negotiate. He thoroughly explained my options and the consequences of my charges. We decided to take the case to trial. He interrogated the police officer and it was found they did not conduct their arrest properly. With this evidence, the judge threw out the case. Without Mr. Antoine's extensive knowledge of the laws and procedures, I would have faced a suspended license for a year plus a DUI charge. My lawyer displayed a confidence in the courtroom that let me know I made the right decision hiring him. Aside from helping me win my case, Mr. Antoine has a down to earth personality and was very easy to talk to. I highly recommend him and would hire him again should I ever need to. Thanks Jason! I needed my Drivers License to keep a roof over my head and keep my business going in State of Delaware and not to mention my driver record and criminal record. I got pulled over in Delaware by a State Trooper for driving to slow in left lane and was not even drunk or anything like that. He kept saying my eyes where blood shot and slurring speech and all this crap and arrested me for dui, they towed and inpounded my car and gave me traffic violations to go with it. Delaware wanted to hang me out to dry, they only wanted me to plead guilty and get another conviction for themselves. I had a situation where i got a raw deal being pulled over in State of Delaware for driving under speed limit and charged with DUI, towed and impound fines and whole 9 yards. I was by far not drunk and was in control of my vehicle at all times. I start searching google for Delaware DUI Lawyers and i must have called 10 of them, most of them never returned a call and the few i did talk with i got a gut feeling they where just after my money and probably gonna push for a plea once i get in court room. Jason represented my husband on a felony charge.He got the case dismissed.I looked all around for a great lawyer and Jason had the best reviews.He was very professional and kept us updated through the whole process.It was a very stressful situation and he put our minds at ease.He kept us updated and assured us everything would be ok...After our experience with Jason, if we ever need a lawyer in the near future I wouldn't go to anybody else besides Jason...I highly recommend this lawyer and his secretary was a sweetheart as well.Excellent lawyer!!!!

Jason Antoine represented my juvenile son on some very serious felony charges. Jason was able to get 6 out if 7 charges dropped. My son pled guilty to only 1 charge and was released from custody with only probation. I would recommend him to anyone and would go back to him if I ever needed another attorney.

Jason was my lawyer in both cases I had and he handled them excellently. In both cases I was facing a possible criminal record. One was for vandalism and the other was for marijuana possession. The first case got dismissed thanks to Jason, and the second case was brought down to only a civil penalty. In both cases I was able to avoid a criminal record thanks to Jason. Would recommend for sure.

I was charged with driving under the influence following a police stop in late 2015. I consulted with Jason the following week and was impressed with his review of the available records, recommendations, and desire to take the case to court. He discussed the available options, including the first offender program (a criminal charge with lesser charges), possibility of a plea to reckless driving if offered, and taking the case to court, and the risks and benefits of each. Ultimately when the case went to trial, Jason performed an excellent cross examination of the arresting officer, including review of the video footage from the stop and legality of the stop itself. Jason's excellent courtroom performance ultimately led the police officer to become distressed and confused while serving as a witness. Given the questionable legality of the stop, in coordination with Jason's excellent questioning and the police officers visible frustration, we were able to plea to a lesser charge. Many other lawyers that specialize in DUI law, particularly in Delaware, will often recommend accepting the first offender program as the primary option. Throughout the nearly year long process, Jason was willing to consider different options, was open to taking the case to trial, and ultimately resulted in a lesser charge. While the best option certainly is to avoid drinking and driving; for those in a similar situation looking for a lawyer - Jason is an outstanding, knowledgable, and tenacious attorney that I would highly recommend to anyone.
