Rachel is a wonderful attorney. She has been a Godsend to me. I don’t know what I would have done without her. I had a previous attorney working on my divorce case and was getting nowhere. I contacted Rachel and she was kind enough to take my case. She stayed in close contact with me through out and I felt that she really cared about me and getting me the best settlement that she could. I am blessed to know her and she makes this world a better place. She has even reached out to me after my case was over to check on me and see how I was doing. I recently hired Rachel for a child custody case. She is the consummate professional, knows the law like the back of her hand and I always felt like she genuinely cared about me and my children. She had to deal with an extremely unprofessional and just downright obnoxious and petulant opposing counsel but she never backed down. Kept her cool and always prevailed. I had an extremely difficult and complicated family law case, that had preceded Cal by several years, and resulted In a devastating verdict in another state. This decision would take a miracle to change, and had a severe impact on myself and my children. In steps Calvin…. He fought so hard for my family. David worked in collaboration with Preston on the negotiations of my Marital Settlement agreement (when it became evident that I wouldn't be able to continue the divorce process on my own) all the way until the filed-endorsed copies of the Judgment arrived and the transactions of assets agreed uponwere completed.
The process of finding a lawyer in such a difficult personal time was very overwhelming, I talked with a couple more divorce lawyers before contacting the FKK&B LLP firm and I will forever be grateful for having been able to hire their service.
They were very patient with me when explaining my options, their ability to use hard cold facts to negotiate with opposing counsel was always on point and effective, their attention to detail, fast and clear communication to resolve my doubts (not just from them but from the Paralegal, Julia Morris) allowed me to maintain my peace of mind and stay focused on protecting my assets the best possible way, without doing any rushed actions. It took us about 10 months to fully settle and sign the agreement, I know that it would had taken me way longer if I'd attempted to negotiate on my own, I couldn't have done it without them.

David and his team did an excellent job representing me in my divorce. I was a client who came with experience working with other lawyers and working in Pro Per.
From the start David told me upfront that he’s more expensive than other lawyers. I had been going through the divorce process for almost 4 years at that time and had tried going the inexpensive route both in Pro Per and working with an attorney who had a lower hourly rate. Working In Pro Per was saving me money but I soon found out there was more at risk than what I thought. While working with an inexpensive lawyer, let’s just say you get what you pay for.
David himself is very articulate, punctual and professional. He knows the law and also leverages the intellectual capital of his colleagues to make sure your case has been reviewed from multiple angles. Though I may have paid more for David and his team on an hourly rate than I could have elsewhere, I feel that it was more than worth it due to the peace of mind they gave me, and they were able to accomplish more in 6 months than what an inexpensive lawyer did in 1.5 years at the same total cost.
David’s team works great together. They communicate very well both with each other and with me, the client. All three of them made me feel that mine was the only case they were working on and the only way you would know this wasn’t the case is when they were in court representing someone else.
I have no reservations recommending David and his team. I spent many hours interviewing numerous attorneys, as I’m sure most of you who are reading this will. I highly recommend David and his team; you’ll be in good hands.

A very good friend of mine had highly recommended Angela Duhon. As it turned out her case load was full and could not take my case.
I ended up being blessed with Kylie Huffman-shayeb. She is caring on top of the case and usually response to an email within the hour. She’s even responded on holidays or weekends when she really doesn’t have to.
The father’s attorney never showed up for court would always extend things and never had any of the paper work he needed in on time. It also seemed like his lawyer was using another vacation as an excuse to delay things. This attorney had a two star rating on google which answered a lot of my questions.
I looked at Kylie’s reviews and of Course they where perfect
I was very pleased with her. My first court case, my son was placed back into my custody after losing him to DCS. The father even abandoned his apartment and moved out of state so I couldn’t track him down . She was able to figure this all out for me. I didn’t really have anyone to help me. I had done all that I could, and I felt lost. She took care of everything. I definitely felt comfortable asking her anything she was always so kind and had a great point of view.
She really knows the ropes and most of my attorney fees were owed back to me.

I used Kylie Huffman-Shayeb for my divorce case involving three minor children. She is considerate and pays very close attention to detail. Her communication to the court on my behalf was very precise, detailed and accurate. She knew exactly what my needs and concerns were, and she expressed them to the court in the best manner possible. In the end, my case never went to trial because we settled it through mediation. Kylie helped me mediate with my ex-wife's side. I do sometimes regret making the decision to try and solve things amicably (it was never amicable with my ex-wife) so we can all move on with our lives, but I'm sure if I did decide to go to trial, Kylie would have represented me well.

I was connected to Alex Moskovic through an Employer referral service at my work. I hired him regarding a no contact staking order against a former employee who harassed me and my family electronically and exerted multiple threats. This was an emotionally very draining time. In short, Alex helped me to obtain a 2 year plenary order by agreement, a rare achievement thanks to his great knowledge of the law. With the order in place I feel protected from the harasser and can continue living my life. As someone who never faced any legal situation, Alex guided me through the process and was available to talk when I needed him. He calmly answered all my questions and explained happenings in court, their implications and next steps in a way I could understand, which was important to me. Alex also multiple times provided his professional opinion on a parallel criminal case against the same individual that was ongoing. With his dedication, I wish Alex could have represented me in this case too. Overall, I’m very happy with Alex service and will recommend him to anyone seeking representation for an order of protection. Alex was my attorney handling my post-divorce action for college expenses. It was a very difficult situation with an uncooperative co-parent and unorthodox opposing attorney. To support my statement I will tell you why I feel this way...
My legal needs started in Florida when I was going through a high conflict divorce. I had two lawyers in Florida before moving back to Illinois where I needed to basically go through the mediation and divorce process all over again in order to transfer my child support guidelines and parenting plan to the state of illinois where my Ex and children relocated to and I moved to to be closer to my kids.
Going through this process again (Mediation, Parenting Plan changes, etc) was extremely stressful initially beacuse I feared it wouldn't go well, as that was my experience in Florida. I soon realized because of Alex's experience, care, and insightful and timely communication, this go round was going to be different for me.
I felt hamstrung somewhat, due to my actions in the past and the previous outcomes of emergency motions, relocation hearing, awarded child sharing time previously, etc, that things would not work out in my favor again. That was not the case this time around. I had made changes in my life to better myself as a person, however in the legal field / court room the past will always resurface. Mr. Moskovic has exceptional skill in the divorce / Family Law field. Wether it be his attention to detail, timely response to client communications, ability to work through tense and sometimes high conflict situations with my EX and her counsel, Alex is top notch, well prepared, and did not let anything slip through the cracks. He literally helped me achieve what i thought may not be possible, additional time with my kids without the unnecessary drawn out legal fight.
These processes are never a walk in the park. But I honestly feel with Alex Moskovic - Moskovic Law at my side supporting me, fighting for my rights as a parent, I gained back what I missed so much, time with my kids. I went to Kelly wanting to gain more time with my son. Thanks to Kelly and Lauren I was able to successfully gain 50/50 custody. If you're looking for someone who will serve you with honest guidance all the while providing you with options to find creative solutions for your case - I highly recommend you give Costa & Associates the chance to show you what they can do. Ms. Costa was my attorney through an extremely tumultuous case. I walked in a complete novice to the legal field and rather than take advantage of someone's pockets, Ms. Costa walked me through what to expect from beginning to end - she did not disappoint! Oftentimes, during holidays and after hours, Ms. Costa was available to support in urgencies - very rare to see now-a-days but an example to me of how committed she was to seeing me through. My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.

I did an initial consultation with Jeff to be my divorce lawyer after reading these reviews. I’m glad I did. Some of the lawyers I consulted were all about how they could fight in court. Jeff’s focus was on what I wanted, what was best for my three kids, and what was the best strategy. He is experienced and shrewd. He keeps calm, looks for leverage, helps you see what’s worth fighting about and what’s not, and navigates toward settlement when that’s in your best interest while also being tough and good in a fight when that’s what you need. With kids involved, Jeff consistently and genuinely helped me focus on what was best for them—how to protect them from parental conflict, how to emerge from divorce with a healthy coparenting relationship for the long run.

A few weeks ago during my travels, I encountered a a fellow service member who was in quite a bit of turmoil. He stated he needed a lawyer but didn't know how to hire one as his medical situation rendered him unable to process matters satisfactorily. I was being unjustly sued by my HOA and called Atty Wyatt for representation. He patiently listened to details of the case, asked pertinent questions over the phone. His amazing receptionist quickly scheduled an appt. and Atty Wyatt refused to charge me. I could have paid him personally and I also had membership in a corporate legal plan and again, he refused to charge me a dime. Atty Wyatt gave excellent advice, composed a response to the HOA's claims and it was filed the same day!
