David Mitchell is a total Class Act!
He has integrity, is extremely adept in this field, very detailed and trustworthy. When he says he's going to call back he actually calls back and in a reasonable amount of time.
He always had my file pulled up to discuss details and prior notes.
Sounds simple but no one else did it. Others kept me on the phone while guessing answers to my questions... in other words attorneysplaning.
I had very bad experiences with other attorneys obviously.
Not with David, he is straight up honest and direct in a very professional manner that earned my respect from the very beginning and till the present.
He fought for the most we could get and was very efficient. His office staff and partner are equally praised.
I wish their were more like him!

I did not deal directly with Brook Goff, but did with her firm. I had a couple of lawyers, and they didn't work out. The one that did was Tiffany Sabato. She was stellar! Called me with information, called if she needed more information, kept me up to date on what was going on. I live out of state, but my accident took place in CT. It was reassuring to know that someone was watching out for me.

It was very frustrating to find an attorney that could handle our case. Atty Daddario was just a random find on Google. We initially hired him to take on our case because he won a majority of his cases. As time progressed, it was apparent that Atty Daddario wasn't just a random atty, but someone with the best intentions for our case. At first, the insurance company tried to push us around, but my attorney, Evan Kaine, pushed them right back! Brett and his team did a phenomenal job handling our case. From the very moment we called, Brett and his team were there for us, answered all of our questions, provided us with a detailed plan of how things would work, and most importantly, gave us the confidence that everything would be OK.
The communication with Brett and his firm was as expected, and then some. We could call them any time and know that they would answer the phone, answer our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. There were times that we would discuss our case and how things were going, and we always were informed with detailed information on the progress and where things stood. Additionally, they constantly checked on us to see how we were doing through it all. It was that personal touch that just reaffirmed that we had made the right decision in contacting Brett and his firm after the accident. We were treated like a part of their family.
The thing that also stands out is how hard he worked for us in getting our claim settled for the amount he said he was going to get. Where do I begin? I have NOTHING but IMMENSE GRATITUDE to this law firm. Culpepper Kurland is absolutely phenomenal. The attorney I used was Brett Kurland and he and his whole staff are just simply incredible. From the second, I made the phone call to the office to inquire about using their services. I spoke to a woman named Shea and she was sweet, knowledgeable and super helpful. The next step was a gentleman named Wayne, who came to my house to go over the whole scenario of what happened. This guy came to my home vs. me going into the office and made it so easy and comfortable for me. . When I tell you, they are so quick and thorough. I can’t express how important that is when you make a phone call and they call you back in two seconds. Throughout the whole process, I dealt with Berneese and Angie are the case managers, who take care of all the research information. The two of them are the sweetest, nicest, kindest people and so personable that each time I had to call I felt like I was speaking to my sister. I received a notice that my brother needed to sign off and accept a compensation for a Worker's Comp injury sustained at his "High-Profile" workplace within a few days of the notice. The compensation offered seemed ridiculously low, to me and I did not know what to do. My brother has some learning disabilities and this was a broken hip injury that was really causing him some serious problems. He is a cart-pusher, and I believe any of you could understand what a broken hip injury might be like, in doing that job. My brother insisted on working even when it was too painful, and was afraid to call into work for fear he might lose his job. I contacted Joannie Grife, and she agreed to see us and said she would be glad to help in any way she could. She got right on our case. She was always there when we needed her. She showed my brother compassion and always talked to him and explained everything to him, which spared his dignity. She took the case and worked to the very limits of her ability to resolve our questions and make a fair settlement. Mark has been excellent representing me and my wife on our fire victim claim that ravaged our home and lives from the "Camp Fire" disaster. We actually had other lawyers, firms, before finding Mark who personally works our ongoing fire victims claim. We stayed with Mark, and his firm, because he cares and follows through, stays in touch, listens, gets things done with great results after others had done nothing in comparison. The great thing about Mark is how he always finds time, he as well as his delegating to his staff, to reply to our emails and calls when we seek feedback or advice on our claim. Not too long ago, some of the businesses in my community had barriers in their facilities which excluded people, like myself, with disabilities (mobility impairments) from accessing goods and services.
After contacting, consulting, and hiring Mark, positive results soon followed: those shameful barriers of exclusion, which had existed for years, came tumbling down as they were removed by the business owners.
Thanks to the many ADA betterments, which were executed as a direct result of the settlements negotiated by Mark, I am able to live more independently and to participate more actively in my community. My family and I now have more location options where we can shop or get services in an accessible manner. I feel, thanks to Mark and his Team, that I, never again, have to put up with being excluded from everyday activities, such as shopping at a corner store, going to a neighborhood restaurant or movie with family and friends, or using the swimming pool at a hotel on our family vacation. In my community, the action taken by Mark and his Team has truly resulted in a reduction of discrimination against people with disabilities and has opened doors for full participation in all aspects of everyday life for me and my family.

Did you hear the one about the lawyer that you can actually like? I didn't think so. Well, probably because you have not heard of Mark Potter and his incredible team. Lots of lawyers claim to be fighting for you, but most all of them are just fighting to get some extra padding in their wallet. Mark, being an ADA lawyer is out to fight the good fight with his clients in making an ignorant and inaccessible world more aware and accessible. Sure, the Americans With Disabilities Act was written with the intention of making America accessible for all, but the follow through and observance of the stipulations have been slow, if not completely lacking. Yes, the Department of Justice has a wing set up to handle complaints about entities, but they are so overburdened and understaffed they fail miserably. I have tried going the “civil” and more conservative route of utilizing the Departments complaint process, but to no avail. I had even been told by a representative that I may want to contact a lawyer, because the way the law was set up, real change will only happen with legal action. This is where Mark and his team come in because they know the law backwards and forwards and keep up with all the new changes and precedent setting cases so that your case case receives the most thorough research to obtain the best result, for you and everyone else who needs to access the entity.
