Although I did not obtain the services of Attorney Weberg I had the opportunity to have a phone consultation with her. Attorney Weberg listened patiently, spoke candidly and gave me very good advice. She also took the time to reach out to another lawyer and then personally called me back with the referral. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but in this case it was the best way I could show my appreciation, it is rare to find someone that genuinely cares.

Hired Mr Ferris after the absent father of my child reappeared and wanted timesharing. Mr Ferris was always very responsive and took the time to explain everything to me about family law cases and was realistic about the complexities of my situation. We ended up with child support and everything we wanted out of a time sharing plan. Forever grateful to Mr Ferris and all the hours of work he put into my case. Highly recommend!

I came to Scott with an impossible divorce case. It was 2-1/2 years old, the previous attorney had multiple health issues and had grossly under-litigated my case. In 3 months time he got all the depositions done, 2 case management hearings, motions heard a mediation, and was ready for trial. Scott did more in 3 months than the other attorney did in 2-1/2 years! I wish I would have started with Scott Ferris!

My son was in a lot of trouble. Everyone kept telling us that he was going to get prison time.
He was in a relationship with someone who got a protective order against him based off of of false information. She would then call and report that he wasn't following the protective order anytime she would get upset with him and he kept being arrested.
Nathan was able to ask us the important questions quickly and come up with a plan. He would give me a list of what he needed from us such as witness letters and any other type of evidence proving that what she was saying was untrue.
My son was able to get out of going to prison, and instead got adult probation.
If you want to reduce what sentence you could possibly get I would highly recommend selecting Nathan as your attorney.

If you are looking for a title company that cares about customer service, then True Title is the right company. Top notch all the way around. I had a horrible experience with my lender and Keli was always there to help me and to answer any questions that my lender would not answer. She would do her best to get the answers to my questions. She responded so quickly to my emails, when my lender just left me hanging. She was my saving grace. As an agent, I really appreciated the time that Eric took with our closing. He was very thorough and explained the paperwork to us…he did not just push the papers to get it done like I see at other title companies. It is very clear that this company truly cares about their work and their reputation. It’s not about quantity, but the quality of service. I felt that Lisa always was there for me and she was calm and in control which helped me a lot. She was also very experienced working with lawyers on the other side and different mediators too and that gave me confidence also. There was plenty of drama and twists and turns and Lisa kept us in control and moving forward. She also understood my priorities (kids) and focus and never lost sight of that. Lisa had strong co-workers too which made me feel like we were a team. In the end she was able to make sure the settlement was relatively fair and reasonable and she was able to get it done as efficiently as could be hoped for. Freddie isn't a typical attorney. Every issue that he has handled for my family has had his heart and soul poured into it.
I hired Freddie last week. I attempted to resolve the civil issue myself and gave up and called him. Should have called him to begin with and let him review my contract to get me in the right direction.
He resolved the issue of non-payment within a few days. Not months or years, or worse going to court.
His sternness but sincerity got the job done.

Frugal Legal Services should be the staple for how all parents are represented in custody cases. Ms. Burroughs worked hard and diligently on my case and set realistic expectations. My case had a ton of unrelated issues to custody and Ms. Burroughs was completely understanding and worked through our nearly 9 month case. Ms. Burroughs is a magical and enlightening person who gets results. I went from having no contact with my children to now everything is 50/50 and I get to see my sons every other week and have the assurance that no one should be able to change that. The only shame here is that I can only give Ms. Burroughs and Frugal Legal Services 5 stars because it doesn’t let you show off the absolute brilliance of the firm or Ms. Burroughs. Hugh McGavick was exactly who I needed for my case. I had an employment related legal situation, where my employer changed what we had originally agreed to for my retention. Originally, a bonus for my retention through a specific date was agreed to. Upon my last day, they sent a separation agreement that did not include this bonus, and even included wording that if I sign the separation agreement, I would be waiving all claims, obligations, etc. with the company, and it even specifically included bonuses. I obviously was concerned about this, but the company refused to amend the agreement to include the bonus they had already agreed to, and told me they would pay it out after I signed the agreement... an agreement that made them not legally liable to do so. I've never needed legal aid before, so I had no idea where to start, but I was able to find Avvo, which led me to Hugh. Hugh wasted no time and after I contacted him, explained the situation, and paid for his services, he went after the company quickly. He made sure to gather from me all the information he needed, and presented the facts to the company in an organized and clear way, while also citing the laws and governing bodies for Washington they were potentially violating. As someone who knows nothing about this sort of thing, it really was helpful to know how employment and wage laws in Washington applied to me and my case. The company sent the bonus after Hugh's involvement, and Hugh is honest with billable hours as well. He sent me an itemized invoice after our business was concluded, that showed how he spent every moment on our case, and even refunded me part of the balance as I had paid for more time than was needed. Matt is a down to earth Attorney with your best interest in mind. He speaks to you directly and not like other firms where he is just the owner and or face of the company.
