My husband and I hired Mr White while my husband was incarcerated for a violation of his probation. My husband was facing being revoked on an 18 year sentence. Mr White was amazing the entire time. He gathered all the information needed and took my husbands case in front of the judge for a hearing. He was not willing to accept my husband going to prison for such a long time. Robert White won our case! He was compassionate, understanding, and would communicate every action he was making towards the case. I highly recommend using him and I hopefully will not need to use him in the future but if I ever do find myself in such a situation, he will be the only attorney I will use!

After our father suffered a severe stroke, his life changed dramatically. Paying for his newly-needed care was a big challenge. My brother and I started looking into acquiring Medicaid benefits, which was an incredibly difficult task. We soon realized that we needed an attorney that specializes in elder care to help us with this process.
There are hundreds of elder care attorneys in the greater Miami area. We searched for reviews of different firms, but noticed that most of the recommendations were coming from other lawyers and colleagues. We wanted real-world recommendations from actual families, with stories similar to ours. We called Assisted Living facilities in the area and spoke to their managers. Several of them recommended Jason Neufeld with the firm Elder Needs Law.
We decided to work with Jason and his staff. Jason and his staff are extremely efficient. They are very knowledgeable, caring, and responsive. They have answered all of our questions, (special thanks to Tracy Meli) and guided us through this process. Choosing Elder Needs Law was definitely a good decision for us.
The Medicaid application process is very complicated, confusing and time-consuming. We could have NEVER navigated through these many processes by ourselves. Our mother has since declined medically, and now both our parents have been approved by Medicaid, thanks to Elder Needs Law.
Our anxiety about how we can afford their care is gone and we can sleep at night. We highly recommend Elder Needs Law.

In the darkest, early morning hours, I was driving to work, heading west on SR 52, taking the transition road to Interstate 15 north. Suddenly, out of nowhere, right in front of me, I see a crashed trailer turned on its side, blocking the entire single lane transition road. Because I did not have time to do anything but slam on the brakes, I unavoidably drove into the turned over trailer. I suffered a serious injury and am fortunate to be alive.
I contacted a well-known San Diego “royalty” law firm to help me. They didn’t fight for me. As a matter of fact, they dropped me after the trailer’s insurance company sent the law firm a letter refusing to accept any responsibility for the accident and my injuries, and instead blamed me, the guy who is injured and innocent.

My husband was caught with distributing drugs and was facing a mandatory of 24 months in jail. We have two little girls and I automatically assumed my life would turn upside down. The FF&P have been my first choice and recommendation for personal injury.Atttorney Jack Fine and his Legal Assitant , Gabrielle Jenkins and Janice were awesome in their representaion of me after a second accident in four years. Never had to deal with a situation like this so was a bit scared on how to handle it. Rick topped my initial shortlist of highly qualified candidates. The preparation of the shortlist considered depth divorce experience, quality of professional training, and relevant credentials including certifications. Since my case had the potential to be financially complicated, selecting an attorney with the financial acumen to advocate my position was of paramount importance.
