I knew I was the victim of malpractice, but I had brought my case to several other firms and they all said I didn't have a case and turned me away. Darla cared about my story and helped me get the justice I deserved. Everyone who worked on my case actually cared about what I went through from start to finish. Losing a loved one, especially a parent, is an extremely difficult and emotional situation. When that parent was not treated properly and harmed in a “trusted” facility this makes it even more difficult.

Greg dell and his amazing associate vanessa came into my life in June 2019 when my LTD carrier unum decided abruptly to deny my disability claims and further disregarded my doctors objections in terminating coverage when I had substantial orthopedic and vascular issues. After my first denial which I did on my own, I asked friends of mine who were attorneys who should I use in a LTD case. Greg's firm came up, and after speaking to him I knew he was the advocate for me. He quickly started legal proceedings and my claim was immediately reopened. I am a healthcare provider for over 35 years and after serving patients on there path to better health and to subcum to my own health issues it was a godsend to have chosen greg to represent me. I had a traffic violation and wanted to avoid points removal from my license. I simply didn’t want my insurance to go up. Jim took my case and I did not have to move a finger. Mr Jenkins took my insurance case on a contingency with a highly successful conclusion. My insurance company initially rejected my claim because they attributed the damage to wear and tear and not to any claim related cause. But they were no match for my Mr Jenkins and his highly talented staff. Mr Jenkins had his own experts make examinations and knew he had the law on his side and how to counter the insurance rejection. Ultimately we settled giving me more than enough to complete the repairs.

If you are looking for an attorney for a probate issue, look no further. My mother had a Will dispute with her late husband’s daughter and Jose Lorenzo and his team were able to find inconsistencies in the case that made it possible for my mother to get what she deserved. Mr. Lorenzo was always available (even on weekends) and made sure my mother understood everything that was going on throughout the process. Mike was incredibly prompt and attentive when he did my consult; I felt definitely heard out when explaining my situation and having to make some hard choices for my family, however Mike gave amazing advice to help guide me to a solution. Although it was only a consult, I plan to move forward and hire him for anything regarding family law. I can’t say enough about this law firm. As for me, I got referred to Jordon for a felony criminal case. Jordon and his fellow lawyers will not blow smoke and pretty much inform you what may happen. They will do everything in their power to get the best result for you as a client. The cost may shock a person but you have to consider you get what you pay for and they are worth it. I am not trying to scare anyone away but I found the cost for my case reasonable. This firm will put up with a million questions throughout the whole process. I found they had a good relationship with the courts and in my case they fought for me from day one till the end, especially James Smeriglio 111.

Many years ago I found myself divorced and single mother. Although I really tried to make ends meet, I just keep falling behind with my bills. Before going to Robert J. Adams I I consulted with two other attorneys that I saw on TV regarding bankruptcy. As soon as I got in the door, they wanted to talk about fees and not my problems, I felt like I was being interrogated and they treated me like I did something wrong. At that time I was working two jobs and had two small children to look after and between rent, household bills and daycare I had no money to pay old credit cards and medical bills. I found Robert through a close friend of mine. It was like I struck gold, as Robert is not on TV. After consulting with Robert for one minute, I knew that he was the right attorney for me and my family. His staff was so welcoming, Robert’s experience and knowledge provided me with a level of comfort that the other attorneys did not. When my case got complicated and the credit card company filed an adversary, Robert took them to trial, and after 2 days, he won the case. That was over 12 years ago. I called Mike Friday, on Monday I have had an appointment with JM. She met me at a location on my choice to gather the information she needs to begin work. I have a feeling this is a good decision for me because the accident I have recently been involved in has so many different crazy factors going on. I know I need someone to help guide me through this. Meetin JM was like meeting my sister for lunch. She listened intently to every word I said. She was fast at getting all the info collected from me. She helped me and made sure I didn’t have to carry heavy items or move anything heavy. She even bought me lunch! I wanted to make sure I write a review for Jordon Harlan after completion of my case as I believe he is absolutely the best attorney in San Diego specially in the areas of employment law and medical malpractice.
As a physician with a complicated and difficult medical legal case, I had interviewed multiple attorneys with very high recommendations and great reviews from various sources such as family members, friends and websites such as superlawyer/yelp. However, after speaking with Jordon, I knew immediately that I only wished for him to take my case.
First of all, Jordon is excellent at communication and extremely efficient at returning phone calls and replying to emails. Of all of the half dozen local and distant LTD attorneys I interviewed over the phone, Mr. Bonnici seemed most thorough in his explanation of processes and the various directions my case could go. Furthermore, he had strategic ideas, that none of the other lawyers presented, that were pertinent to my particular situation. That impressed me that he took the time to hear my situation and treat it as a whole rather than just a one-size-fits-all approach.
Throughout the months, Mr. Bonnici always kept good lines of communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, and very thoroughly requesting necessary documentation from me. This was very reassuring through what would have otherwise been a more stressful process. It was comforting to know I was in good hands.
Ultimately, Mr. Bonnici's strategies and methods of countering the LTD company's "expert opinions" proved successful. I believe this is because he maintained such good communication with me and was so thorough about collecting important information from me. First of all if any one is ever involved in an accident dont let your insurance deal with the other insurance for a compensation for you, the best thing you can do is definetely let a professional handle it and who better than Wilshire Law Firm they helped me with a motorcycle accident i was riding from work to get a haircut and go home and who would've known i never made it to that appointment a Pick up Truck from a Tow company was lurking in a drive way with my motorcycle experience i knew he was going to totally ignore me turn right and drive down the road so i went to the farest lane but little did i know he had other plans he did ignore me but instead of making a right turn he went forward and then made a left turn when i noticed that it was already too late crashed against the side of the truck i flew almost 20 feet straight over the truck broke both my wrists, femur, toe and bruised my back. I had to decline the ambulance because i know how much they cost went to emergency and the next morning called Wilshire Law Firm they came within 1 to 2 hours a representative showed up to my door explained me everything and just a couple signatures later i was in good hands they made my appointments with the Drs. In my case was Sammimi Orthopedic 5 stars to him too. After a year of fighting ended up getting a really good settlement. I have nothing but praise for Steven and his staff! From day 1 When I met with his wife in his office, to the final days getting an awesome Settlement Check! My case was bazar in the least, I was run down by a woman who got impatient in a Costco parking lot. I was pushing my cart to the truck when all of a sudden I was on the ground! This woman who I never saw even after she ran me down was so impatient she just couldn't wait those extra seconds for me to be out of her way She sped up to get around me and misjudged and down I went. My daughter was in shock screaming at this woman "you ran my dad over" Soon I was ambulanced to the Hosp and x-rays were taken of my left foot. 6 broken bones 4 on top and both sides of my Ankle. The date when this happened was Dec 19th right before Christmas!! I spent the next 30 days laid up on my daughters couch and couldn't get up at all.. The blood rushing to my foot was excruciating PAIN!!! So after returning back to San Diego I kept in constant contact with Steven. We spoke on the phone a few times and he explained my options as we moved forward. For months medical bills came in and The staff was right on top of the billing to negotiate the best cost for my services rendered. You wont believe the talent of this staff as the medical bill total went from $27,000 down to $2700!! What!! I couldn't believe it! Laura Klearman, Stevens wife was the miracle worker behind this process! She handles all the fine details involved that I wouldn't of had a clue were to start! So as time went on and healing is so slow I'm 69 years old and healing takes time. To this day 8 1/2 months later, I'm still a bit sore. Next up on the arsenal of experts was Greg, the man who does your bidding with the Insurance Companies. His expertise got me a negotiated awesome settlement amount after going back and forth with an adjuster who was resisting a descent fair settlement. Actually an adjuster is just the middle man who is given an amount from his boss to negotiate from. So Greg battled on until a very fair settlement figure was reached I agreed to the amount and before you know it I had my money in the mail!! I was very pleased at the outcome of my case. Luckily I had no surgery and I had a powerful VIDEO of the whole thing from Costco cameras in the parkin lot Everyone who say it couldn't believe what they saw! I still am in shock when i watch it! So no disputing the facts. If the settlement figure was too low to my satisfaction then the next step would have been litigation. This is where Steven steps in. He's had many years of court time settling cases for the best money possible! This is why his firm is rated so high in the search engines. All in all I'm happy I chose his Firm to represent me!! I am a Utah resident. While driving through Nevada, I was cited for a moving violation.
