Regina was my saving grace. I thought I could handle on my own what was supposed to be an "uncontested" case. Long story, short, the case was contested and I ended up being strung along, but I was just not strong enough to manage the situation. Things only escalated and were getting worse after each interaction. I finally gained enough confidence to do what I should have done in the first place - hire a skilled attorney who was not afraid to go the distance if it were necessary. I was surprised at how quickly things got resolved after Regina took over and laid out the path necessary if the case were to go to trial. I just wish I would have hired her sooner. She was worth everything I paid her.

I retained Ms. Main about 6 months into my existing case after firing my first attorney. I was terrified and scared and discouraged because of my previous experience with the court system. My previous attorney dropped the ball and Ms. Main came into the picture and had to clean up his mess. From day one, she remembered every detail of my case and I was 100% confident in her court room appearance as well as all of the paper work that her office filed. She always put my son’s best interest ahead of anything else. She is truly ethical and was so professional in the court room even when the judge and opposong council left me with a sour taste in my mouth. She never stooped to their level and always stayed professional and fought for what was right! She is extremely knowledgeable and is “the smartest person in the room” (inside joke). Opposing council was a loud mouth and should actually be a criminal defense attorney, not a family law attorney. It’s actually disgusting how horrible other attorneys can be. HOWEVER, Rebekah is someone you want on your team. Child custody is heart breaking and gut wrenching. It’s expensive (however she is fairly priced and doesn’t charge above and beyond like most). After over two years from my initial hearing, my case finally was resolved and I am so grateful that I can now put the nightmare behind me. Let me add, it was opposing who consistently dragged out our case, not Rebekah. She wanted resolution as much as I did. She is extremely valuable and as far as I’m concerned one of the best attorneys I have ever known. Her staff is also awesome! I felt like they knew me on a personal level, I never felt like a business transaction. I am telling you now, if you are searching for a child custody attorney, do not waste your time looking elsewhere, hire Ms. Main. You won’t regret it. If I could give her 100 stars I would. I hired Mitch to handle an extremely difficult child support case in New Jersey for arrears that dated back to over 5 years ago and wasn’t closed out when the child turned 18; however Mitch and his team handled it effectively despite the delays due to covid and the court house.

Mitch Mullen has got to be one of the best divorce lawyers in NJ. My case was complicated. I went through three other lawyers. I dropped the three other lawyers because they either overbilled, didn't get back to me or were just incompetent. Mr. Mullen somehow navigated my litigious wife's lawyer, helped to get a baseless Final Restraining Order dismissed and charged me much less than everyone else. Mr. Mullen is technically competent and very honest. I think Mr. Mullen also does a good job because he has paralegals which do all the admin work. So there's never a problem with scheduling, fees or reaching Mr. Mullen for an update on your case.

Mindi is bright, sharp, intuitive, and bold. At our first mediation, the opposition came in and demanded everything. I'll never forget Mindi roaring, "We aren't agreeing to any of that!" I knew in that moment that I was in really good hands.I felt protected and empowered.
Throughout our very long, drawn-out case, Mindi and her team made sure to advise me on all of the big things and all of the small things. I appreciated her insight on how to respond (and how not respond) to unreasonable emails, requests, and accusations. Mindi and Yanna were always available to council me on minor issues that would come up between me and my problematic co-parent. I have spent almost 7 years embroiled in a multitude of difficult situations with my ex-husband. During this time I have used the services of 5 attorneys. My most recent situation was the most challenging, and required an insightful and readily-available attorney. While I had used the services of Rose Law Group before, I had never used the services of Mr. Kaine Fisher. Initially, on a weekend, I sent Mr. Fisher a plethora of emails relating to the past 7 years of divorce issues. Much to my surprise, by Sunday, Mr. Fisher had answered my emails. He was there for me on an emergency basis (without an initial meeting). At that moment, I finally had some semblance of peace in navigating the legal waters ahead. During the ensuing 8 months, my child and I endured many situations that could easily have erupted into law enforcement and legal nightmares. I contacted Guichard St. Surin just a few days before my hearing for a restraining order. I was nervous because the opposing party had a lawyer and being told how hard it was to get a restraining order. I presented my evidence to Guichard the morning of my hearing. He brilliantly put together and addressed the court with my case that had the opposing party running to offer us a settlement for a 1 year restraining order. Guichard discussed it with me and knew we could go all way and get a permanent restraining order so we declined the offer. In the end the judge came to a decision and granted us a permanent restraining order. Where do I start? I hired Andrew 2 years ago for a divorce and he's been a godsend. I don't think I would've been able to get through my divorce without him. He was always available to speak with me and answer my questions even if they were silly. He is very sharp and on top of his career. He knows his stuff. I waited for months on writing this review in order to find the words that would do this office justice.
I will start by saying that your office exceeded my already high expectations, performance-wise and outcome-wise. You have delivered exceptional results, and I am still amazed with them every day.
After interviewing 9 attorneys over 12 months, I went to see Gregg who straightforwardly explained the process and stressed on the fact that my children’s best interest is of more importance to him than all other parties involved. He earned my trust from the beginning.
Throughout the process that lasted 11 months, Gregg and Samantha have been attentive to every detail, focused and proactive in every move and extremely diligent.

I am so thankful that I had Andrea on my side as I went through the very difficult process of a very contentious divorce. Every divorce is unique and Andrea made sure she understood the laws around the issues that were unique to ours. She is very intelligent, thinks quickly, and presents her ideas concisely... very important skills to have in the fast-paced courtroom where each side isn't given much time to speak. Andrea is also very down to earth, so I always felt like she understood where I was coming from when I talked with her. Divorce is obviously a highly emotional process and Andrea did a great job of helping me to separate my emotions from the laws that applied to my situation... that's not always an easy one to do! When I first spoke to Andrea I was lost and hopeless. She was straight forward with no sugar coating and that's exactly what I wanted. My divorce wasnt a mutual one, so I had to hire an attorney post my ex had already looked around the part of town I live in. It was a blessing in disguise as I traveled farther away to find Deshon. I knew she would be perfect for me in this hard time in life in just one meeting. It wasnt only for her compassion but her advise. She didnt tell me what I wanted to hear but what I should hear.
Its always expensive to go through attorneys but if you employ one who is smart you get most out of your money. Her entire team is smart and paid a lot of attention to detail. It sometimes is hard to find time with Deshon but you will always get the right answer. I truly appreciated working with her entire team Staci, Sara, Natalie, Jessica, Lisa etc.
It took over an year to get the final judgement and all settlement with custody etc. and I have no complaints. Mr. Gary Williams is a smart, thoughtful, knowledgeable and tenacious attorney. We recently settled an ongoing dispute regarding the enforcement of the terms of a prenuptial agreement. It was an arduous and frustrating 5 year long process as my ex fought us every step of the way. Mr. Williams and his staff stood by me through this whole ordeal with understanding and patience and ending up getting me a deal that was fair and protected me from my ex. My ex is a very vindictive person and I was concerned he may seek retribution now that the case was settled. I wish there were more stars to give Amanda. She is by far the best attorney in California!!! What should have been a simple divorce turned into a year and a half long nightmare. I live in Virginia and was having to fight a divorce all the way in California. I was so scared not being able to meet with my new attorney face to face and only had 30 days to find someone after I was served. Ed and his team have demonstrated that they are the dominate legal council in the Peoria area. Ed can be trusted to deliver and defend you for the most difficult cases. My ex wife filed a HIPPA case against my wife to gain access to medical records to ecploit my wife and restrict parenting time and Ed worked closely with us to settle outside of court.
