Jenice Malecki is an excellent attorney and extremely reliable. My family had a shocking, horrible, and extremely stressful experience that their money, all their savings were stolen all of a sudden. We had no idea what type of lawyer we needed, we had no experience in issues like this and we didn't know any lawyer. It was extremely shocking and complex involving at least 2 huge financial institutions globally known and brokers. After doing tons of research, I found Malecki Law to be one of the best in the Financial Industry. We decided to have a consultation with her to get to know more about her experience in issues like this. We are so thankful we decided to hire her. Jenice Malecki and her team (including Darryl J. I hired Mark for defense against a claim brought by my out of state BD based on an indemnity clause in my RR Agreement for loss resulting form FINRA arbitration panel award to former client who lost money in a private placement, alleging misrepresentation among other claims. Mark drafted an excellent Answer asserting firm legal and equitable defenses, challenging the efficacy and applicability of indemnity clause, among other confidential arguments. Mark secured my home-state forum in contravention to contract forum clause, and after extensive negotiations prompted by detailed and strategic discovery requests, Claimant BD settled the arbitration for a confidential amount with which I was very satisfied. Mark was aggressive in my defense and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing professional legal services. 10 out of 10 for performance and commitment to my case!!!

My FINRA broker dealer terminated me alleging I, and others I controlled, engaged in document alterations. FINRA and the MN DOC made inquiry into my conduct. Mark shadow authored my submission that more accurately showed what had happened and put me in a more favorable light. He was incredibly valuable while appearing for an on-the-record interview by making sure I answered questions to my favor. He is prepared and thorough, and has a personal caring that you do not get in a big firm.

The staff at the Wilbers Law Firm are incredible! After our accident they were supportive and swift at getting us the medical attention we needed. I own and run a number of reasonably high-profiled companies. I came to Brett with a number of legal issues involving former business partners and competitors. I was in up to my neck. My previous lawyer had failed miserably to get the cases going and I was left in a spot where several million dollars, and my companies' existence, were on the line.
I saw Brett's online profile. He took care of me. He also reversed the tide against me, giving me victories despite what he first started with. He knows his stuff and is able to find issues where my other lawyer was left floundering. Also, he saved me money. Over the course of 18 months of representation, Brett charged me less than my former lawyer charged me in half that time.
Brett is instinctive and honorable. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Derek Brett was there for me. I was going through a horrible struggle on an employment law issue. The person you should call if you need an attorney in San Antonio. Mr. Barranco discussed the two issues about which I had questions in non-legal, easy-to-understand language and his advice and suggestions were well thought out and sensible. Very thorough. He asked the right questions to get us to think about our estate planning in ways we had never considered. Recently, I retained the services of Menzer & Hill, PA for a case verses a large financial services company. Michael Hill believed I had justification and agreed to represent me. He requested an arbitration hearing through FINRA and it was granted.
The arbitration was conducted via zoom with counsel from both sides and a single arbitrator.
Mr. Hill went above and beyond researching, preparing and presenting my case. He kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire case. His attention to detail during the three-day arbitration was impressive.
As a small investor, I did not think I had a chance against a large financial services corporation, but Mr. Hill won this case with facts and his expertise of the law. A satisfactory and sizable judgment was granted by the arbitrator.

my name is rich james. i was duped by a financial firm in boca raton in 2011 with promises that the money i had could be conservatively invested to match or exceed where i had previously kept the savings. this money manager knew i was physically disabled unable to generate any more income. the investments lost money month after month, i was flabbergasted looking at my monthly statements, my complaints were always answered in the same disingenuous way with promises that never materialized. it sickened me when i realized i was duped. i felt shame that i should have known better and taken action sooner. fast forward to 2013 when i felt i was ready to roll up my sleeves and sue this firm to recoup my losses. the florida bar referral service referred me to an attorney in west palm beach who claimed to have expertise in this area, well he didn't and was billing me over a prolonged period of time, by the hour, for abysmal results. now i had to extracate myself from this new nightmare: i called back the florida bar referral service with valid complaints about this referral's performance, they then referred me to michael hill. i had a free consultation with mr hill which comes with the fee paid to the florida bar referral service: mr hill listened to every word of my story then proceeded to tell me about his expertise in this financial area and how we could resolve it. this is exactly what happened: for a very affordable lat fee, mr hill saw to it that i recouped the full amount of the actual damages stated in my lawsuit. the additional bonus came when he related to me that i could contest the remaining balance i owed the previous attorney by supplying me with some ways to get info and help. this is exactly what i did on my own empowered by mr hill: i asked for a $3,000 reduction in the previous attorney's bill, he brought it to his management and they granted the full amount. they knew i was working with mr hill as he had requested records of what had been done thusfar on my case. this was resolved last year at this time. the reason i took so long to write this review was i knew i couldn't fully express how well mr hill helped me in an egregious situation. i will never be able to thank him enough. mr hill beyond your years of experience on both sides of financial arbitration cases, the humanity you brought to my case's circumstances will never be forgotten, your expertise and how you practice it is extraordinary in terms i can't fully express. i send you and yours the best thoughts and wishes always! :)

I am in the Construction Industry and had been trying to receive payment from a customer for over 15 months. My lawyer at the time had yet to accomplish anything, so I finally made the decision to switch my representation. Tom Burke represented us with success in a dispute with an investment counselor. More than anything else, he was responsive and reactive to our information, asked questions on a need to know basis and kept us informed with developments. He was candid with his assessment of our posture, creative in his prosecution of our claim and persistent in his settlement posture. I am a lawyer, and I enjoyed working with Tom and appreciated his regard for my suggestions. We were far more financially benefited by his representation (resulting in more than a $1M recovery) than with other attorneys we consulted with who estimated the value of our claim at less than 10% of the settlement Tom Burke achieved. In late 2007 I was with a stockbroker from New York. At first everything seemed ok and then everything went bad very quickly. The agent was making unauthorized trades over $1,150,000 on margin when my account had about $ 240,000 in equity. I really did not understand what was happening. When I contacted Richard Stephens, He was very Professional and reassuring. Mr. Stephens. then reviewed the files, did his own investigation and found that the brokerage firm was using an unregistered securities firm, further that the brokers were involved in fraudulent activities and conduct. Mr. Stephens decided a course of action and filed a complaint with FINRA. During the FINRA hearings the brokerage firm was always late, witnesses not available and many other reasons to delay. Mr. Stephens was very aggressive in stopping these actions and bringing out what really happened. Mr. Stephens expertise and presentation to the FINRA hearing officers resulted in a positive outcome for me. From the start to the finish Mr. Stephens was always available and kept me updated at all times on what was happening. .I firmly believe that Mr. Stephens is a honest and fair man. As an Attorney it is my opinion that there is no finer or more capable than Richard Stephens. If I ever need another attorney, I will definitely contact Mr. Stephens. I recommend without any reservation Richard Stephens to any person who needs an attorney or legal guidance. I wanted to set up an estate plan, and Zvi was very helpful in the process. He explained what assets required a will, and which worked best in a trust. I was able to set up my affairs in a way that I can manage myself for now, and I know that once I am unable to care for myself, or go entirely, my family will understand my wishes. I think what made Zvi such a great attorney was that he took the time to understand what I wanted, and then explained to me how I could get there. I could tell that he cared, but was also being an absolute professional.

At the recommendation of my real estate agent, I contacted Allison and, after speaking with her, I immediately hired her. I was in the process of buying my first coop apartment, and I was overwhelmed by everything it entailed.
