I went through a HORRIFIC 2+ year long high-conflict divorce from a narcissistic man who verbally and physically abused me in front of our young child. Yasmeen was my 3rd lawyer and I am thankful to God every day that I finally found her. I could tell right away that she is a person of the highest integrity and retains expert knowledge of the legal process. Beyond those stunning traits, emotionally, she was my rock as she guided me through the incredibly traumatic process of extricating myself from my toxic marriage and fighting for custody of my child. My ex and his low-vibrating energy monster of a lawyer did everything in their power to break me: Manipulation, lying, defamation, disregarding court orders, twisting the truth, and hiring "expert" witnesses to try to discredit and demonize me. Yasmeen remained optimistic and unshaken, having full confidence every time I spoke to her that we would win. She encouraged me not to give up, even though I wanted to so badly so many times as this process nearly broke me as a person. But, in the end, Yasmeen came through for me and my child, and we won at trial in a big way. I can't say that I'll ever feel fully vindicated after what my ex put me through, but at least my child has me as the primary parent with full decision making, safe and supported, which makes the whole thing worth it.

Yasmeen, Erin, Sara, Nadine and Robin are amazing. I’ve got the best result possible in my Hague convention case & custody! I’m very happy to have my child back to USA, the process was smooth throughout the whole case using Abdullah’s law firm, they were always on top of everything, very communicative, always there for any question/concern & very transparent. I was previously represented by Mr. Coluccio for a hotly disputed liability automobile collision. He was able to get an arbitration award 100 percent in my favor (defendant found to be completely liable). The defense then appealed the decision. Thereafter, he was able to settle the case. We highly, highly recommend Coluccio Law! My husband was rear-ended by an "underinsured" motorist. Kevin and his wonderful assistant Wanda helped us through the process of not only getting the medical bills paid, but receiving the highest possible settlement. I originally went searching for a lawyer that would bring a voice to my wife's pain from her accident. A voice to my anger having to take off of work to talk to the manager of Enterprise because the insurance company pulled out of their agreement for our car rental. Or the piling medical bills we began to be faced with on top of our income. I found a video bio on Anthony Skemp whom among being a lawyer was a college coach on the side. His confidence and dedication is what suggested to me a man of morals and conviction. Our journey with Anthony took more than months and the only thing I can say is you get so much more than a lawyer with Tony. Hes truly educated but also passionate of the law. Many times myself and Tony clashed over principles and philosophies however each time Anthony took the time to break down how the law actually works something as someone outside the law would not understand like myself. Honestly the man is brilliant and the fact that hes actually accessible and not some corporate attorney in New York is truly a blessing for common citizens such as myself and my wife. Attorney Basler represented me in a custody/placement case for daughter. From the very first conversation I had with Todd he assured me he would fight for what was right, and if that wasn’t in my favor, he wouldn’t represent me. I appreciated his integrity and respected his straightforward candor.

Attorney Basler was recommended to me and shepherded me through a divroce. My divorce was lengthy and my ex wife tried to throw about everything she could at me. Attorney Basler was excellent in assisting in response and always stressed the long game. He was right, and in the end, his advice proved very correct and I ended up getting the better of my ex wife.
We never got to trial, thanks largely to Attorney Basler's work, thank heavens. Attorney Basler navigated the opposing attorney's legal onslaught excellently and through his and his assistant's professionalism, made opposing counsel and her firm look bush league.
In summary, extreme professionalism, mastery navigaton of tactics, and though it thankfully never came to it, I think Attorney Basler would have owned opposing council in a trial. Highly recommended.

I hired Scott Miller after I contacted a different criminal defense attorney which didn't get back with me until three days. During that time I contacted Scott Miller, his assistant Holly took my call and was very professional and assured me that Scott would get back with me promptly as he was in court at the time. A few hours at the most Scott Miller called me back and after explaining my case to him and him reviewing it I hired him on the spot. I felt that he was the right one. That was one of the best choices I've ever made. After a couple of months fighting the case Mr. Miller had the case dropped on July 1st 2024 a third degree misdemeanor with up to a year in jail. My son was taken from his mother by DCFS I didn’t know this happened until 4 and half month after he was placed in a strangers house ! And this was the second DCFS case the first one I was the victim that didn’t press charges or show up to the case because my logic was I was the victim in that case so how do I need to show up ? Well I was very wrong and my rights to my son were limited to 1 supervised visit per year! So for 4 years I was basically paying her to see my kid and I was paying large sums of money to do so. When I showed up to court, the court provided me with so free but terrible lawyer I left court and was reaching out to her and her office with no response calling 4-5 times a day for over a week and that wasn’t gonna work! So I literally meet or had phone conversations with every attorney that deals with these type of cases and I only had a good feeling about Matt so I retained him he promised to get me full custody of my son and we came up with a solid game plan and instructed me every step of the way he was also was my therapist and a very patient friend because I too was in the system when I was a child so I was very hard to witness my child going through the same traumatic situation , Long story short Sole physical custody and the mom only gets a 4 hour visit per month this was my dream and it’s a reality now !!!

Very thankful for the time and attention on my case! My case is very complex and multifaceted. Attorney Matt has remained unfazed and calm throughout this whole process even when put in situations he was not prepared for due to DPSS changing things up on the spot at the last minute which was out of his control. Still, he remained professional kind and overall got the job done! My case went to trial, Matt took note of everything I said and shared with him during the months awaiting trial and unloaded it all during trial eloquently. I was struck in a hit-and-run car accident. They never caught the person. My car was totaled, I had a bad concussion and upper body injuries. My insurance did not want to cover much at all. Jason dealt with the insurance companies and medical bills. Everything was taken care of. I was able to get physical therapy and replace my vehicle. He was very responsive, would highly recommend.

So I was referred to Attorney rouse by a good friend of my mother. I’m a cdl driver so I was looking for someone to help me with a major traffic violation that could have my license revoked for a long time. I called Mr. Rouse and he was very open about how we could go about things and what we should do moving forward with the case. He actually was very reasonable with pricing and worked with me as far as my budget. He advised me before I went to court to take a driver improvement course and to do some community service to make it a little easier on myself before going in front of the judge.this was actually great advice. We went to court and to my surprise the clerks and judge knew him on first name basis(that made me feel good) everything that he asked for , the judge granted. I left the court room only with a 300 dollar fine and no points on my cdl. Well later that night I didn’t know the rules as far as punishment for serious violations for cdl drivers. I check the dds and my cdl is suspended for 10 years, for a major lifetime violation. I immediately called attorney rouse and informed him. He advised me that the only thing we possibly could do was withdraw the plea. Normally with most lawyers, after the case is closed you have to pay another fee just to consult again. Attorney rouse was at the court house the next morning, I met him there and we withdrew the plea. Days passed by and I was weary because i was in fear of losing my livelihood. Attorney rouse advised me that since the head solicitor was not willing to give us a lesser please maybe we should try a bench trial. In my head when I think of trial, if you lose it could be bad for you. Of course this came with another fee, I really didn’t wanna try it but I took a step out in faith and trusted attorney rouse’s suggestion. We went to the bench trial and attorney rouse ate them alive. He told me months before, “ you could possibly beat this off of a technicality” I’m thinking nah man I’m cooked! Attorney rouse did his research and I walk out of the court room acquitted, all charges dropped. Before the trial attorney rouse and I talked about the fans leaving the stadium in the at the Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa game and they still won. I’m not gonna lie I thought I was doomed but I watched him work in that court room for 2 hours straight, objection after objection…. When we walked out he looked at me and said you left the stadium but we won in OT! Hire this firm…. We highly recommend this guy. He’s straight up and down

I had a complicated criminal case that changed through the course of the two year case. Mr Rouse handles things in a professional manner comprehensive explanation of the situation once its time to handle his business he does just that I thought I was going to prison but he was able to get my sentance into something manageable. When he walks in the court room you can see the respect the court has for his work. He talks to you like a person not like a paid client doesn't make you feel dumb if your not educated on a situation he will explain in a kind clear and consice way. After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. I got a speeding ticket on a road trip passing through Needles, CA that I really could not afford on my record and I live several states away. I called several other places too but this office seemed like the best fit because of the location and it was a reasonable price. No one really wants to go through any family/custody battles. So when I was faced with this issues I had no choice but to retain an attorney. After numerous hours/days of research I found the Dorsey Law Firm.
I came to Mr. Dorsey with a lot of uncertainty with my impending custody case. During my consultation Mr. Dorsey was fully tuned in and very attentive. He answered every question I had very confidently. After I retained Mr. Dorsey, his team and himself started working on the case promptly. They filed an emergency motion and was able to get a hearing for temporary custody within a few weeks. I was granted temporary custody until the outcome of the final hearing.
In Preparation for the final hearing Mr. Dorsey and the team were with me every step of the way. They reassured me of the potential outcome, instilled confidence in myself and the direction of the case. During the final hearing Mr. Dorsey was very thorough, firm, and fully prepared. His cross examination skills, rebuttals, presentation, and delivery was superb.

I called and spoke with a few lawyers the same day that I received my citations and I ultimately decided to meet with Shane Goudas as he was able to meet with me only an hour after the call on a Friday night. Where others only wanted to speak for around 10 minutes over the phone as a consultation, Shane blocked out an hour for us to speak in person and go over the events. After consulting with him, I was impressed by his knowledge, care, and attention to detail and decided to go with him.
I did not need to go to trial as the matter was resolved favorably and far better than expected thanks to him. My several citations were reduced down to only one of the smaller ones. I would recommend Shane and Bowser Law to anyone facing similar issues, I have no doubt you will be in great hands.
