We struggled to find an immigration attorney to apply for a green card for my wife. We almost gave up on our search until we found Mr. Singer. In our first meeting, he listened to our story and other minor details and laid out all the possible outcomes for our case. It was not an easy case for him because we have tax liens, criminal matters, and more. However, instead of turning us down or charging extra fees like other firms we contacted in the past ten years, Mr. Singer accepted our case. It was a rollercoaster ride because, for the most part, we had to wait for a document confirming the dispositions of criminal cases in another country. Then, COVID19 arrived, and most USCIS services were delayed, but Mr. Singer kept us up-to-date with all the changes and policy. He would list any potential issues that the USCIS could use to deny her status adjustment and tackle them one by one. He reassured us that even if the application is rejected, there are other ways that we can try. We submitted the application and all the documents to support our case and dispel any doubt our USCIS case officer may have in October 2020. We went to our interview in August 2021. In January, we sent the additional documents and got our approval in less than a week. Mr. Singer is very patient knows his crafts very well. Things might have gone terribly wrong if it was not for him.

My wife and I found Mr. Singer online and couldn't be happier with the turn out. He was attentive, responsive, professional, and most of all honest about the whole process and there were no surprises due to his thoroughness. I would highly recommend!

BEST IMMIGRATION LAWYER MD,VA,DC I had applied for my N400 application on my own with my families help march 2019. I didn't have a good feeling about it since I had a criminal background .Overall my cases looked really bad so I wanted to get a immigration lawyer to help me. I went to 8 immigration lawyers paid from $100-$300 per visit. A few of the immigration lawyers advise me to withdrawal my application completely. 2 of the lawyers told me to not even renewal my green card that it would put me in a risk. 4 lawyers said that my case could get approved but one of them said base on the fact that I did it on my own that they would not work on it. Now when I came to Mr. Singer one he was kind and understanding. He took a few min to look at my application made the correction open a few law books and then said that my case would be approved. Then gave me a very affordable price for my case. The attention to detail was what made me pick him out of all the lawyers. My process with him was great he got my traffic records and was able to tell me where to get my old tickets info, and I felt ready for my interview. He told me what I needed to have and what to study. He always emails me back right away with all your concerns which I had a FEW. He had a plan B in case my N400 application were to get denied to get my green card renewal before it expired. My N400 was approved August 2019 I also had my ceremony that same week !.
