I am not quite sure where to begin...I had originally hired a previous lawyer to represent me for my divorce (which started in 2019). The previous lawyer did not seem to be doing much work on my case nor did did I feel heard when I explained my case to them. I ended up asking them to withdraw as my lawyer after about 8 months because I knew they weren't going to fight for me.
I then started the process of finding a new lawyer and quite a few lawyers were not even willing to take my case because litigation had already started.
I felt very lost, but then I got referred to Linda Watson from 3 different people. I had my phone consult with her (at this point covid was in full swing) and I knew this woman was going to fight for me.
Let me make this clear, you're money will not go to waste at Watson Law! You will see the work for what you pay for! Linda and her team will go above and beyond for you! Make sure you communicate with them and tell them everything!
Linda is such a good hearted person. She doesn't sugarcoat things and is very real and upfront with you!
Never in a million years did I think after hiring Linda I would grow so close to her and her staff!! As crappy as having to go through the divorce process was, Linda and her team made it somewhat enjoyable! I felt heard, supported and validated from Linda and her team!
Oh and in the end, Watson Law won my case!!! It took 5+ trials/days in court. It is very important for YOU the client to make sure you educate yourself with your story/side of things and come prepared as well. Linda is so incredible in court. She FIGHTS for you. I could go on and on but I will end with this...choosing any other lawyer for your case would be a HUGE mistake and loss!!!!

Linda recently represented me with my divorce/custody case. She was quick to answer each and every question thoroughly. She also has very well educated staff and paralegals who help beyond words. They are professional, and quick to help when needed. She is a fighter and understanding as well as a family woman too. David is a true professional who took the helm of my ship navigating me through the rocky waters of my divorce. From our first meeting, I had great confidence in Robyn and her abilities. Instead of being intimidated to take on my case after two other attorneys, Robyn was excited to take on the challenge. My ex is prior military, former local and federal level law enforcement, and worked for Coconino County as a probation officer. Throughout our entire marriage, he abused me, our children, and other victims. Robyn did not gloss over the details of this abuse; she read all of the information and evidence and all of the correspondence between my previous attorneys and my ex’s counsel. She dove into my case without hesitation. Unlike my first two attorneys (who often appeared as if they were working for the other side and had no concern for my children's best interest), when Robyn submitted documents to the court; she fully and accurately represented my concerns and sentiments. I felt as if she knew my heart, knew my children, and actually cared about our safety and well-being. My case had stalled and been delayed; no progress was made until I hired Robyn. Leading up to court, I was confident I had the best team possible. Robyn’s paralegal, Mandy is just as knowledgeable as any attorney I’ve ever known and worked equally as hard in organizing material, preparing documents, and laying out evidence for settlement discussions and hearings/trials. Both of these women are powerhouses as individuals but their combined force is astonishing!!! Whenever I had a question, it was promptly answered! Whenever we met, I had their undivided attention! When I was feeling discouraged, they encouraged me; I felt supported each step of the way! My previous attorneys allowed my ex to drag proceedings out and continue abusing me through the legal system; they did not buffer the BS. Robyn and Mandy shielded me, figuratively and literally. Crucial evidence that my former attorney claimed could not be used in support of my case was admitted by Robyn and Mandy. Witnesses that my former attorney refused to reach out to were contacted and successfully subpoenaed by Robyn and Mandy. In court, Robyn stood her ground in my defense, holding my abuser accountable for his abuse and lies. Robyn presented my case in such a thoughtful, methodical way that it made the judge’s ruling (in my favor) easy. After just a few short months with Robyn and Mandy, my children and I are one step closer to being free from my ex’s abuse, my children’s voices are finally being heard, my children are finally being protected, and I am finally receiving child support, alimony, and attorney’s fees that my former attorneys refused to fight for!!! Living in Coconino County, I was reluctant to hire Robyn out of Maricopa County after my experience with the first attorney in Maricopa. But, she was more present and committed to my case than I could have imagined. Robyn repeatedly drove three hours each way and showed up to my hearings in person (my local attorney never did). Representation is everything; this made a huge difference for me and for the judge. I am so grateful I was able to find and retain Robyn!! It’s great to have a knowledgeable attorney...but I’ve learned that having someone with 30 years of experience does no good when their heart is not in it and they don’t truly care about what happens to their clients and their clients’ children. Some people get into family law for the money. Some people practice family law because they are good at this particular area of law. Kerrie Justice is an intelligent lawyer with an athlete’s competitive spirit. Although she is obviously busy, Kerrie was always a wonderful representative of calm preparedness during my lengthy and tenacious custody litigation. I appreciate her knowledge, her calming presence, and her polite and respectful attitude in the courtroom, and outside of it.
I can only assume the negative reviews were retaliatory response from frustrated phonies who lost against her in court because Kerrie did an outstanding job representing the best interests of me and my children in a very touchy and extremely stressful custody case.
I was most pleased with her high level of integrity and tenacity during her closing statements because of how aptly she conveyed to the judge what was of highest importance to me in regards to outcome.
She is very intelligent and was forceful when the situation called for it. Her knowledge of the law and how it can work FOR you is exceptional and her ability to think outside the lines and come up with creative ways to solve a problem is beyond reproach. Speaking from experience, Kerrie’s best work is when you just trust her and let her do her job.

I found Ms. Justice by a unique turn of events. It was one of those situations that when your at the end of your rope and attaching it to a rock to throw over a bridge something happens. Something you truly did not expect because the shoe has been consistently dropping in a 20 year marriage. He was going to make sure I could not leave and he tried hard to do everything in his power to financially destroy me and thus keep me and my children in a life he had complete control of. My story was embarrassing for me to tell. There were facts that I realized were a coin toss for one to believe. Ms. Justice listened and believed me. Pretty profound for a women who had been told for years she was crazy and imagining things. She could not promise me anything but that she would do her utmost to make sure my children and I survived this. We not only survived we are thriving. Were there times I was frustrated?..YES...Were there times I felt like I was falling in the dark without a parachute?...YUP!!! However more were the times I knew I had a legal team taking care of me. I recently applied for my green card with him and am very happy I found him. Not only will he guide you through the whole thing and explain what's what, he'll also give you pretty decent estimates of outcomes and their timelines. Keep in mind that this is immigration and nothing's guaranteed, but he definitely knows how to present your case.
Thanks to him, my EAD came through pretty fast and I'm very thankful for it.

Be 100% open and candid with her because she’s YOUR ADVOCATE. She’s young and aggressive but she’s also very realistic. She will set realistic expectations from the BEGINNING. If you want to be told what you ‘would like to hear’ instead of what you absolutely NEED to hear then hire someone else. BUT if you would like your high conflict case handled fairly and directly with the goal of LOWERING the hostility and rancor between you and your soon to be former spouse so you can actually come to a resolution BEFORE going to trial, I’d highly recommend Kelli as one of the finest divorce lawyers I’ve ever met.

I was in the middle of a terrible litigation storm with my sons father and it seemed like it would never end. We had been going back and forth to court for well over a year and I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I had been through over 4 attorneys...yes, I said 4!!! In February of 2018 a family friend suggested I meet with Mr.Schrade to see what options there were for me to move forward and possibly even wrap up the litigation altogether. I was nervous and I assumed Mr. Schrade would be like all the others but boy was I wrong. For started Mr. Schrade is an extremely kind and respectful person. Every attorney I had prior was somewhat rude or too aggressive towards me when I asked questions or for undertaking. Mr.Schrade was the total opposite... it makes a huge difference when someone treats you like a person instead of job or simply another case number. I met Ms. Loochkartt at the recommendation of another client 24+ years ago and she coddled me through a long treacherous divorce and child custody battle. Long before the internet! Her kindness and grace and caring were none to be compared. She moved mountains to be fair and accommodating and to help me through the hardest time in my life. All these years later my son went to her to file for a divorce she has been there every step of the way, nights, holidays, weekends, questions like you would never even believe. Annette helped me regain custody of my daughter years ago and was wery insightful throughout the case. Her pricing was fair for what she does. I have been divorced now for over 10 years and since my divorce have gone through three attorneys. My first experience with my first attorney was horrible and no justice was served in my divorce; my ex wife walked away with everything including my children. Since then I have taken my ex-wife back to court and never really truly been able to get justice served. I recently retained Annette Cox Sandoval as my attorney in a custody battle with my ex-wife. My ex-wife was always used to winning and getting her way and justice was never served until recently when Mrs Cox Sandoval took over my case. Mrs Cox Sandoval was very good at gathering the evidence that I gave her an overtime put together an amazing case!!! My ex even tried to get jurisdiction changed after it being 10 years in Arizona to hometown of Nevada. Mrs Cox Sandoval fought for me and convinced our judge to retain jurisdiction in Arizona (which was key to my custody battle)! Recently we were set to go to custody trial and the day before our trial my ex caved in and settled. I finally got justice served and more importantly, my son is now happy and living with me and his family in Arizona!!!
Mrs Cox Sandoval is the best attorney that I've had and I will never have to worry again so long as she is in my corner!!!

After having the worst experiences with family law attorneys in the past, Ms. Alves has been the only attorney that could out me on the path to seeing my son after being crushed in the courtroom for 7 years. When it comes to say anything about Mr. Hany Khoury, he’s nothing short of a miracle. My ex-wife was nothing but difficult from Day 1 to Year 4. Mr. Khoury not only had her attorneys drop her just by his sheer excellence and superior knowledge in court during our divorce which resulted in me winning, but also had the judge reprimanding my ex for wasting the courts valuable time. He simply takes no BS, and tells it how it is every step of the way. I’ve been with him throughout a very long process with dirty antics by my ex- wife trying to make me out to be everything under the sun and he’s gotten every fraudulent claim dismissed even to the point where when my ex took the stand she even admitted it was all lies by his proper execution of wording . After our last lengthy go around again in court , he never stopped believing in me, our hope of beating a corrupt system that favors women mainly due to the judge assigned, and we beat her in the end again and all her claims again were all dismissed . He is a Pitbull. So smart and educated and hates when others parents manipulate the court for their own gain. My daughter is all I wanted and he always made sure I was able to get that . He will never give up, his staff is remarkable, he files every document on time, and he really cares about his clients needs. I will never use another attorney. Because to me he’s more than that, he’s family. That’s how he treated me. He made sure I got my daughter back in my life after a system took her away based on fraudulent made up lies from a bitter ex wife. If you need to choose an attorney who will dedicate his knowledge and expertise and be diligent where others won’t, he’s the attorney you want. The best in my opinion in the QC.

I contacted Julia, when my ex had just threatened divorce. I'm so grateful that I took the time to call, get the info I needed and feel some peace. I had hoped that I would never need to call back. However, when he pulled the trigger, I was on it and Julia was ready to go.
She gave me a very realistic honest picture of what to expect, as best that anyone can do, not knowing how my ex and the Opposing team would show up.
In Mediation, Julia was unflappable!! The OC was yelling and screaming (when we they had to interact) and Julia was calm and cool. When his team tried to pull punches, she was right there was an answer and proposing things for my defense. for example, when my Ex wanted to divide the upfront alimony into two payments - 6 months apart, within nanoseconds, she agreed "with interest and here's that interest amount as of today". Wow, that alone yielded me an additional $11K in my settlement. She was timely in her replies and her legal assistant was amazing to work with. We had TWO long days of mediation, and she was incredible throughout the entire time! I'm oh so grateful!

Julia is literally a Godsend-- I was at my breaking point facing criminal contempt charges on a short-term (7 year) no children divorce proceedings -- 6 years of depositions and 19 Request for Production of Documents (no privacy ever- had to provide my credit card and bank statements every 4 months)
I was beaten down and severely depressed not to mention the financial stress of 6 years of contentious divorce hearings and two trials and an appeal later-- Julia came into my life to defend me on the Criminal Contempt charges- yes, I was facing 6 months- to 1 year in jail for not being able to make money during COVID and pay the Temp Support Order which had not been in place for 6 years.. What is Temporary about that?
I was very frustrated and lacked confidence in the legal process, courts and lawyers when Julia asked me to trust her.
This was easier said than done as I had heard those same words from four (4) previous attorneys who all made my case worse-- not better. Julia held my hand and allowed me to cry and be frustrated while continuing to move forward cleaning up the mess that was created by previous counsel and a court system that was not caught up to dealing with a Pandemic.

I was in a rough spot once my divorce started. I honestly didn't know where to turn to. I found Tara Parker online and requested a meeting. I briefed her on how everything started out for me. My Ex-Wife ran off with my children, without me knowing, accused me of things that I would never do, and wouldn't let me know where my children were, and if they were ok. My daughter is autistic and was taken out of Therapy for a lengthy time, my son was taken out of school and wasn't enrolled into school until 4 weeks later. I had to deal with a situation that existed in both family court as well as criminal court. Right away Ali was both informative and empathetic. As a professional, she knows how the legal system works. Ali spent time 'on the other side' as a prosecutor, which I felt gave her an inside understanding of not only how the prosecution operates, but of what judges want and look for in a case. Ali informed myself and my wife right away to initiate things like counseling and parenting classes and not to wait for that to be ordered. 1) Because you don't want to get MONTHS into your case and then have the system spring something on you that you could have been doing all that time and 2) It shows that you're pro-active in your case. She never painted a picture of unrealistic expectations and yet, at the same time, she managed to stoke the fires of hope and resolve. The above mentioned advice alone probably shaved 3-4 months off of my family court case. It's little things like that that become big things that Ali has an inside understanding of.
As a person, Ali took a personal interest in me and my family. She readily viewed pictures of my kids and even helped my eldest with a few decisions about college. Ali is a genuine person and she really does care.
To be frank, the court system is hell. Pick one reason or pick several, it's a sea of hell. Ali acted as a legal compass through it all.
I don't give this review with any amount of light heartedness. DCFS came and took my youngest son into state custody for over 1 year. In my heart I truly feel that if it had not been for Ali Leonard, that time would have been excruciatingly longer or worse, they may not have returned him at all. It's via her strength, her knowledge and her determination that I have my son today and my family is whole. Even when my monetary debt reads zero, I will never be able to truly pay her back. Office of Aaron Wentz was very professional, his Paralegal (Ms. Sharp) was extremely helpful and quick to respond. It took about 7 months to get divorced, but that was part of my doing, trying to salvage a relationship, that ended up not being able to do so. however, once I made that decision, I was divorced within a few months, and sent to Judge within a few days the judge had signed. I would recommend Mr. Wentz and staff. Mr. Wentz also drew up a WILL for me and that was very quick and easy, and it within a week of speaking with him. When I was served with a temporary restraining orders from my wife, kids and residence on a Sunday morning, my world flipped upside down. I never had domestic issues before so I was scared beyond belief. Thank the moon and stars for Natasha! She got back to me on a Sunday, calmed me down and said she would be at court the following day at 8a. OMG the relief! The next morning the hearing was heard. Natasha's task was very very hard. The evidentiary standard for me to be removed from my home was very low. The judge made this clear to us all. The judge then asked if I would just consent. The amount of stress I felt was crazy. Low bar did not sound good at all. We proceed to trial and it was exactly what you never want to see and hear. A so called loved one spewing lies under oath and "fishing" for anything they can find to meet a "low bar". The expedition went back 10 years in time, things me and Natasha never had a chance to discuss as it was never mentioned in this complaint. Natasha did not fret at all during the hearing. Natasha tore my ex up pretty badly on cross. To the point of reminding her about perjury. My ex's lawyer was forced into speaking mostly after that point and Natasha shut that down. The judge had seen enough of the act. The order was struck down and I was able to return to my home where I have lived since Natasha's win for me that day in court July 2019.
Most guys don't get past this point. Once your out the house, the narrative changes, especially with kids involved.
Along with this restraining order, my ex charged me with criminal charges as well. After a quick discussion with the prosecutor, Natasha had the state drop these frivolous charges before the judge even took the bench. Our defense was based on the previous testimony. Natasha's cross examination was that strong.
Natasha takes abuse of the system very seriously. She knows her criminal law and she knows how it is abused. She is a blessing for me and my family. I recommend her very highly and cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me and my family.

Now he’s not your therapist(which is for your best benefit), however he works extremely hard even after hours putting together the best presentation possible for your case.
