I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. He and his team never made false promises, and were always honest with me and my family. Knowing that there are several different factors when dealing with the courts, depending on the specifics of one's case, it is reasonable for people to feel somewhat skeptical at times. But, Mr. Hark never stopped fighting and I am appreciative of that. He held up his word all throughout the process. You can see his determination and tenacity speak through his words, and that drive also permeate through his team. And besides being an overall exceptional lawyer, he's just as great a person behind the suit; a honest man, a caring father, and a real person. I assure, that this is a real review from a situation that went on years and was finally resolved. And to mention, his brother also helped a family member of mine through a situation some years ago, which is why I was even recommended. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I would be happy to call them again any day of the week. I also recommend them to anybody that's looking for an attorney to help them with a criminal, personal injury, family, restraining order, traffic, or other legal matter. Because of the way they helped me and handle my affairs I will always be grateful to Mr Hark and his staff.

I hired Mr. Hark for a very serious criminal charge in Camden County and then caught a second serious criminal charge in Camden county. Not only did he get me out of absolutely guaranteed state prison he got the case, remanded to municipal court, and got me straight probation on the second case. Did I say straight probation? I meant to say one year probation, not to not three or not four years probation. he did an amazing job. He was in touch with me every step of the way, constantly kept me informed, worked with me regarding my payment plan and inability to get a job given the pending criminal charges. He really was concerned about me and my well-being and my families well-being The entire time. There wasn’t a time I couldn’t get in touch with him… He’s always on call and available to help you and your family with our question. I absolutely highly recommend Mr. Hark for any criminal matter. I also understand that he has helped a few friends of mine with personal injury and Worker’s Comp. matters. They put me in touch with him and said the exact same thing. He is the man who is on your case and cares. I didn’t actually believe them until I experienced his personal service and his office service as well as his results. Now I found out from myself. Attorney Shapiro exceeded all my expectations. My case was a wrongful termination and discrimination case, as I was laid off shortly after requesting PFMLA leave. During our consultation she validated that I had been wronged by my previous employer, and took the time to discuss the nuanced and sensitive aspects of my case.
The whole process took several months to play out and she was extremely professional and communicative throughout. Where Attorney Shapiro really shined was during the negotiation of the settlement. Before retaining a lawyer and filing for divorce, many people warned me that lawyers were soulless, especially in Las Vegas, and only concerned with lining their pockets with my money. I was told horror story after horror story from people who've dealt with lawyers here in Vegas. Scary stuff! Fortunately, not only was this NOT my experience at all, but my interactions with McFarling Law Group was, in fact, the best experience with lawyers I have ever heard of!

I was divorcing a certifiable, textbook narcissist. When I first met with Emily McFarling, I was in a tight spot financially and could not pay her entire retainer. Emily gave me a significant discount so that I could secure McFarling Law Group as my counsel.
My ex-husband hid money and assets, got people to forge documents and falsify information, lied throughout the case and caused the case to be prolonged many times by not following the judge's orders and by not submitting requested, subpoenaed documentation. McFarling Law Group made sure to get judgments against him for this.
This case went on for years! This, along with circumstances due to the Covid pandemic, eventually drove me into bankruptcy. Although I owed several tens of thousands of dollars to McFarling Law Group, when I consulted with them about having to file bankruptcy, they supported me in doing so even though it meant that my bill for their services at the time would be totally discharged. First and foremost Samantha is so amazing. My sons mom relapseed on prescription meds. She was and is in complete denial to this day. We were never married. We opened the case June 9th of 2022. It took several court dates. Samantha has walked me through domestic violence, restraining orders, ex parte, three different Child custody investigations and Trail. When this all started we were 50/50 custody. At that time I had child support which I payed close to 1300.00 a month. Roughly a year later we went back into court because my sons mom was saying she was going to kill her self and that she was going to take are son with her! We head back to court roughly two days later. I received temporary full custody and she got supervised visits 3 times a week. Today is June 22, 2024 I Now have been to trail and i received full custody have are son. Are son is able to see mom three times a week that's if she show up to the facility. Samantha is incredibly fare when it comes to only stating facts and show prove to back it up is ideal. Her paper work is very very intense and is probably one of best at it as far as im concerned. Her communcation skills are very very good. If I asked a question generally within a few hours I got a clear answer. When we would have a court date I had sometimes lots of work to do on end. Looking for bank statements etc. Was not that hard because she kept me organized and she is very organized. She even had dead lines for me. I had so many things happening every week with my ex she pushed me to write in a journal. I do it to the day still which is extremely important. I was never once promised that something would happen in court. I was giving the worst out come and best outcome going into court every time. I personally got the best every time. I would never think about calling a different lawyer. I felt so comfortable with her that I had my moments and would cry. I no longer see Samantha as my lawyer I see Samantha as good friend. Not really sure what I would have done out her on my side of the street. You cannot go wrong with Samantha she is the best in Orange County. Take her advice and do what she says to do even if you don't want to. Im forever grateful. Kevin

I knew during my initial consultation Mr. Walters was the right man for the job. Mr. Walters didn't sugar coat anything and told me how it was. Not saying any divorce/child custody battle is easy, but my ex wife did things seasoned lawyers couldn't believe. Todd did his due diligence and was always prepared. I don't remember a single instance when Todd wasn't accessible. When you're going through a highly volatile, sensitive and emotional situation that requires guidance, accessibility is everything. Words can’t do justice to Brad Micklin and his team. My consultation was with Brad. I didn’t feel rushed, I didn’t feel pressured, I felt comfortable and most of all I felt like I had someone on my side for my daughters best interest. I made the mistake of hiring a large nationally known law firm at the onset of my divorce, a very expensive mistake. After taking some beatings in the legal system, I decided to change my attorney and found Steve Gilpatrick and Brooke, his paralegal. This made all the difference. Steve and Brooke have been practicing law here for a long time. What that meant for me is they were current on all the laws, had seen the history of these laws, how they had been interpreted by the judges, and they had a very keen sense on any upcoming changes with the court system. Mr. Randy Medina was very professional and really knowable in regards to child custody and moving orders. He was very detailed in explaining what could happen if the decision was to go one way or the other. He made sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into.
One of the biggest attributes we loved from Randy was his research of the many previous cases that has happened and utilizing those examples to your specific case.
