I initially reached out to Ken during a difficult time and he was extremely friendly and helpful during our initial consultation. While I already had a different attorney at the time, the experience left a positive impression on me.
Fast forward a couple of years later, I needed an immigration attorney for my wife's green card so reached back out to Ken; and am I glad I did. He is extremely responsive, answers questions more thoroughly than most attorney's I've worked with, and is just an overall joy to work with. I'm now working with him a second time to remove conditions on my wife's green card and he's still just as great to work with.
Interestingly enough, I could have gone through my company's immigration law firm free of charge (one of the largest immigration law firms in the world), but I tried working with them and it was clear they were just not on top of things the way Ken was. So I happily paid out of my own pocket (Ken's rates are very reasonable) to hire him. Sometimes, it's better to just work with a local attorney with a personal touch.
I would highly recommend Ken's services to anyone!

i hired Ken for immigration related services twice and he exceeded my expectations on both the scenarios. His knowledge and experience on how domestic violence cases are handled in WA state courts is simply fantastic.

I had made some stupid mistakes growing up in a whole different world then i was used to .
Being a refugee with a green card mistakes are not allowed and i was in more trouble with immigration then the state .If it hadn't been for Mr. Chapman i would have been deported back to my home country.

Elisa gave us wonderful advice and counsel at every step of the way. We initially consulted with Elisa to determine our options before choosing the fiancee visa as our best option to permanently reside together in the US while minimizing time apart. We hired Elisa to help us prepare our documents for the K-1 visa and then continue representing us on a path to the Green Card. Elisa is incredibly thorough and we worked very well with her, iterating back and forth. She caught small errors, irregularities between documents, or things that might require explanations to USCIS. She always worked with us to devise a plan. For example when another country puts names in a different order on official documents - we decided to change the US legal name to match the foreign passport.
Our one small delay was due to a translator's error that forced us to re-submit some documents for the work/travel authorization and green card. Despite almost no guidance from USCIS, Elisa caught the most likely source of the holdup. We had the errors in the translation fixed and she also encouraged us to add as much supporting documentation as we could provide. Her strategy worked and the rest of the process went smoothly. The entire process took less than 2.5 years from engagement to Green Card. Elisa was quick to address questions even while she was on vacation. She's kind and operates out of a desire to help those she represents; we cannot thank her enough!

My citizenship case involved multitude of items that had to obtained from various sources (agencies). Some of it was obsolete, some of it was archived, none of it readily available. Once gotten, it then needed to be cross referenced and checked for accuracy. From the distance it looked like a long and winding road.
Ms. Patel handled the case with aplomb and alacrity: my case was completed sooner than expected.

We hired Olivia to help us get a TN visa. Olivia really spent a lot of time helping us. I texted her at 11:00 pm on a Wednesday and she replied right away. Please do not do this to her though. When we were being questioned by the customs and immigration officer he said our immigration lawyer really knows her stuff. Ms. Sheldon was a wonderful change of pace for me in my court action.
My previous attorney had taken part in establishing a common practice with-in the county courtroom and failed to inform me, he was good friend of the plaintiffs Mother, but let my bill roll up, knowing the entire time that primary custody would not be awarded when I lived more than 100 miles away, I fired him once I found out.

Bill was always direct and 100% honest with us and he worked tirelessly on our cases. He is extremely fast at replying to any inquiries and does not waste your time or have any hidden costs in any of the various stages of the entire process. I am here to Thank Elizabeth Matherne for her exceptional knowledge and commitment she demonstrated in handling my case. To give a little background about the case, i was dealing with ICE who were proclaiming me as illegal resident even though i had a valid stay in US with extension which was in process, however, my i94 was still showing expiration as per my entry 5 years back. ICE was going by i94 records and I was under deportation charges but agree to wait to see response from USCIS on my extension. After i got my extension approval notice i reached out to Elizabeth to help me to drop my case ASAP and get back my bail amount. Sharon is very responsible. After I got my H1-B approval notice I travelled back to China. She prepared me very detailed instructions and documentation for applying H1-B visa. While I was stuck in visa application administrative processing, she even wrote letters to help me accelerating the administrative processing.
Sharon is also very rigorous and experienced. After I got back to U.S from China, she asked me to make a copy of my visa page and I94 info for documentation. She found out that the custom officer wrote a wrong expiration date on my passport which could cause me huge trouble in future. Lucky that she noticed it and guided me to the custom office and fixed it right away.

This is our experience we had with Robert West. I am grateful for mister rasul. there are many remarkable things that set his firm apart from others. Firstly I’m thankful because he won my case of cancellation of removal (deportation) and worked really hard along with his team to present a very strong case. He also got my mom her US citizenship which many people had told me would be a waste of time to try because of her limitations speaking the English language. Him and his staff members take their time meeting with you plenty of times before you have to appear in court.
