Mr Singer was a great help. Answers quickly on emails. Truly tried to help, not just trying to get a fee, as some other lawyers do. Does look deep into the complex issue, not afraid to say that he needs time to research it before giving advice. Highly recommend!

ICE picked my husband up at our home in November 2021. We were both shocked to learn he was facing deportation for a 1991 robbery charge. My husband has been a green card holder since 1983. The first immigration attorney I hired was a scam artist! She took my money, filed her pleadings late and got into an argument with the judge. I fired her immediately! Once I fired her, I took some time to research immigration lawyers in the DMV and that’s how I ran across Singer Immigration Law. Once I read Singer Immigration Law reviews on google, yelp and Avvo I knew I had to contact Mr. Singer. I called Eric the next business
day and for forty minutes he talked to me about my husband’s case and didn’t charge me a dime. He told me to send him all the documents (NTA, criminal record) I had pertaining to his case so when we had our initial consultation, he would have a better understanding of what he was facing. From our initial
conversation I knew I would hire Eric. Mr. Singer was very honest, and he told me due to my husband’s lengthy criminal record he would probably be ordered to be removed from the United States. Eric told me he couldn’t make any promises and it would be an uphill battle to have the removal proceedings stopped but he was willing to take the case on. The thing I admired the most with Eric was his genuine concern and empathy he had for my husband’s case from day one. For five months I watched Eric work on my husband’s case six days a week! He put in a lot of hours on his case, and he didn't bill me for each and every hour. The seven months my husband was detained was a very stressful and dark place for me but then I would get an email from Mr. Singer with a bit of good news, and it would brighten my day. Mr. Singer was very meticulous and honest in his daily emails to me. Every pleading and motion he filed in the case he emailed a copy to me and mailed a copy to my husband in the detention facility. He was also very responsive via email and phone. Most attorneys require clients to set an appointment time to discuss the case but not Eric. He was always available to talk. He had several phone calls with my husband while he was detained. He left no stone unturned. Eric has been in practice for over 25 years and his prices are very competitive and reasonable for the DMV area. Mr. Singer’s representation was worth every penny! Eric is so invested in his clients he started working on my husband’s behalf before I made a payment. He allowed me to make biweekly payments which shows how understanding and considerate he is. My husband’s case was before a very strict immigration judge in Arlington, VA. I’m happy to report Mr. Singer was able to win my husband's immigration case and after seven months my husband was released from ICE detention and allowed to keep his green card! We will forever be grateful to Singer Immigration Law for reuniting our family and allowing my husband to stay in the United States. If you are thinking about hiring Singer Immigration Law, do it! His level of expertise and professionalism is unmatched!

The price I paid for Eric's services did not include fees (filing fees, parking fees or copying fees). The day I made my final payment to Eric I told him I would include an extra $125.00 for fees. He emailed me back and said the fees were a lot less than $125.00 and attached a receipt to show how much the fees were! Not only is he an excellent attorney he's an honest attorney as well. I definitely made the right choice in choosing the Singer Immigration Law firm for my naturalization case! I am extremely satisfied with the expertise Dr.Singer provided me during my case. I had a prior conviction which made my case potentially more complicated, but Dr.Singer was excellent in helping us navigate through the entire process. He helped us draft a response for the criminal record part of the N-400 and carefully reviewed our documents before submitting to the USCIS. On the day of the interview, Eric defended well which allowed me to pass the interview without any problems. Dr.Singer was also very kind in helping us do a mock interview before the actual naturalization appointment to familiarize us with the type of questions the USCIS officer may ask on the day of. As a result, I was very prepared on the day of the interview.
From the beginning to the end, Eric was very responsive in answering our questions and even helped us save money in getting court documents. With Eric's assistance, I was able to get naturalized within a few months after submitting the N-400. I would like to thank him immensely for helping me become a U.S. citizen.
Eric Singer is likely one of the best immigration lawyers in the MD/DC area and I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a professional lawyer. With Eric, it's guaranteed a high quality representation and good result. The cost was reasonable for the professionalism he provided. Overall, my naturalization experience with Eric was very quick and pleasant. You will thank yourself for choosing him to represent you.

We needed a way to extend our stay with a G4 visa about to expire with the uncertain possibility to renew it after a period of time. My wife did a research and Eric Singer has the necessary experience to ask if our case had any option. It is important to mention that this was during the holiday season on December and still under the Pandemic restrictions.
We first had a phone interview with him and presented our case, we are a family of 4 and after the details of our case Eric suggested a transition from G-4 to B-2 hoping to go back to G-4 for our family, it was a complicated transition given the type of visa and short period of time because of the sensitive deadlines involved. After this we had an in person meeting with him and from that point really felt we were in good hands because of his knowledge and experience, very professional and always being straight forward in terms of what options we had.
We submitted the required documentation and our petition was based in the needs of our older son who's under the Autism Spectrum. It had to be done fast, before Christmas to meet the deadlines and Eric was very precise and effective in presenting the documentation.
This was just the first step in our process, it gave us some time while we tried to renew the G4 visa in communication with my employer. The months passed and after six months without any news on our petition or the G4 pursuit we had to resubmit the documentation again against the 6 month deadline. At this point our uncertainty and preoccupation kept growing because we were about to complete almost a year in this process. Finally at this point we got the news and were able to get a new G4 visa, left the country to get the visas and came back again under the desired status. Upon our arrival we contacted Eric to let him know that we finally made it after several months. He was an excellent choice given the complexity of our case but his experience, knowledge and guidance were unevaluable during the process.
We definitely would recommend Eric's office without hesitation. Very reliable and experienced.

My naturalization wouldn't have been possible without the amount of time and knowledge Mr. Eric H Singer invested in my N-400 application. After a prior naturalization denial that bothers around good moral conduct (GMC), I hired Eric H Singer, an immigration attorney, to review my case and advice on path-forward.
He carried out an in-depth case review and advised me of the new naturalization application options. Beyond taking ownership of the case, Eric Singer knew his onions, empathized with me, and was passionate about positive outcomes. He brought his proactiveness to bearing by the verifiable burden of proof he assisted me in preparing, which became the basis for the approval at the N-400 interview.
By and large, Mr. Eric Singer is knowledgeable, reliable, timely, friendly, and has a deep sense of humor.
Surprisingly, his legal fee(s) is/are pretty affordable with a flexible payment plan.

My wife and I have been married for a decade. Unfortunately, many firms have turned us down because of our unique situation[taxes, criminal matters, etc.]. We gave up our search for a couple of years until we moved to the DC metro area and found Mr. Singer. Some firms will even ask for full payment upon signing an attorney-client contract. However, that was not the case with Mr. Singer. He will even ask if you would like to do a payment plan. When you ask him questions, he will provide you with calculated responses. On top of that, when the government makes any changes to the policy, Mr. Singer will also update your application to adjust status and inform you if the new policy would affect your case. In your first meeting, make sure to leave no details out because he is meticulous and will let you know if anything gets in your way when it comes to detail. The man will show you all the possibilities from start to "green card in your mailbox." He is the kind of attorney that makes me want to get into more trouble just to get to work with him again.

Mr. Singer took a very challenging case involving my husband who was picked up at work by ICE, and was facing deportation regarding a drug offense case he caught in 2021. Before Mr. Singer took this case he told me that, if he didn't feel he had a good chance of winning he would not take my money or the case. After Mr. Singer looked into the case, he told me that he would represent us, and we have a chance of winning this. Mr. Singer was very thorough and was in contact with us in every which way. After facing a very strict Immigration Judge in Arlington, VA, he won our case and after spending almost 4 months in an immigration center, my husband came home the very next day. Mr. Singer's skills and knowledge regarding immigartion court, immigration law, etc, are top notch. My husband is now eligible to be Naturalized and is on his way to becoming an United States citizen. We owe the future of my husband staying in this great country and our famiy remaining together to Mr. Singer.
