I had been in law enforcement for thirty-five years before retiring in 2014 and have owned a New Jersey Private investigation firm since 2016. Early this Spring, I needed to find a California Private Investigator in order to assist me in conducting a multi jurisdictional investigation.

Over our three month investigation found John was professional, knowledgeable in investigations as well as being able to think outside the box. John is determined to do a good job and never seems to get tired.

David has been instrumental in getting my case dismissed. We chose David as he was available on a weekend and he gave us confidence that he would bring the best outcome. He came up with a game plan right away. He was able to change the protection order within a very short time frame, so I can be home with my kids. David’s team is always a phone call away to answer my concerns. He’s always available for court dates and didn’t accept the reduced charge from prosecution and took the case to jury trial. Finally, the case got dismissed before my Jury trial. 5 stars won’t be sufficient for his exceptional work. I’m grateful that I got David on my side through this tumultuous journey. Thank you both to Attorney Conor Stewartson and Paralegal Diane Barrera at Colorado Legal Defense Group for representing our daughter in her criminal defense case.
My husband and I spoke to several Attorney firms to help us and after speaking with Diane and the Intake Attorney Cole Presnell, we decided to go with their firm. I can honestly say that Diane was key in helping us make the decision to use their firm. She was very understanding and genuinely cared, being a mother herself. She was available early on and even followed up to make sure we landed safely in CO that same evening to be there for our daughter.
Conor was assigned to our case and I was advised although he was new with the firm he had an extensive background as a Criminal defense Attorney. Initially, I was concerned w/him being new to the firm but after speaking with him, doing a background check and reading up on him, he put those concerns to rest.
There were times it was difficult to get a hold of Conor but my understanding was his contact phone was still being setup at the time, since he was new w/the firm. But he did return my call when I really needed him over the weekend on a late evening. Also, Diane was always available even on weekends (not normal or expected) and kept the communication going if Conor was not available due to being in court or working w/another client.
Ultimately, the outcome of our case was in our daughter's favor and it was completely dismissed all due to the hard work of both Conor and Diane. Their skill set and ability to do what they do, fighting on our daughter's behalf produced the best outcome possible and we are so thankful to them both!
The billing process early on was easy and in speaking w/Diane that was not even a concern at the time with what was going on. Which truly shows the caliber of the firm and their people as a whole of who they are and what they are about.
We are thankful to both Conor and Diane and are truly blessed to have been represented by them, but as I mentioned to Diane, we pray we never need their services again! But would definitely recommend them and the firm if we ever needed legal help.

From the experience I had with John Morris, I would not recommend to anyone. I was told at the beginning of my son’s divorce that should be know more than $3000. Only because he doesn’t have any assets at all nor did his ex wife. There are no children involved. Two years later after the ex finally decided to sign the paper work, we get an invoice of an additional $3500 dollars. They said he spent 16 hours on a divorce that had no assets, absolutely no property and no contest. It was just sitting on his desk waiting for the ex to sign. My son was charged $6500 for this. This is unethical.

Having someone on your side who is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate while one is going through this particular hardship is essential. Moui fits all these aspects and would be your best choice when filing for bankruptcy. Moui is not only an expert in her field, she is confident, understanding and extremely helpful. She really took a load off my shoulders by thoroughly explaining the process and clearing up any confusions I had. She also guided me on the right decisions, was very truthful and very respectful. He cheated me out of 9 months of seeing my children by having my wife place a restraining order on me to drag my name through the mud to get her out of felony domestic violence charges.
