I had spoken with many attorneys to get an E2 visa. I couldn't find any satisfying answers for my questions from other attorneys or they wanted to charge me consultation fee or start the process before I fully understand what is going on. David is extremely knowledgable about US Immigration Law and he patiently answered all my questions, he described the path they are going to follow one by one. May be I asked same questions over and over he patiently answered all my questions about my immigration and cooperate questions, he also organized real-time telephone consultation with other immigration attorneys and with other corporate attorneys. I was asking a questions and several attorneys were from different branches were giving their opinions and advised during the consultation meeting. After I see this much of professionalism, I had chosen Davies and Associates for my E2 application and for my corporate attorney works. My E2 visa is issued, I came to the States, I brought my family. I can not be more satisfied with the service provided by David and his associates an Davies and Associates LLC. I am still in contact with David for all my immigration needs and as a friend after all efforts he had shown. I highly recommend David Cantor for your immigration needs.

Hi,
I worked with David for the L1A new office petition. I must say that it was great experience working with him. It is just unbelievable that how knowledgeable he is. I met him briefly once and he was able to understand everything in that short meeting. They have a great system "Dropbox" for sharing the document that will hold all your documents and you can access them at any time, it works great. I had a really complicated case an i was losing hope. But i must say that David kept me going and always assuring me and giving confidence that it is possible to have a positive outcome on my petition. He kept us going and was extremely responsive with any queries that we had and yes we had many. He always made us ware of his travel plans and whenever he was going to be away from his office. He also ensured that he communicated that what is the best way to get in touch with him whilst he is away from his office on business trips and also during his vacations, which is just commendable. He put in a lot of hard work just to ensure that we can have the petition approved and yes a lot of HARD WORK, he is an attorney who is working for you and doing everything that is required to be done. And he finally did it, got the approval and we applied through premium processing and we got the approval quickly.

I called George after sustaining an injury in a car accident that I was involved in. He was very diligent and responsive with my case and easy to deal with. What I really liked about him was that he was very prompt with returning my calls.
Before I hired George, I spoke with another attorney who said my case was not worth much because of my injuries but George was very aggressive with the insurance company and got me a lot more $$$ than I expected or what the other attorney had said my claim was worth.

I received a speeding ticket on fairfax county parkway. I hired Mr. Escobar based on great reviews from prior clients. The entire process was hands off. I got into a little fender bender on the commute to work and the officer that showed up at the scene was more than happy to issue me a ticket. Alan Escobar proved to be the right man for the job. After an initial fairly priced consultation, Alan agreed to represent me. I provided him with all the information he requested and he took the reins and did all the work. after spending 2 years and $25,000 I ran out of money . Had to hire a lawyer as I was being dragged to court again for ridiculous charges . I hired attorney Cyrus prior to another forced court hearing having nothing to do with a settlement . He connected with the opposing parties associate attorney and cut a settlement before court but X refused . We went to court and the Judge knew immediately Atty Cyrus was well educated and his goal was getting a settlement and not wasting the courts time . The judge set mediation and in 30 days we were in mediation . The mediator was impressed with his knowledge and skills . He prepared me telling me we had to possibly do more then what we offer . 3 hours later and 60 days from the time I hired him we had a settle agreement signed with no spousal support and reasonable terms . I have more the 30 years experience in business and have to say he is one of the best tell me like it is lawyer I have met . He will not paint a ridiculous picture of how you can win or ask for any of the forensic accounting ,specialist business ,appraisers etc the $390 /hr lawyers will tell you have to have . I can not say enough about his knowledge of the lawy, the judges, courts ,honesty and sincerest in getting the job done .

Amanda led the development of our application for permanent residency in the US at Oliver-Zhang Law after our marriage as a same-sex couple. Her attention to detail in organizing and tracking the volumes of information that we provided was outstanding, and her prompt and clear communication on each of our questions was a great comfort at each step of the process. I found Stone Haven law by doing a google search for best immigration attorneys in the Inland Empire. I was a bit pessimistic as I had tried 2 other firms that failed to meet my needs before going into Stone Haven Law's FREE consultation.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was very professional. I worked with Anudeep who was very helpful and knowledgable. I had bad problems with my restaurant manager because he was too soft in its ways to screw employees and it happened thefts, cleaning done wrong, hours counted or improperly counted too, documents not filed in due time, fines, etc. . a real mess. I appealed to Mr. Francis M. Boyer who advised me, put the director on the right path, ask me to close the restaurant for two days to clean all up, what i did. He is a great guy and a very good lawyer. I recommend him eyes closed. Now, my director took the control of the restaurant with more confidence, employees are ok, all is in its due place, invoices are paid in time, documents filled in due time too because Mr Boyer have a look on it. My restaurant runs right and i enjoy it.

I sure wished I would have met Theresa before I hired the lawyers I had. This was a long drawn out case. My previous attorney withdrew from my case two months before the trial. My lawyer advised me to find a contingent lawyer, nobody wanted anything to do with a long complicated case, until I met Theresa. She is not a contingent lawyer but I was very pleased with her help. I had the opportunity to interact with Mr Kasen on phone and what started off as a brief consultation (that he did not bill for) ended up being a 30 minute conversation where he not only understood everything about our case, but provided sincere advice and guidance. In my 30 minutes of conversation, he took serious efforts in explaining the intricacies of the system, our case and the steps we will need to take in order to get a favorable judgement in our favor.

As my title suggests, Justin is a really great lawyer! I recently went through a divorce with included the custody of my two young children. I am sure you can imagine this was not an easy time for me. Being the father, and with my children both being so young, I was extremely worried I would be forced into minimal custody. Justin was always calm and was quick to answer my questions and reassure me that was not going to happen. He was always there when I called and he helped me through this difficult time. He was not about to give up on me or allow me to give up on myself and he diligently stood for what I wanted.
In the end, I received much more custody than I was originally offered and the opportunity to try for more when my kids are a bit older. Although I will never get as much time as I would like, which is seeing them everyday, Justin's help was invaluable during the case and I cannot thank him enough.
I would recommend Justin, along with anyone at his firm, to anyone I know who may be going through the same issues. It is a tough time for everyone involved and it definitely helps having someone like Justin on your side!

A. How did we hire her?
1. God lead us to her: we reseached and found her contact on registered Southern California
Immigration Lawyer Association website; we did not read any reviews; we followed our intuition
and trusted that God has chosen her to save us out of a very desperate situation;
2. we were treated inhumanly by all the lawyers we contacted before her, our situation was very
critical and the other lawyers
(a) did not want to properly assess our situation

1. She saved our lives because she immediately realized what our problem was
it was circumstances beyond our control that ultimately and unfairly would have destroyed us
2. We did everything honestly and right our whole lives, we are very good human beings and
global citizens and Marlene saw immediately how unfair we were treated
3. if it was not for her immediate and dilligent action we would not have any life today
Marlene responded so quickly and knew exactly what to do to remedy our problem

I was recommended John by a friend who had used his counsel for her permanent residency application. It's hard to find a good lawyer these days. Most will give you empty promises and lead you down a confusing road. Not Mr. Nelson which is a very bright and honest man. I met Alli in early 2016 when I was first embarking on a journey to go from A2 visa to Green Card (I'm a UK expat living in LA). Given my personal situation at the time I figured my options for staying in the US permanently were going to be limited. Long story short, thanks to Attorney Chavez and her legal assistant Mayra Barrera, my case got recently approved. An attorney who is not specialized in immigration let me know their firm and I had been interested to work with Attorney Chavez in particular among multiple attorneys in the firm due to her speciality and thankfully she took my case in the end of the same year. I had a phone consultation with a few other immigration attorneys in my area and it turned out Attorney Chavez is very outstanding and seems to keep abreast of immigration law that keeps changing. I was referred to Raul Gomez and Associates. In the fall of 2010. At that time I had been working on Irma’s immigration petition since January of 2006. We had already been to the US Consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico three times and we had been denied the Visa on each of those three occasions. We had been working with another Los Angeles based attorney who after the first trip and negated attempt at the Visa, decided he no longer wanted to handle our case due to its low probability of success. We met with another immigration attorney who, after reviewing the existing case, told us that we had absolutely no chance of obtaining the visa; that the best we could do is to live our lives and in ten years or so to try again. It was at this point that I began making plans to move to Mexico to start a life with Irma in her country, where at least I would be welcome as an immigrant.
However, in a last ditch effort and as one might expect, with somewhat low expectations, I met with Mr. Gomez in December of 2010. After discussing our situation and his brief review of our case Mr. Gomez told me that he felt his firm could build a better case, one that should work and as he put it “after all, sooner or later they have to give her the Visa”. He was professional, courteous, personable and generous with his time. He gave us the first glimmer of hope we´d had since beginning the process in 2006 and it was all I needed. Later that night I called Irma, who was living in Tijuana, and I told her of the meeting. We both agreed that with this lawyer we had a chance.
Throughout 2011 and 2012 I visited the law office several times and worked with his staff in an effort to provide the necessary documentation and information to build the case. His staff was caring, professional and interested in our case and the difficulty of our situation. Over time I sensed that our efforts would be successful, which turned out to be an accurate premonition.
After two more visits to Ciudad Juarez in 2012, Irma was granted her Visa on 10/29/2012, and arrived at our house in Burbank on Halloween day 10/31/2012. I will never forget the feeling of joy, elation and relief I felt; nor the look on Irma’s face when she arrived that day. A seven year long effort had finally culminated in her obtaining her US Resident Visa and we were to embark on a new phase of our lives.
Irma and I owe a great deal of the life we now lead to Raul Gomez and his associates. Their dedication and hard work helped us immeasurably and I believe our lives would be very different today if not for them. We offer our sincere gratitude to Mr. Gomez and his entire firm, with a special thanks to Nora Garcia for being so kind and attentive.

You may doubt her experiences based on her age, but I want to tell you, that's totally WRONG! Don't judge an excellent beautiful lawyer by her age, but by her knowledge and wisdom. Reami is the one who changed my assumption and opinion for a young lawyer after our first conversation, even thought she only worked as a licensed lawyer for 4 years, her professorial analyses and adjustments may make you feel she has stayed in this field for 40 years. Before I went to her, I talked with another lawyer who has been worked in this field for 35 years, but he was not confident about my case because my sponsored company is not very big. But after my boss and I talked with Raemi about my case, she agreed with my employer that I was the best fit for this job. Definitely she was very confident on my case, and she is RIGHT!
