Have never used a lawyer before, but Mr. Lemley was highly recommended to me by a friend. Tom explained the disability process to me in detail, and was very patient with me, as I had a lot of questions and concerns. He told me what I could expect, answered all my questions, kept me up to date on the process, and gave an approximate timeline on a result. Mr. Lemley was always there for me whenever I needed him, and ALWAYS returned my phone calls or e-mails, usually in less than an hour. He is definitely the reason I am receiving my social security disability today. I couldn't imagine going through this process alone. I would highly recommend Tom Lemley to anyone needing a lawyer.

I was in a MVA and i didn't have any car insurance. I called many firms and Jennifer was the only one that would take my case. I also mentioned to Jennifer that a part of my body was injured and I would need great future medical expenses, which I thought was a long shot. I realized my case was very difficult given my circumstances, but Jennifer accepted my case nevertheless and she advised me the best options I had. I had work and i needed time to find a doctor but Jennifer waited patiently. To my surprise Jennifer was excellent at negotiating and she got me a wonderful settlement amount despite my circumstances, and I believe this is the best possible outcome there could be. I could not thank Jennifer enough. To those of you reading my review, my advise is that many 'big firms' spend big bucks on advertisement and in the end customers are the ones paying for it. Big firms also hire paralegals and assistants at low cost to do all the work (including negotiation), and the 'real lawyer' would only talk to you on the phone for 10 minutes on the day you call, so do not expect to receive professional service and care. Jennifer doesn't spend much on ads, she trusted me and showed me that she cared about me and my wellbeing instead of just making a profit. She also addressed my concerns promptly and patiently and it meant a lot to me. Her kindness, not just her skills, makes her an extraordinary lawyer. I hope more people find and hire her as she deserves more business and us customers deserve great services that her firm provides. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family and would find her again if I need her service!

Lauren Leffler was just the attorney my family needed. My spouse and I approached her with the thought we were making small edits to our wills, but she helped us realize that we needed a full revamp. She was really knowledgeable about our unique needs and we feel secure that our wishes will be upheld thanks to our documents that she created. It would not have happened with the old ones. We’re so relieved to have found her!
A few months later, we needed to update my parents’ documents, this was much more of a time crunch than ours. After our good experience, I reached out to her for help. She got their documents done with the speed we needed. She was equally knowledgeable about my parents’ needs, which were very different from my own. We’ve been doing a lot of meetings for my parents these days getting their affairs tidied up, and Lauren has been the only one who has come to the initial consultation meeting having read their existing documents in advance.
Their office is easy to get to, but for my housebound parents, she came to their apartment.
My sibling plans to use Lauren to update their documents, my other sibling who lives out of state is disappointed they can’t use her (they asked).
We’ll definitely call Lauren in the future for any needs that arise.

Russell did an excellent job handling my DUI case. During the initial consultation he was able to explain the whole process and during subsequent meetings he completely prepared my for the next stages of the process. On appeal he was able to get the charges dismissed completely, with no fines or jail time and I will be able to get the arrest expunged completely in the future. He and his staff are knowledgeable and have been attentive to every aspect of the case during the whole process. It was so relieving having Raj handle my divorce. Two days after I told my ex I wanted a divorce she went into a court and filed a protection order, kicked me out of the house, and proceeded to hold my dogs hostage. Raj got the protection order dropped and helped reach a settlement outside of court that I feel was fair. My ex was very aggressive and vindictive, but Raj completely dismantled her in court and helped me have a successful divorce.

I walked into Wesley’s office looking for an attorney to handle my contentious and complication divorce. Though it was no easy case, Wesley said he was up for the task. For the past year I have worked alongside him and his staff and can honestly say I was wowed by the level of knowledge and service they provide.
Wesley is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. He answers questions with the ease and confidence of someone who has an in-depth understanding of how the system works. Wesley is, above all else, honest. He does not sugar coat advice, which I greatly appreciated. It’s very easy to get bogged down on the specifics of a divorce; however, Wesley gives his opinion straight and makes sure he doesn’t waste time on things he knows aren’t going to be important in the long run.
In addition to knowing his way around the law, he is amazing to watch in court. Precise and cunning, he deftly handles arguments and testimonies and knows exactly how to manuever to get the testimony he needs.

Weston did an awesome job helping to sort out our property heirship since we had no wills. He provided the necessary affidavit of heirship and Tenncare release form required to establish a property deed for the inherited land. He also assisted with limited power of attorney needed so that I could represent the family. He promptly had all documents registered at the courthouse so we could move forward with a property listing. I reached out to Mr. Gantte in reference to getting an affidavit that shows my husband as property owner by heirship. The land went from my husband’s grandfather to my husband’s mother. However, neither of them had a will so there was nothing showing the lineage for my husband.
Mr. Gantte explained what he needed to start the process. Once received Mr. Gantte was expeditious in getting the affidavit registered and verified no bills owed to any nursing home.
Mr. Gantte has a good personality, is easy to work with and explains things so that it is easy to understand. I would definitely use him again.

Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

The contrast between the lawyer who represented my ex-wife and Sam, who represented me, was dramatic: her lawyer's idea of advocacy was to be confrontational (luring my ex to also become confrontational). She went after everything, no matter how small. She made empty threats. She did not question her clients claims and did not damp her unreasonable expectations. Why should she, she got paid either way. Sam, on the other hand, was firm but willing to negotiate and find solutions. He has a lot of experience, treated me and the opposing team with courtesy and respect, he took into consideration how a judge might rule, he did his research, he sought solutions, and developed a big picture plan which he executed, in consultation with me, in record time.
In the end my ex has a huge legal bill, and did not get more than what she deserved, and if she did, it was in consideration for our son.
The conclusions to be drawn are obvious. However, if you still have doubts concerning what type of lawyer you want, I would strongly, and without reservations, recommend you discuss your case with Sam before you decide.

Sam and his amazing staff assisted my husband and I in a custody modification of children from my previous marriage. Ultimately the modification ended in my husband being able to legally adopt my kids. Sam and the staff were always available to answer any questions that we had. They also always responded to emails.
