I was pulled over on the Fourth of July and was arrested for a DUI. Stupid mistake but I reached out to Mr. Kroger and he was able to get my DUI dismissed! I hired Hanna And Rudd in March,2016.That being said,I received the Email on the seal,yesterday.As for my License, I have been driving with a License, Cleared from Illinois since Nov.2017. Yes,it did take longer than I would have liked it to,I had to take into consideration all of the people they as a Law firm had to talk to, to try to figure out how to do this right,since I live out of State.Such as Evaluations and A Out Of State Packet.Got A Evaluation in my State and it was not cheep,and sent it in and Hanna,since that was what they told me to do.Hanna told me it wasnt good enough,The state would deny me and found a awesome guy to do this for me in Illinois.He Knew the Laws,is great at what he does and was a pleasure to meet.Hannah and Rudd did for me what they said they would do and what I have hired other Lawyers, who only took some of my money,and did nothing for me since 1991.This has been a long road for me, and I am so glad that that road is at a new beginning.Chris is awesome,was always there to answer my questions,and call me back,or email me with a answer.Thank You So Much,Hanna&Chris.

When I got my first dwi, I didn’t know how bad it was about to be. I quickly started to look for the best attorney and Mr Keith Rouse caught my attention. After I sat down with Mr Rouse, I felt better knowing we would try and fight this.
After about 9 months, I walked out of the courtroom with a second chance. Mr. Rouse got my case reduced down to a careless and reckless and was able to keep my liscense. I can’t thank Mr. Rouse enough and would recommend him to anyone.

I first met Keith Rouse when he became my lawyer in 2013 when i was facing numerous felony charges and i couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of my case. Keith Rouse is well respected in the courtroom by the judges, D.A's, and his defendants and believe me when i tell you that that is VERY IMPORTANT. I had a frivolous charge against me, by a coworker who was notorious for assaulting peers. On the verge of being fired from his job for frequent assaults, and in an effort to save his job, the coworker filed 'unwanted touching' charge against me, as I pushed him away during an assault.
The Richland police were unhelpful, unwilling to accept facts, or even call our boss or other coworkers who would confirm the situation.
The prosecutor was unwilling to investigate.
Christine was very helpful. I appreciate her legal knowledge, skill in the courtroom, and her excellent communication ability.

I have a great deal of respect for Ms. Bennett and how intuitive it was to work with her. Working with Ms. Bennett made my first experience with the law pleasant. Scott Johnson and his partner Deric Orr have gone above and beyond.
My case started in March 2015. It is now June 2021. Everything is finally over.
Every step of the way, one factor or another slowed my case down.. Although the efforts that these two beautiful men put forth showed their worth time, and time again.
I went from facing 8+ years in prison for a crime that happened before 2008, to being sentenced with 15 days Jail and 15 days Work Crew.
I don't know the full details of all the effort they put in, although the only bad news I was ever given was that something happened to slow the case down.. Whether it be a vengeful prosecutor, or someone else's screw up. Every step was arduous and stressful, I've been a ball of anxiety... But these two never gave up. I paid an initial sum of $6,000-$8,000 (forgot the amount).. And not a single time was a requested or required to pay more.
I believe the effort put into this extremely arduous case far exceeds the price that was paid. Based on anecdotal evidence, Scott Johnson and Deric Orr are the best Defense team in all of Eastern Washington.

When I first contacted Andrew Yi, I had planned on meeting with several lawyers so I could shop around and really get one I was comfortable with, since my previous encounters had been pretty terrible. I've even had a lawyer call me AFTER the case was settled, only to bill me over $100 for a follow up phone call that lasted five minutes. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous about going through all that again. But after meeting with Andrew, I knew I didn't need to talk to anyone else. Even though he told me exactly what to expect, he was still very reassuring and friendly. I never felt like I was just a client to him. He really seemed to care about me and my case from the very beginning. Not only that, but he showed incredible aptitude in the court room, and everything went so much smoother than I had imagined. He speaks the language of the prosecutors, and seemed to have no trouble getting what he wanted.
I certainly hope I will not need a lawyer again any time soon, but in the unlikely event that I do, I will be contacting Andrew Yi immediately.

Mr. Dillon was very open and clear cut, he let me know all my options and told me what the court was most likely to do. He walked me through everything as this was my first time in court. I got 6 months probation with an OWI on my record with fines but the MIP was waived. Sarah is definitely a 5star attorney, I have a federal case out of the southern district of Georgia. She did my direct appeal and oral arguments. After days of research on law firms in the valley that specialize in gun rights I contacted the Heath law firm to help me restore my 2nd amendment rights after a mistake I made almost 30 years previous earned me a class 3 felony on my record. Paula was very helpful and kept me updated on the process. They were very patient with me while I collected character letters to add to my petition and it was a very easy process overall. I recently moved to AZ from CA, and I was pulled over (speeding), and the cop that pulled me over told me I was lucky he wasn’t going to arrest me, because I was going (what he said) was 20 miles over the posted speed limit as well as in a school zone. I was completely shocked, since this was my very first time being pulled over in the 20+ years I’ve been driving. The cop told me that I will need to go have my fingers printed and get my pictures taken. This whole situation was eased when I reached out to Mark and his team. Our son was arrested by the Atlanta PD one evening in August 2019. I got a call at home at 1 am from the University Dean telling me he was in the Fulton County jail and had been charged with a felony. My son's entire future, reputation and education was at stake and we had no details of the events that led up to his arrest. After searching online for the best defense attorney I could find, I contacted Mr Weintraub at 7 am the following morning and he immediately went into action. He was able to get my son released the following day on a signature bond so that he would not miss any more classes. Over the next several weeks, Mr Weintraub and his fantastic private investigator gathered exculpatory evidence, interviewed witnesses and expertly navigated the case through the court system. They never explained what they were investigating, but it was obvious that they did not have my best interest at heart. A St. Patty's day slip up led me searching for a legal representative. Based on a friend's experience with this man in particular i contacted him. He was on time to our consultation. He then informed me his rates with the intention of not going to trial. Couple court appearances down the road he then decided it would be best to go to trial. His rate stayed the same therefore hes an honest and serious representative. In the end the case was totally dismissed. On the way out he then said, "A win for you is a win for me". Went to meet this man after firing my first lawyer because he wanted to settle before reviewing the case and got to consult with Shaka the first day meeting him was greeted and hugged. The next day after hiring him was told to come into the office to sit down with staff and to prep my defense. He moved faster than any other defense attorney I know and he showed up to court ready to defend me. He kept it real about the odds of certain charges and helped me put together mitigation he did not let the prosecutors bully me into taking a deal and gave me my life back. He fought a crazy fight with me and did not give up on me instead he fought even harder when he thought that the prosecutor was being unfair and got me a fair outcome.
