Patrick was not only extremely knowledgeable, and realized the obvious case of mistaken identity from the arrest report immediately upon our first in person meeting!!
He was highly sensitive to the fact that it was proving to be a traumatic experience for us.
From our first meeting, he explained everything in terms we could easily understand and was always very responsive when we had questions outside of our meetings.
Needless to say, the case against my husband was closed quickly afterward in his favour!!!

At the time, in 2008, I had been served with divorce documents and I found myself with nowhere else to turn and found myself overwhelmed with the situation and downturn of events. It was then that I was referred to Attorney Patrick McGeehan by an acquaintance. Attorney McGeehan took the adequate time to discuss what I was facing and clearly explained the options that were available to me. Eventually, the matter was confronted and resolved with Attorney McGeehan's expertise and dedication to my case. Attorney McGeehan was always prompt to answer and or return my calls or texts. He also always arrived early to court to defend me before a judge and in front of an aggressive opposing attorney.
I was later faced with two other personal court matters of which Attorney McGeehan also defended me with those cases of which the results were advantageous and in my favor.

Met Jules almost 10 years ago and he created a new will and trust to meet my needs. Recently needed to update my will and other docs and called Jules for his advice and service. He encouraged me to review while he re-read my docs and pointed out areas where I might make improvements. His suggestions led to a much better understanding and a simpler and easier estate for my heirs to process. I am finding it difficult to even put into words how grateful I am for the work Todd put into my family law case.
From returning phone calls on weekends, to filing emergency documents in the middle of the night, he was there with me every step of the way. I heard from many friends their lawyers were extremely condescending and unresponsive, so I was worried what I may encounter during my journey. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney than Todd. He took my case personally and does not even utilize a paralegal for his practice. He is hands on and does everything himself. He lives and breathes for his work.
Our intitial consult was on a Sunday. I called his answering service and he returned my message within minutes. While he never pressured me to retain him for my case, I hired him on the spot. It was the best decision I made.
My case was invovled and he had the knowledge and experience to see it through, despite many complications along the way. He definitely took an outside the box approach to several matters that ended up closing the case.
No one expects to need a family law attorney. However, should you find yourself in that position, Todd is an excellent choice.
Andrew was also briefly involved with my case and while we did not have much interaction, I was impressed by his compassion and appreciated the time he took to offer his insight as well.
On a final note, I found Todd's billing extremely reasonable and fair. Thank you to this firm for helping me through an extremely difficult time in my life.

It has been an amazing experience in what could be the most stressful time in someone's life. I'm extremely lucky to have worked with such an amazing group of professionals who were supportive, caring and treated me with the utmost respect. Matt Cadwell (Managing Attorney), Maggie, Susana, Ashley, Richard and Kimberly were amazing (there are probably a few others that have helped - it felt like I had the entire firm on my side)! They were relentless (in a good way) and kept me aware of what was going on with my case at my pace. They were extremely responsive to any questions I had.
Matt was an amazing individual - he truly tried to keep my options open and gave me different routes we could take - balancing financial and time concerns. He never quit and always had a plan in place if certain avenues didn't pan out - this was a very intricate dissolution.
I'm fortunate that we were able to get a resolution and it was worth the time and investment.

He is an excellent attorney my ex-employer made me signed a non-compete agreement back in 2008; after working there for five years I decided to leave the company and work on my own 7 months later I received a letter of cease and desist based on such agreement. Where can I start? Rick helps me in the background in which I wish to retain when I have my finance situated. He is great at what he do for a family law attorney.
He helped me in 2019 for the custody of my daughter. Recently, I am going through another court proceeding for the same matter. I had a consultation with Dustin today and had to share my experience. What I truly appreciate about Dustin is his directness and honesty. He doesn’t paint a pretty picture to get you to hire him. Instead he reviewed the gray areas and the possibilities this case could play out. I appreciate his time and his willingness to help me even before hiring him. He explained how to request for an extension as he is unable to represent me with my current scheduled hearings but if I am able to get the extensions granted he would be willing to help take on my case. He referred me to other attorneys as well but I can’t help but want to hire him. He listened. Not many attorneys do and although he had to keep me on track to ensure he got the facts straight, I appreciate his politeness but ability to be re-direct me and get straight to the point without wasting either one of our times. I needed some help with a small estate affidavit after my father passed. I live out of the state of Tennessee making it very difficult to get straight answers from anyone and eventually finding that a couple lawyers were trying to nickel and dime me - starting with one price and then coming back with another. Then I found Tara. She was the answer to my prayers: upfront, informative, confident, and most importantly, honest. She quoted me a flat fee for the work and filing fees for probate court, she constantly kept me informed with paperwork updates and the like. Without a doubt Joseph was by FAR, the most reasonable and the most trustworthy lawyer I spoke with in El Paso. I ran around for WEEKS searching for a lawyer who cared about myself and my case not the money and that was what Joseph did. I’m in the military and had an AFV Case. Joseph was able to get that case dismissed. Not only did he work with me financially but also personally. I would meet with Joseph and a big part of managing clients is managing their expectations and I couldn’t have had anyone handle it in a more professional and caring way. I had the pleasure of being represented by Walter Schouten. Ironically, he was referred to me by an attorney that I consulted with. I was told to call Walter because he is very knowledgeable and he's an outstanding trial lawyer. Walter took on my case and he was assisted by an amazing paralegal in Vanessa Enciso. This dynamic duo believed that they could help my situation in securing me a new trial for a custody case. They went to work immediately. This was 2 weeks after I lost at trial while being represented by a different firm.
Long story long...Walter was able to get me a new trial, and he was able to get the judge to change her previous ruling. I am now the custodial parent of my 7 year old son.
I have to admit that even if I wasn't awarded custodial rights, I was more than satisfied with the representation and would have been able to live with the ruling a lot easier. Knowing that I was being properly represented was huge for me. Especially since the previous firm I hired for this case was absolutely terrible.

Every turn of event and every time I had any issue he was on top of it and always responded to my every question, issue, etc. even when I know he was not in the office! He was very patient with me and respectful in all aspects. He always prepared me for what I feel was 100% accurate. Many attorney's I have found will tell you what you would "like to hear," however this was never once the case with Will. I am very happy to have chosen Will.
