I had a issue with the sale of my cousin home though Wayne County Probate Court. I triedto do myself with probate court but I got denied. Mr. Jackson helped me by mediating a problem that I had involving my job and the Union that I am a member of with (MERC) Michigan Employment Relations Commission. He made one promise; and that was to fight hard for me. He didn't tell me the things I wanted to hear as many people do when they are fighting for a cause, but instead advised me according to the law. He was very professional; he explained the process, asked questions and checked to see if I understood. He listened to my concerns and advised me so that I could make informed decisions. I have nothing but great things to say about Sandra. Because of her experience, knowledge, and desire to fight for what is right, but above all to fight for what is best for my child. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. My husband and I were in a horrific accident that resulted in a near head on collision that completely totaled our truck and travel trailer. The insurance company for the driver, Elephant insurance, refused to pay some of the medical bills to include plastic surgery for the scars on my face, and repeatedly ignored my calls and emails over a two year period in an attempt to run through to the statute of limitations. I couldn’t find an attorney that would take my case. All with excuses, but with only one week to the deadline, I searched again and had the great fortune of finding and retaining Ms Hazel. All I can say is, wow. She jumped right in and investigated every possible avenue to get this situation resolved, to include my own insurance company that withheld funds. This is a gal that knows what she is doing and not afraid to go after those responsible. I’m in awe, and will absolutely recommend her to my family and friends. My dad depended on my mother for care, so when she passed away first, we needed to activate the POA docs that had been prepared. It took me about 2 months to find Attorney Hanyard. I tried reaching out to many referred lawyers; to find out, they all stopped working in Family Law. I tried to make one more call. My realtor advised me to contact Mr. Morey Law Firm in order to get a probate.
My aunt and uncle had two Levy County lots since the 60’s. They both passed and I inherited the lots. In order to having them under my name for future needs I needed a probate.
As soon as I contacted Mr. Morey Law Firm they guided me through every single step to get the needed probate.
The Last Will and Testament was in Spanish as we live in Puerto Rico. They took care of the translation as well. Here in Puerto Rico the Last Will and Testaments have to be processed through a certified Attorney, not just a Notary and be registered in Court immediately the document is signed and witnessed. Therefore the process is quite complicated in order to get all the required original and certified documents directly from Court.
Mr. Morey Law Firm through his wonderful Assistant, Junrey Quico took care of everything for me until completion of the process. And finally I was able to get the desired probate.
Now both Levy County lots show my name in the Titles.

Amanda Taylor is such a rooted calm spirit. Throughout the entirety of my case she has reminded me to stay grounded and did her best to let me know I was in great hands.
