🛑I do not recommending using this Company. They have a very rude unprofessional new attorney in there and her name is SOLLANO I will double check the spelling. She is very unprofessional and rude. It is hard to get an attorney on the phone once you pay your money. I was given services that was done, and the wording was incorrect on a trust, and I was not able to utilize my trust properly for approximately a year.
Once I noticed the error and contacted the company it was hard to get any real questions answered. I always had to go through the different people on the staff not a real attorney!!! Who played the phone in the email game for months!! You will speak with the secretary. You will speak with an accountant, but never really an attorney until they felt like it. Just be AWARE you pay this company the money you might as well do it yourself. They don't follow back up they don't care staff doesn't care. No one cares and I don't know if it's due to the fact that I'm African-American, but it felt like it. If I was you, I would go somewhere else. Do not give them your money.
Now I had to find another attorney and pay another attorney to fix this error. A big waste of time money and energy. Now my phones is locked in the trust that I cannot dissolve. Can you imagine I don't need the trust at this time? It wasn't set up correctly so I'm forced to keep the trust. Runnnnnnn from this company! 👋🏾👍🏾🛑‼️🏃🏿♀️🏃♂️🏃🏾⌛️

We had need of a updated estate plan after my mother in law passed away- both she and my father in law (90 years old) resided in our home, but their documents had no other heirs than each other. Transaction and process was organized,- the initial consultation in person went well, the review process afterwards used an online portal for ease of access and updates/review as well as phone calls as needed for Q&A. The final signing in person was concise and detailed enough to ensure all documents were understandable for my Father in law as well as answering all his questions. He sleeps soundly at night knowing his wishes are fully documented and in place for all necessary elder care contingencies - living will, HIPPA, medical care, will/funeral are in place.

Having decided to rewrite my will, I had to find a qualified attorney. After asking around and not finding anyone, I went online to look up lawyers in my area and read reviews. There were several that sounded good but either didn’t take the time to call me or requested that I make an appointment at $300 an hour.
Jay Fox was very gracious. He called me within an hour or two and we talked for maybe 20 minutes to a half hour. He assured me that he didn’t charge for this initial consultation, only if I decided to enlist his services.
He was so helpful and detail oriented, unlike me. He thought of everything that I didn’t. He turned an unpleasant chore into a satisfying outcome.

We are so pleased with Desert Law Group. We brought our four (4) Trust to Desert Law Group to review and help us update and simplify them. We first met with one of the lawyers (Joe) who was very knowledgeable and more importantly, easy to talk to and ask questions about our trusts. Later Kimberly came in and explained the Trusts distributions and the differences between revocable and non- revocable Trusts. We have both. We revised two Trust and left the other two Trust as they were. Office Staff is great! Very professional, willing to help where they can, and always greeted us at the door with a smile and a friendly hello. We recommend Desert Law Group.

We initially met with Lawyer Joe Capobianco and he was very personable, professional and he explained everything in simple terms in regard to putting together a Trust and Will and the huge advantages in doing so (and the headaches and huge costs in not doing so). We answered lots of questions initially and then got back to him a few weeks later with more specifics. The documents were prepared in a timely manner. We then met with Nathan Martinez who took us page by page through the documents so we could sign them (and they were highly organized in a leather binder)…and he explained everything and answered all our questions. Very impressed and we definitely highly recommend the Desert Law Group!

My wife and I were very pleased with the service that Kevin, Carolyn and Hannah gave us during the preparation of our living trust. They have an organized process for trust preparation, which was helpful to us in gathering the required information for the document. Kevin walked us through each of the major decisions we would need to make, and was good about giving explanations of the pros/cons of the various alternatives. This year I finally prioritized planning my estate and that of my parents. I sought out Pablo Palomino because he is bilingual and because of his volunteer work. I wanted to support someone who supports our community. I anticipated the process to be daunting but Pablo, and his highly skilled team, did a great job of painlessly walking me through a comprehensive plan, proactively researching and correcting some abnormalities on my property title, and delivering a full package including a revocable living trust, will, power of attorney, health directive and more. We brought in my parents the following week and Pablo and team made them feel very welcome and they left feeling a great sense of relief that their house was now in order.
I recommend Pablo and his Legacy team for their customer service, competency and final product. Their price was fair, their offices are right off the freeway with plenty of parking. Come as you are.

We hired Kellen’s firm to apply for Medicaid for Mom to receive long term care in a nursing home. We were given “ homework “ before our first meeting, which helped us to begin collecting the necessary paperwork. For example, we had to go the courthouse to obtain certified legal documents.
When a loved one is slightly over the cap in income, qualifying for Medicaid can be daunting. Kellen’s firm saved us from completing the lengthy and tedious Medicaid form and from making costly mistakes in qualifying for this benefit.
The first consultation with Kellen was eye-opening. He busted many Medicaid myths! I also watched the pertinent videos on the website. We should have come to him a couple of years ago when Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Kellen and his paralegal specialist, Christian, made the process understandable with handouts and flowcharts. They were familiar with the staff of the nursing home we selected, and kept us apprised of the application status.
We highly recommend Kellen and his firm!

At some point in your life you will most likely need a lawyer's services and where do you go searching - the internet of course as most of us don't want share our need with friends/family so that's where the confusing part begins - who to select, who to trust, who can we afford, do we really need them. Some of us will see that big attorney commercial and call and become a billable number - been there done that before as well. Who do you think is paying for that commercial and big office and big staff - you are!

I have had several wills completed in the past by attorneys that really had not a clue what they were doing. I felt as though I needed to have it ironclad because I had a special situation where I didn’t want certain people that may have had a legal right to my Estate that we set up a trust and Andrea made sure that the trust was protected and that distribution it would only go to my one and only charity. A couple years later, of course life changes things around. I needed to make a major revision, so my trustee has all the information she needs to process the trust. After reading everything over it was done beautifully and I feel now I don’t have to worry about where the trust will be distributed. it’s a total relief something I don’t want to worry about as I’m getting up in the years. I would highly recommend Andrea and her staff to anyone that wants an ironclad agreement and done so professionally.

Roderick answered every question we had, walked us through every step of the process and presented us with different payment options. I strongly disagree with reviews that dismiss Felinton Elder Law as a sales scam. For the past five years, Mindy has worked with three generations of my family on many elder-related issues such as wills, POA's, health-related documents, and, especially, various types of estate planning trusts. Elder care legal considerations are, by their very nature, complex, time-consuming, and expensive. Through all of our interactions, Mindy has balanced the professional and the personal, more than once going our of her way to make last-minute personal accommodations and document changes necessary for our peace of mind. She has gotten to know our entire family: from my late father, to my wife and myself, and now our sons. (And yes, we all enjoy the warm reception her office staff and her canine companions Scruffy and Princess provide at each appointment.) So, if you are looking for quick, cheap elder-related legal packages that promise the world, look to the Internet for shake-and-bake, cut-rate legal advice of dubious value. Mr Walsh advised and assisted in the somewhat complex MEDICAID application process for my 88 year old Mother. His professional guidance and MEDICAID planning smarts ensured the MEDICAID application would meet the eligibility requirements for a successful submission. The Harvey and Foote law firm settled a wrongful death case for our family involving a nursing home. The process was for me was hard to deal with due to the loss of our loved one.
