I scheduled a consultation with Mr. Messerli because I was facing termination from my job of 10 years. I was initially unsure if employing counsel would even be worth it because the situation was so complicated & seemed to favor the company's decision. Mr. Messerli absolutely exceeded my expectations. Before even retaining him, he literally exhausted every resource to help me obtain legal grounds to keep my job. He researched & gathered data to fully understand my situation, but also made a point to educate me every step of the way so we could efficiently rectify the issue without unnecessary escalation. Dealing with legal stuff can really tie you up in knots, but Simon Law made the process bearable. Had to sort out some paperwork that felt like it was written in ancient Greek to me. Their team was patient, broke everything down so even I could get it, and they were on the ball with all the deadlines. Felt like they actually had my back the whole time. Honestly, didn't expect to feel this relieved after it was all said and done. If legal jargon's not your thing and you need someone reliable, give them a shout.

After a death, the last thing you want to do is worry about someone liquidating your fathers assets. This is what my sisters and I had to face a week after burying our dad. Due to him not having a will things where really complicated and his wife tried to take advantage of the situation. A family friend referred us to Bill and he has been a breath of fresh air throughout this entire process. Her attorney has been procrastinating the entire time and Bill has been on him like white on rice! Bill is very much to the point- no BS so if you want to be coddled then this one isn't for you. But, if you want the facts and someone that is going to give it to you straight while fighting for what's right then Bill is your guy. I highly recommend his team to anyone going through probate or a family settlement agreement. He's expensive but well worth the money I promise!

Over the course of one weekend, I suddenly found both of my elderly parents in the hospital. One of them would need to move into a nursing home almost immediately as the other recovered. Only, I had no clue how to even begin this process. An event like this is emotionally draining, and now, needing to quickly find a nursing home on top of this, was overwhelming. The nursing homes are ready to take patients, eager for them. Bring them on, private pay! Only going to cost you thousands of dollars a month. Easy.
When I called Spencer Ghazey-Bates, this is where I was, completely lost and overwhelmed, prepared for my parents to lose a lifetime of gathered assets within the year. After getting off the phone, this all changed.
I had a plan of action. I had reassurances from an expert that has done this time and time again for other families. An overall plan was made, steps were given, one at a time, so as not to be overwhelming. I finally could feel like I knew what to do and could start sorting our lives out again while the paperwork was being taken care of by professionals.
The nursing home's billing departments are experts at working for themselves. Without professional legal representation, I felt defenseless from their statements and bills. With Spencer, you have an export that works FOR YOU.
Over the months of this process, we gracefully landed with my parent in a good nursing home and my parent’s assets intact. Every call, email, and text to Spencer and his team was answered quickly and professionally, and at times, I almost could forget about the furious amounts of paperwork going back and forth in the background. I was able to focus instead on my family.
I cannot more highly recommend Spencer-Ghazey-Bates and his team for any elder planning you could need than I already have. If your family is having a crisis, or even just planning for a crisis, this is the team you want in your corner.

I would rate Razavi Law Group 10 stars if they were available. I was a pedestrian hit by a car in a parking lot, landing on the hood of the car. Hurt and overwhelmed by paperwork from the other party’s insurance I reached out to Razavi Law Group. My first contact was with Lotte, my case manager who immediately put me at ease. Lotte reassured me they would handle any paperwork or calls from that point on. He explained the process to me. Lotte kept me informed on the progress of my case, patiently answered any of my questions and put me in touch with my attorney, Gabe.
