I hired Ms. Frankmar to file a court in order to have a delayed birth certificate created for my grandmother for dual citizenship purposes.
She responded promptly to my initial email and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process.
She knew exactly what to do. She went out of her way and dealt with a jurisdiction that was far away from her office. She gave me exact instructions in terms of what to fill out and was honest about the likelihood of the court order succeeding (the likelihood was high).
She had absolutely no problem meeting (and exceeding) my expectations. She went above and beyond for me and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
I strongly recommend Ms. Frankmar for any Pennsylvania vital records-related court filings. I certainly have recommended her to multiple people already and they have all been satisfied.

Ms. Frankmar inherited my case about 3/4 into what seemed like a forever ongoing divorce process. After a brief conversation with with her to make sure Ms. Frankmar had all the facts and supporting documents to work with, my case was completely finished within 6 months. Pernille is very punctual, detail oriented, and an excellent communicator, who returns calls or replies to emails within hours. She provides you with all possible scenarios, whether good or bad, but most of all she tells it like it is without sugar coating it.

Dan was incredible with handling my divorce. My divorce seemed like it would have been simple (uncontested, no children) however it ended up being anything but! There was a battle with my ex over the house value and vehicle(s), plus a bunch of nasty behavior thrown-in. Dan handled everything like a pro and had a solution at every turn. I was very pleased with Jennifer’s professionalism and willingness to listen to what I had to say.
I hired Jennifer to help me as my ex was unwilling to disclose what was happening to funds set aside specifically for my children. Unlike the lawyer I hired for my divorce, or other subsequent lawyers who disbelieved what I had to say about what was happening, or the irrational actions of my ex, Jennifer listened and was able to work with me to resolve the situation. I felt confident in her advise and she was always willing to explain things in a manner I was able to understand.
More importantly, she listened when I disagreed and didn’t try to pressure my decisions (giving me time to work through my emotional reluctance, at times, so that I could make rational decisions regarding the case and which moved the case forward).

Jennifer was absolutely phenomenal with my case. I was/am dealing with a very narcissistic ex husband and Jennifer was calm, cool and collected while dealing with him and my custody case. She was very to the point with him and extremely helpful to me. She understood that I am a single mother with a single income, she was conscious of the fact that I didn’t have an endless amount of money. Jennifer would tell me all of the options that there were and we would discuss which route was best and she cared about my input. She cared about me and my daughter! I would call or email Jennifer with questions or concerns and I thought I was bothering her so I apologized (all the time!) and she reassured me that I am not a bother. Amber was highly recommended to me by a close friend who had previously hired her for her case. I had walked into Amber's office getting ready to just throw in the towel after knocking on several attorney's doors and being disappointed. After our consultation, I left her office knowing that she would be the one I would hire to fight for me and most importantly my child. Keyla Robertson was my lawyer from Nov 2019 to Sept 2020. From our first encounter all the way up to our very last encounter, she dug in deep to fight for the reunification of my family. Situation: My son lives in Columbus, & his minor son lives in Akron. My son got notice his son was in a bad situation with his mother, & he had to fight the maternal grandmother for custody. To be honest, I came about Ms. Staats phone number desperately trying to find a lawyer for my son on just a few days’ notice. We weren't local, and Ms. Staats was the ONLY lawyer not only to answer the phone herself, but to take the time and talk over the situation with me, AND agreed to be in court in just 3 days’ notice! Wow! She really came to bat for my son. While the other lawyer resorted to "Jerry Springer" type tactics in the court room, Ms. Staats countered every low blow statement and ridiculous motions with a professional attitude coupled with a mother tiger's ferociousness in protecting my son & his rights, and his son's best interest. Even the mother to my grandson said "I don't know where you found that lawyer, but WOW! She wouldn't let mom's lawyer get away with anything. She's impressive!"
Elisa was responsive to emails and calls when her scheduled allowed, and always got back with us. It took 10 LONG months for my son to get custody, several hearings, pretrials and motions, but really, we got every pennies’ worth of professional representation from Ms. Staats and her advice to follow during that time. When it came down to trial, she brought with her TWO of the biggest organized binders of categorized evidence and information, questions for witnesses etc.. And was VERY prepared to go to trial. Our family, & our son was extremely impressed at the detail of her work. We thank heavens that Elisa Staats was that one lawyer who answered my desperate call for help that day. Now my son has his son living with him again & they both are so very very happy!! (And so are we!) We feel Ms. Staats was overly fair in her cost, & she was always upfront on any fees or potential future fees/costs that could happen. We also feel that she did NOT "nickle and dime us" on everything, we got more than our money's worth hiring her to represent our son and his son's best interest. I ran into trouble when people that I barely knew jumped me and then filed a false police report. There was eight of them at the scene and me. I had no proof besides my word. I was charged with criminal tresspassing and assault on a minor. Mr. Cassese met with me for a consultation. He listened to me, and made notes. We appeared in court and all charges were dismissed.
