Thank you to Mr. Meyer! I had a Guideline F, Financial Considerations, proceeding before the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals. I sought out Tully Rinckey and they assigned Dan Meyer, a national security partner working out of the Washington, D.C. Office, to represent me. Mr. Meyer is a former security officer and knew exactly where to point me in the evidence collection and hearing process. After I got the evidence together, Dan did the legal brief and represented me at the hearing, doing the examination and defending the cross examination. My decision is in, and we won. For the second round, I obtained additional evidence and the missing information. Dan reviewed the evidence again, suggested a new approach, and we won the second appeal. Dan was focused on something that was not obvious from the official paperwork: different executives make the decision at different levels. Thanks to Tully Rinckey! Facing a Statement of Reasons from the Department of Energy, I did a consult with Tully Rinckey. National security law expert, Dan Meyer, who used to oversight the Department of Energy when he was an intelligence officer, was given my file.
