When you contact an injury lawyer, obviously something must be wrong so the last thing you want is for someone just to blow you off until The day before court, and then say OK now tell me what happened. Keith Lively sucks. He’s usually out enjoying self time while assigned or working on your case. When you send him a reminder, he apologizes consistently without any results.

Katherine Lease was such a great resource and I am so grateful I was able to work with her during my conflict at work. It's never easy being falsely accused of wrong-doing and I still can't believe my former employer got away with so much of what they did, but the difference in the way I was treated by the investigators was night and day once I had Katherine Lease representing me. She was understanding and knowledgeable about my situation and also made sure to push back on the investigators when they tried to get me to sign documents without having a chance to read over them.
