The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. Kyle's client-centered approach made a significant difference in his case, from a thorough investigation, supportive evidence, and his skillful negotiation helping him achieve a quick resolution to obtain our desired outcome of a withdrawal of the claim. Recognizing that my debt was growing for a number of reasons I was left to deal and seek out solutions. My husband and I were in a horrific accident that resulted in a near head on collision that completely totaled our truck and travel trailer. The insurance company for the driver, Elephant insurance, refused to pay some of the medical bills to include plastic surgery for the scars on my face, and repeatedly ignored my calls and emails over a two year period in an attempt to run through to the statute of limitations. I couldn’t find an attorney that would take my case. All with excuses, but with only one week to the deadline, I searched again and had the great fortune of finding and retaining Ms Hazel. All I can say is, wow. She jumped right in and investigated every possible avenue to get this situation resolved, to include my own insurance company that withheld funds. This is a gal that knows what she is doing and not afraid to go after those responsible. I’m in awe, and will absolutely recommend her to my family and friends. I hope I’m never in a situation like this again, but if I am, she will be my first phone call.

It took me about 2 months to find Attorney Hanyard. I tried reaching out to many referred lawyers; to find out, they all stopped working in Family Law. I tried to make one more call. Another lawyer's assistant told me to check out the lady whose ad was currently running on the radio. I made the call to Hanyard’s Law Office. Ms Hanyard answered the phone. She was the only lawyer who spoke to me first. She didn’t request that I speak to her assistant first and give them all of my information. I knew Hanyard Law Office was where I was supposed to be. My realtor advised me to contact Mr. Morey Law Firm in order to get a probate.
My aunt and uncle had two Levy County lots since the 60’s. They both passed and I inherited the lots. In order to having them under my name for future needs I needed a probate.
As soon as I contacted Mr. Morey Law Firm they guided me through every single step to get the needed probate.
The Last Will and Testament was in Spanish as we live in Puerto Rico. They took care of the translation as well. Here in Puerto Rico the Last Will and Testaments have to be processed through a certified Attorney, not just a Notary and be registered in Court immediately the document is signed and witnessed. Therefore the process is quite complicated in order to get all the required original and certified documents directly from Court.
Mr. Morey Law Firm through his wonderful Assistant, Junrey Quico took care of everything for me until completion of the process. And finally I was able to get the desired probate.
Now both Levy County lots show my name in the Titles.
Therefore, I am extremely grateful of the kindness , expertise and service rendered by Mr. Morey Law Firm.

We were served notice by our HOA in mid 2023, and needed to find representation quickly as our previous representation had retired and we did not know how to proceed on our own. From our initial reach-out to their office, they were able to lay out a fixed fee (and clearly defined what was included and what could become extra fees), get the case on the rails within 48 hours, and then carefully shepherded it through delays on the HOA's end over several months until it was resolved in early 2024. They kept me informed as status changed and when things were blocked on the other side, and were always ready to answer my questions as I needed. Wonderful experience, would hire again!

I first met Loren Gold in 2019 when I hired him as my personal injury attorney for a trip and fall case. With his knowledge, years of experience and excellent negotiation skills I received a much larger settlement then I ever expected. But I’m writing this review for another reason. After my son was arrested just two days before Thanksgiving, I wasn’t sure what to do as I was out of town and have never experienced this before. I decided to reach out to Mr Gold for advice and as soon as I texted him he responded right away to tell me he’d get back to me soon. Later that evening, he began to text me asking questions about the arrest and even called me to talk about it! Not only did he remember me after four years but he took the time to call and spend quite a while with me answering all of my questions and giving me very good advice which we did. At the recommendation of family, I hired a local social security disability Lawyer from Ft. Smith, AR in March 2022. After months of me going to Doctors appointments, filling out forms, obtaining medical records, etc. I received a letter from him in August of 2023 saying he had closed his business! I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. He and his team never made false promises, and were always honest with me and my family. Knowing that there are several different factors when dealing with the courts, depending on the specifics of one's case, it is reasonable for people to feel somewhat skeptical at times. But, Mr. Hark never stopped fighting and I am appreciative of that. He held up his word all throughout the process. You can see his determination and tenacity speak through his words, and that drive also permeate through his team. And besides being an overall exceptional lawyer, he's just as great a person behind the suit; a honest man, a caring father, and a real person. I assure, that this is a real review from a situation that went on years and was finally resolved. And to mention, his brother also helped a family member of mine through a situation some years ago, which is why I was even recommended. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I would be happy to call them again any day of the week. I also recommend them to anybody that's looking for an attorney to help them with a criminal, personal injury, family, restraining order, traffic, or other legal matter. I hired Mr. Hark for a very serious criminal charge in Camden County and then caught a second serious criminal charge in Camden county. Not only did he get me out of absolutely guaranteed state prison he got the case, remanded to municipal court, and got me straight probation on the second case. Did I say straight probation? I meant to say one year probation, not to not three or not four years probation. he did an amazing job. He was in touch with me every step of the way, constantly kept me informed, worked with me regarding my payment plan and inability to get a job given the pending criminal charges. He really was concerned about me and my well-being and my families well-being The entire time. There wasn’t a time I couldn’t get in touch with him… He’s always on call and available to help you and your family with our question. I absolutely highly recommend Mr. Hark for any criminal matter. I was under the impression that shock occurred when something very bad happened to you, such being rear-ended by an inattentive driver who took out my trunk and backseat and could very well have taken out me. Did I deserve a settlement? No question. Circumstances, pictures, and an eye witness made that clear. None-the-less, a medical complication could have obscured the facts and made a just settlement tricky- and it was. I wasn't very hopeful. But when I went to Mr. Nugent's office-a place where you are treated like family-to pick up my check and saw what he had accomplished, I amazed myself that I behaved calmly, I thanked him and then drove directly, and ever so carefully, to my bank, having learned that shock can also occur when something very good happens to you.

I was in an auto accident while visiting family in Southern California with both cars being totaled. It took a while to decide to contact an attorney.
