During 2011-2013 John helped me with the process to change my Visa Status. The school I was enrolled in committed several mistakes leading the change of visa from a J1 to an F1 that eventually the Visa was denied and the case was cancelled in two different occasions. John finally took care of the process and later on had to intervened with the school to avoid having me paying the fees that the USCIS required in order to re-open my case. After waiting for a long time I did get my Visa. John charged me a fee that took in consideration my financial situation.

We contacted Schwartz Posel Immigration for a J1, 2 year home return rule waiver. We were assigned to the attorney Rachel S. Binstock. She quickly identified the extreme hardship as our basis and we proceeded forward. In matter of weeks she has prepared a very strong case and sent it to USCIS. To summarize, the whole process was very difficult and long but it proved that we had the right attorney on our side and our case was approved. We clearly couldn’t do it by ourselves as it requires deep expertise that only a very experienced attorney would have. At Schwartz Posel we felt treated like a family. Stefanie and her partner Annelise were my divorce lawyers and they were both fantastic. My divorce was very hostile (think false accusations of abuse) but I felt taken care of because I was in such good hands. They were attentive and responsive to my concerns, they explained everything about the process to me so I knew what to expect, and they played hardball to negotiate a settlement that was more than fair for me. Stefanie in particular was a great help in keeping me calm during the whole emotional divorce process and acting as a buoy and an anchor on court day when I needed pep talks. Stefanie Fisher is a VERY good lawyer. I found her by chance on the internet and I must say I was not disappointed at all. She defended my sister's case with intelligence, integrity and she genuinely cared. My sister's case ended well and Stefanie Fisher was able to get deportation lifted, and is now assisting with getting permanent residency reinstated. Stefanie is very transparent and is not afraid to say, "I don't know" but she will do the research necessary to attain accurate information. She is also a no-nonsense lawyer, so she expects you to do your part; That is, I believe, a major component to the success of a case. Stefanie expects that from her clients and by doing so there is total buy in on both parties.
My family and I are happy with her services, her paralegal was helpful to the case as well. My sister was not made to feel like a criminal. Instead she was treated as a human being relying on the "expertise" of another. The expertise was displayed humbly.

I worked with Raana to get my E2 visa to the US.
Though I ran decent sized operations in the US my case was not a typical one and after meeting with a few attorneys I decided to go with her in her previous practice as she seemed the one that would bring it through with no issues.
I have not regretted that choice any second. Raana has been helpful, diligent, precise, very professional and proved very pleasant to work with.

She was great, and gave me advice as to what visa would work best for me, and the firm took care of every step, and made sure that all documents were written properly. The only thing I would say might need to some improvement is communication; I do understand they are a busy firm, but this is a stressful and scary process for us immigrants, and I would have liked for there to have been better communication, but besides that they were great! very professional and very nice!

When presented with our unique situation, Ms. Calderon provided educated guidance on how to proceed. She cautioned my wife and I that, based on the facts of our case, the government could very well issue a "Notice of Intent to Deny" to our petition. She was correct - they did. After 2 years of fighting a trade secret infringement case we had a major victory against our competitor as we fenced off their claims. Li was very professional and prompt, knowledgeable and handle my case with uppermost concern. I hired Mark after my husband was given a lifetime ban at his interview in Juarez, MX. I was lost with my two girls trying to figure out how to fix it and not sure if it could be. My previous lawyer kept saying he was going to do an appeal with the consulate but stopped answering my phone calls. The first cosultation Mark made me feel better. He guided me to real solutions and went big. So I hired Mark and he sent in the paperwork. About a month and a half later they changed the status from “refused” to “Administrative processing” and requested more information. After turning in the evidence about 2 weeks later the consulate issued my husbands visa! Mark turned a lifetime ban into an issued visa and my family will be forever grateful. He’s not your typical lawyer, he’s down to earth and he really listens to you. He will answer your calls and he talked me out of a bad mindset a couple times. I met Bill during my Naturalization US Citizenship N-400 process.
I did not know Bill before but what was most important to me was that he actually answered my questions and spent time on my case even before my consultation session. That made a huge difference.
During our consultation, Bill explained to me the options I had and laid out the best plan of action for my case. Last year I found Warren law firm through Google, I had tried 5 other law firms and no one wanted to take my case. I am really greatful, for no only did Enrrique managed to get me a bail bond from immigration, but also DACCA. I arrived at the U.S. at a very young age, 7 to be exact. I know nothing about Mexico, and the risk of me been deported was 80% deportation.
