Attorney Feraizi is an exceptional attorney in several ways. He is extremely articulate, charismatic and likable, and most importantly he not only understands the law and the application of it better than other attorneys, but he has a creative and highly insightful skillset that is far beyond most attorneys. Mr. Feraizi should be an attorney expert on television or working for a large firm at $500.00/hour but he is too busy helping others and contributing to community by helping individuals who would normally have often weak representation. He is rare in how he puts helping others ahead of his own ego and benefits often. It is also likli that a large firm would fear hiring Mr. Feraizi because he would be a threat to the upper management and moving to the top and in addition to this he would do what was right for clients and put office politics a very distant second. All attorneys and businesses have a few upset customers and in that I would like to put the few negative reviews that this fine attorney has had. Attorney Feraizi has inevitably dealt with more than a few difficul clients that don't understand the law or the practical considerations that must be done in order to get to a successful result. Often customers or clients of his didn't want to accept the incredible difficulty of their case, and we all know people who will not hear the facts and will only believe their own rose-colored views of their situation or predicament that they are in. In my case attorney Feraizi got a good result and fought for me but I did feel that he should have put on the court record the unusual circumstances of my case wherein I called someone a f....ng retard for saying outrageous things about US soldiers and a store or Target that I have a 1.2 Billion form 211 IRS complaint against that looked at years of purchases by me and determined that one of my self scan purchases was done incorrectly wherein I double scanned a less expensive item and not the more expensive one and stole under 100 from the store. An outrageous action by store that looked at years of purchases and had alterior motives, and I wanted on court record for future civil suit. However Attorney Feraizi did the right thing and only focused on his required job and getting me the best results in case, which he did and is not responsible for these extraneous matters unrelated and hence I give him a 5/5 or 100% but thought of only giving him a 4 earlier, but changed mind. I would also like to address the clients who claimed that attorney Feraizi has a temper and is short tempered. This is nonsense as because his mind burns on a higher octane, and he is in phenomenal physical shape he has mental and physical energy that few has and is assertive and uncompromising in stating the facts as they are. He does what is right and isn't concerned about acceding trends such as claiming a man who is assertive is mansplaining or expecting people to conform to ridiculous trends. In fact I was a victim of this absurdity in having the first amendment pi....ed on and getting charged for making a statement or an opinion about someone who made a disparaging comment. Attorney Feraizi is not short tempered andis in fact much cooler, collected, and focused that other attorneys who will make decisions based upon like or dislike of a client or how they feel during a specific time. Attorney Feraizi has unrivaled, focused, and assertive discipline that doesn't change or waver and is single focused on what is best for his clients. Highly recommend!!

Izzy defended me against a bogus attempt to have me slapped with a restraining order. He was able to expose the perjury in the affidavits and with cross examination easily show the judge the other party had ulterior motives. It was like watching law and order. Thanks Izzy!

There are a lot of men in Louisiana that believe that the courts favor the women. I believed that exact same thing. I did a ton of research looking for the perfect lawyer to represent me for my divorce. While doing my research I came across the saying "Have you ever tried to argue with a woman?". This immediately caught my attention, because what man hasn't. Let me tell you, this is not a woman that you want to go up against. She does not mess around when it comes to children, custody and divorce. There was always contact throughout the entire process with the entire team. They didn't feed me any lines and gave me realistic expectations of what would happen. I was awarded sole custody in Louisiana! I never thought that would happen. I know that every man out there has that fear of the state favoring women. I am proof that isn't true anymore. I would highly recommend speaking to Ms. Thompson if you are in this situation. I would like to thank Ms. Thompson, Mr. Bursavich, Mr. Patterson and the amazing team they have for the time and effort they put into my case. Lacey was recommended to me, and I was not disappointed in choosing her to help represent me in my divorce. She was straight to the point on what I could do and how things would go. I had a very good impression from Marie from the start. When I first called the office they told me she was out of town for the week but she got back to me on Sunday NIGHT to schedule a consultation. That speaks for itself. You can tell she's very dedicated and passionate about her job. The first time we talked on the phone I felt like I had taken a whole course in family law! Foss was very thorough in everything he did from investigation to validating facts to learning the personalities of the court and DA. He obviously had learned much over his years in practice and had a plan, but was not so rigid that he did not adjust with the situation. Always thinking ahead, he was prepared for different possibilities in each instance. A very intelligent gentleman who used good manners and remained calm at every turn. He was interested in hearing our input about the case and answering any questions we had. He communicated, even over communicated, to make sure we understood. Although the case was long, he was just as engaged at the end as at the beginning. We felt like we mattered to him as people and not just another win he could chalk up. We hope to never need his services again, but wouldn't hesitate a moment to engage him if the need arose.

After some searching, I found Foss Hodges and set up a time and an interview. Foss wanted to meet the entire family and the friends anyone who could show up, Foss began to introduce himself and more importantly wanted to know about me and my family. Foss cared it was the first time I had spoken to someone who wanted to actually hear from my family and was willing to speak with them about the case to help ease any confusion we may have. Also, a huge plus was he wanted to work with experts, and he had some of his own including wanting to give the one I had in mind a call and to at least learn with them. Foss gave us a checklist to do with everything he needed and as well as anything we thought would help him in any way. Then we went to work, we were a team working towards one goal and that was to prove my innocence and to put my family back together. Foss Hodges first act of business is very unique, it's to stop and indictment if it hasn’t been indicted already. He states very clearly, I can't promise you anything but the fact I will give you the best effort and I am going to put in the work. Any lawyer that tells you they can promise you a dropped case or an innocent verdict is something to pay attention to because that is not a thing. Foss then asks me to take a polygraph and then came to my house personally to do a walk through and see my house and exactly how the incident transpired. Foss took the extra steps to fully understand what happened and educated himself about the step by step instead of just taking my statement and that’s it. Foss wants to be there and see it with his own eyes, then after that he wants to try to meet the District Attorney to stop the Indictment if possible. We waited a year and a half it felt like before the DA responded to him then she would talk about meeting and then leave the office and someone else would get the case, or it would be “lost” for a few months then a new DA would take it and not respond to him all over again. Foss was persistent and never stopped with the correspondence to try to get a meeting to show the binder he built with all of his hard work and the expert testimonies with the polygraph test and all the Character reference letters with photos of the family and all. Foss kept my family updated and was very frequent with phone calls and if you had a rough time, you could just call him to talk, he was there for me and my wife in a time where we didn’t know what to do. Foss fought for my life for 3 years he won a bond modification to get me home to my family then 8 months later he went on to meet with the DA over my case and she dropped all charges over a six-minute phone call with my wife. Foss Hodges gave me my life back I have never seen anyone care or work so hard for anyone in my life, he was exceeding and doing things every lawyer I worked with before was just not there. I would trust Foss hodges with my life again and I am telling you if you are uncertain about the situation you are in and if you are reading this, I know your scared like I was. Please just give him a call and at the very least listen to what he has to say let him hear your story and then let him work for you like he did for me. He can't promise you the same outcome as me but that’s what he told me too and here I am writing this review after being free from the nightmare with a healthy family working on my master's because of this man. I owe him my life.

I had the pleasure of working with Callan Olsen earlier this year. I reached out to a few attorneys in the area, and ultimately decided to go with her. She was prompt in her response to my request, and we set up the the initial phone call where she advised me of a few different strategies she recommended. She made sure our approach was cost-effective, and at the same time could guarantee the best outcome. I appreciate the upfront approach as other attorneys either wanted to charge me for the initial consultation, or just did not get back to me promptly. I signed the retainer with her right away and forego meeting with anyone else :)
We communicated mainly through email during the process, but Callan had always been prompt in her response. We were able to wrap up the case pretty quickly and seamlessly. Thank you again, Callan!

I hired Mr. Mitchell to assist with the very sad but necessary eviction of a family member from a townhouse. Mr. Mitchell was always prompt, courteous and professional in all our communication, which was made more challenging due to me living out of state. He informed me thoroughly of my legal rights and responsibilities and of legal actions to be taken in various circumstances. He coached me well in how to communicate with the family member tenant in order to comply with the law and get the best outcome. He took care of serving the tenant the written notice.
