Working with this lawyer was a refreshing experience. I recently found out that years ago I had been frivolously sued in small claims court by someone who made a meritless claim. This person used it to try to enter a civil judgment against me. Frankly I had no idea how to handle the situation. I was scared and confused. I called a bunch of law firms trying to figure out what I needed to do, and most of them just left me feeling even more scared and more confused. Then I called the law offices of Thomas D. Kenny, and I had the complete opposite experience. Every single person I spoke to treated me with kindness and respect. Mr. Kenny was nothing short of AMAZING! I was worried I would do jailtime because the victim had strong evidence against me but he ensured me that I'd be ok. He's truly a magician and great at what he do and he don't cost an arm and a leg!!! I would recommend him to anyone faced with serious charges and want to maintain their freedom or at the very least shorten their sentence. Mr. Kenny is easily one of the best in Philly and I stand on that!!

I hired Jason to represent me in a first time DWI charge that, if convicted, would have resulted in harm against my medical license and professional career. The facts were weak, but I felt it necessary to hire the best to represent me in this high stakes charge against me.
I interviewed multiple attorneys. Jason was the first and the last. In between, I found almost all firms persuade you to enter a contract using their best, most well recognized attorney. They then “sub” your case out to a lesser experienced associate or partner attorney. I realize everyone needs to gain experience, but I could not afford to lose this case.
Jason handled every aspect of my case (phone calls, email responses, meetings, and court appearances). His fee was middle of the road compared to others I interviewed. There was no less experienced middle man handling my case, which in my opinion deserved every extra penny spent hiring him that could have been “saved” by retaining the cheapest lawyer. He handles his cases in the same manner I do as a physician, and I really appreciated his attention to quality over volume.
Jason successfully had my case dismissed without trial or pleading for a lesser charge. Furthermore, my drivers license was not revoked/the judge also dismissed the civil part of this case. In total, all elements of my case were dismissed and I was very pleased I followed my gut instinct by hiring him.

Well, I usually won’t write these, but with my experience with Jason Howard. He was nothing, but amazing during this stressful time that I was going through. I was arrested at 18 for DWI in Denton county at the beginning of COVID and of course had lots of questions, anxiety and confusion about the whole case as well as I didn’t know where to start at all. I almost immediately went online searching for answers and found Mr. Howard’s website and left an inquiry. He was the first attorney to get back to me as it was on the weekend and even after hours he called to check in and let me know he would look at the case with me the following day. I hired Mr. Howard that same day as communication was very important to me and it was days before any other attorney in the area got back to me. A lot of other attorneys offices will also outsource your case to someone else in the same firm and Mr. Howard personally took care of mine which was also important to me because I knew I could get answers without having to ask around multiple people. My case took over 18 months to be filed and was resolved just under 24 months. Throughout this entire process Mr. Howard monitored the status of my case, gave me updates, was always there to answer every question I had, and ultimately negotiated to have my charges reduced based on my case details. Mr. Howard is very detailed and knowledgeable and won’t ever leave you in the dark from start to finish. If you are looking for a DWI attorney in Denton/ Tarrant counties I highly recommend hiring or consulting with Mr. Howard to get your case handled or to at least better understand your specific position and your options going about it.

I’m so happy I decided to go with Mr. Barnett. Not once did he try to deceive me on the process of my case. Other lawyers I spoke with made it seem like everything would be done in a month. But Mr. Barnett let me know it would be a process and assured me everything would be fine. I’m very please with the outcome I received. In May of 2017 I tore a tendon in my shoulder and was unable to get medical attention for a month, I contacted Jay Trucks, he got things going in the right direction, surgery was uneventful so I hired him after loosing a job I loved due to restrictions. Prior to working with her I had lost confidence in the lawyer I had, so I started a search for a new one....the one I initially met with referred me to Jade and felt we would be a great fit and Jade had openings, as she did not. One day I was going to a local/ national chain of a fast food restaurant where as I went to get a drink, I slipped and fell on a spill that was on the floor. Well needless to say the fast food place was quick to try to usher me out the door and try to act as if it was my fault and not give me the support I deserved. Well a friend of mine happened to have R&M's number and told me how good they were. At first like anyone else is was skeptical and thought these will just be some ambulance chasers and just wanted to get quick money and would settle for whatever was offered and move on to next case. Hire her. Hire her. Hire her. She will meet and surpass all of your expectations. This was my first experience working with a lawyer and I am extremely pleased with my experience. It’s never fun to be in a situation where a lawyer is needed but having the right lawyer on your side is extremely crucial. I never once questioned if I made the right decision in lawyers. She really listened every time I expressed concern about something and always worked through things with me in a way I always fully understood and was 100% comfortable with. My case was regarding child custody and child support and it felt like I had a great friend on my side defending my rights. It was always refreshing to speak with her and I always left our meetings and conversations confident in my situation. I am actually a little saddened that we will no longer be in communication, as my case has come to an end (in my favor, I might add). Does the word lawyer conjure up visions of a suit standing on top of something tall screaming at you? Lawyers who bill at $400+/hr even if a paralegal does most of the work? Thank goodness none of them bothered to return my call.

I'm a faculty member at Miami's leading medical school, and was sued by the family of a child who died at our hospital. The university hired a team of lawyers to represent me, but much of what they said seemed to make little sense. I was referred to David by a colleague. He patiently explained everything to me, in non legalese, and then agreed to be a liason with the hired firm. He ended up directing them on how to best defend the case, and we won, on summary judgment. When I asked him to bill me, David refused -- he was happy to help. (He has done very well financially, and really doesn't need the money any more). I made a charitable donation in his honor, and can't thank him enough. Anyone who hires him to represent them joins a privileged club that I am now proud to be a part of.
