Ashcraft and g e r e l are one of the worst lawyers I have ever hired secretary does not call you back asking questions about your case that you need to find out don't get a call back never have and then they want to drop me because they say their lawyer no longer works there well they're supposed to be one of the biggest law firms in the United States apparently they can't find one lawyer apparently I am done with lawyers Ann Morgan & Morgan what's referred me to them because they dropped me too

I contacted Alan Lescht after experiencing sexual harassment and retaliation at work. The firm promptly took my call and set up a consultation with one of their partners - Ari Wilkenfeld. From the start, I felt comfortable sharing my experience and received excellent legal advice and moral support throughout the entire ordeal. I really appreciated that Ari was able to keep up with rapidly changing situation - he quickly responded to me and set up calls to discuss the best path forward with very little notice. He was also conscientious of the fact that I do not have a bottomless wallet, did his best to keep costs affordable for me, and honestly laid out potential financial obligations that would arise from the various legal paths open to me. This made it much easier for me to accurately analyze my options and the risks that came with them. My legal cases dragged on for the better part of 7 months but I always felt supported and like a priority for Ari. Even when it looked like we were going to have to change our definition of "winning," Ari let me take the lead in the decision as to what that win would look like. In the end we won both of my cases and - importantly to me - I retained the ability to speak about my experience. I hope to never have an experience again that requires an employment attorney but if I do, I'll contact Alan Lescht and Ari Wilkenfeld again.
