I had an unfortunate event happen in my life were the police were called and ultimately had an order of protection called an E.R.P.O put against myself. Never being in trouble with the law I was nervous. I was refereed to Jason Bassett. I am so glad I decided to work with him as the police officer told the story of what happen in such a mixed up way Jason Bassett was able to prove my innocence and also further more proved the officer didn’t know the facts he was speaking on. The phone intake person didn't even listen. Just told me to immediately go online and fill out a form for a free consultation. So I said hold on and asked again do you even handle these types of cases. That was my only question. When the answer became no, I thanked her, and we hung up. She could stand to try and listen first. ex. I'm seeking advice. Do you handle (type of) cases? That was it! lol Being quick isn't always right!

This is hands down the best legal representation I trust for myself or my family. Over 10 years ago I got into trouble and Mr. Clancy went above and beyond to help me with amazing representation. Being detained and taken into custody is an extremely traumatic experience. It's during those times that you need an experienced legal team to be by your side in court. For myself it came in the form of a 3 AM stop where I was soon sitting in a patrol car waiting to be transported to the magistrates; by the time I was allowed access to a phone there were only 2 numbers to call: my family to tell them I won't be home for supper and The Locke Law Group. Being tightly shackled in county lock up, surrounded by 80 other detainees is trying and exhausting; but even after a full 24-hour-no-sleep-detention, I knew the long day wouldn't be over until I spoke with Shannon on the phone. After some time, Shannon, Javier, and the team at the Locke Law Group were able to represent my side of things fully and got the case closed and dismissed. In the summer of 2023 I found myself in a situation that I never thought myself to be in. I was involved in an incident where there could have been some serious consequences, for others and also me. Luckily no one got hurt but I did spend the night in jail and was facing a serious charge. I feel responsible for what happened and fortunately Erin agreed to represent me. Erin walked me through what may happen, informed me of the worst case scenario and the also the best. She represented me, tried to ease all my concerns which were many, kept me informed on the progress of the case, advised me on all the options that I could pursue, and all the while was very professional in her dealings with me as a client and as a person who needed help. I would never recommend them to anyone. The charges are ridiculous and they did absolutely nothing and I spent $1200. I had to explain my case three times to 3 different lawyers. One of the partners showed up to my case unprepared. It was a phone conference hearing that lasted a total of 5 minutes. I should post my charges. My case was a support case. Really disappointed. Please do your research before hiring.

This lawyer took on my case 03/2023 and had me sign a contract hiring him and then all of sudden completely ghosted me 10/2023. So I don't know if he settled my case and took the money or what but now I am having to get another lawyer to look into my case, start over, and check to see what this lawyer did. I was represented by Justin in my divorce proceeding and found him to be friendly, funny and helpful. Despite paying more than I thought I would, I kept my pension, and essentially received full custody of my 4 minor children despite being married for 24 yrs. I'm not saying or trying to mislead anyone to believe that I got out unscathed but keeping a pension and getting custody of your children is not very common.

I had never had an issue with the law until my wife signed a PFA against me because of an argument. The Sheriff’s office of Philadelphia confiscated my firearms. I hired Rich Roberts Jr. upon recommendation to get them back. Even after I was cleared of all charges the Sheriff’s office refused to give them back. Rich not only showed his knowledge of PA law but he showed his ability to work the Philadelphia legal system. He worked with the DA’s office using honey instead of the stick to obtain the court order getting me my guns returned to me. However, that did not work with the Sheriff Office and they disregarded the Judge’s order so the stick did come out. And Rich beat her into submission with it. Needless to say I went shooting yesterday. Giaramita Law Offices kept me informed during the entire process and the cost was more than fair. I would recommend them for any of your legal needs. Everyone in the office is friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Rich and company.

The positive reviews are a sham. Hired this firm for Giarimetta and he gave case to Richard but said he would help him. He didn’t! That’ was the first lie and more followed. Richard took 2k for a Preliminary Hearing then avoided discussing the case and played sick just to do such. Came to Court and deceived the court and my family into believing he visited me just before the hearing. Ultimately I hired a new firm and got better results. Maybe this firm is only good for local cases because I was in Philadelphia. In Philly you have to have a respected, experienced and recognized lawyer, they just bullied Richard and he didn’t fight back. So yeah, bad services out of town. I believe he gave up knowing that and jus took the money out of greed..
