Totalmente recomendable. El abogado Eric nos ayudó con la visa K-1, al no hablar muy bien inglés él siempre me explico al detalle y siempre estuvo pendiente de cada trámite que realizaba en España y asesorando a mi esposo en Estados Unidos. He has a “‘tell it like it is’ personality,” and calmly walks you through all possible scenarios of your case, which we greatly appreciated. My case was relatively straightforward (adjustment of status from an H-1B visa to a marriage-based green card), but his experience has provided us with great perspective on what to expect, when to expect it, and how to problem solve. We greatly enjoyed that Eric was available pretty much at all hours. It was just a pleasure to work with Eric. We even had quite a few laughs along the way!
